We just finished up a 3 month project with Bay Builders on a major transformation of the sunroom, kitchen, living room and dining room (and some other smaller items) and we could not be happier with the results. We recently moved into the home and had a vision in mind for what we wanted. Ofir, Rene and the rest of the Bay Builders team turned that dream into a reality and then some! First, the project was not easy as the home was a bit older and there were some structural changes that needed to be done. Ofir and Rene were communicative with the change orders (including some key recommendations like changing the flooring in the sunroom and upgrading the electrical panel to code) and very fair with pricing. We had a fixed budget initially and managed to stay within those bounds. In addition, the timelines matched expectations set from the initial project proposal (even with some unforeseen changes with the electrical panel upgrade). Rene and his team were quick, thorough, clean and extremely professional. My wife and I are thrilled we partnered with Bay Builders on this project, and would highly recommend them and work with them again in the future.

We recently completed a major renovation with Bay Builders -- a full bathroom addition, new closet/office, updated bedroom flooring, painting, and several structural changes -- and we couldn't be happier with the results. The quality of the work is excellent, and the entire project has truly transformed our home. The biggest highlight of our experience was working with René, our foreman. René is an exceptional communicator, deeply knowledgeable, and always proactive. Additionally, the tile team did incredible work -- their precision and attention to detail elevated the entire bathroom and gave it a next-level, spa-like feel. We love our new bathroom, closet/office, and bedroom updates. The space feels brighter, more functional, and thoughtfully designed. Most importantly, we genuinely felt supported throughout the project. We highly recommend Bay Builders -- especially with René overseeing the work. We purchased our remodeled/new house from Bay Builders in 2019. While we were not involved in the build process, we are extremely happy with the quality of work and all the finishes that Gilad and team used. We loved the white oak beams they had installed in the living room ceiling, so we asked Gilad if they could replicate them in our master bedroom and office on the second floor. They matched the material perfectly and completed the work on time and on budget. Our teenage daughter has special needs and we needed to make some updates to her bathroom to accommodate her. We reached out to Gilad to do the work of removing the bench seat in her shower, fixing the tiles and replacing the shower door. Gilad's team once again completed the work on budget and actually ahead of schedule which minimized the disruption to our daughter. We are very satisfied customers!

The Construction and More team including Avihoo, Joseph, our foreman Christian and the entire team especially Angel and Jesus were simply amazing. We had a sizable renovation and were pleasantly surprised at the professionalism, workmanship, project management, budget management and every aspect of execution by the team. We changed our flooring , renovated a bathroom and living space and the team spared no effort to get every detail right and consistently went above and beyond. Not once did we hear or sense any kind of reluctance to meeting our many demands for adjustments, even changes. We first heard about Bay Builders from a realtor friend who highly recommended them. We interviewed multiple contractors, all of whom had done nice work, but Bay Builders really stood out right from the beginning. During the proposal process, they came to the house a few times to ensure they captured the full scope of the project. Additionally, we wanted to see their quality of work so Gilad arranged a few site visits and connected us with past clients who all raved about Gilad and his team. It was clear that Bay Builders was the best choice for quality and speed. From the beginning of the process until the end, Bay Builders was exceptional to work with. We had a dedicated project manager, Tomar, who really helped communicate what was happening that week and managed the subs. More importantly, Tomar was such a pleasure to work with. I've heard nightmare stories about other contractors being slow, hard to contact and missing deadlines, but Gilad and Tomar made the entire process stress free and enjoyable! They were great about keeping us informed about what was going on, what decisions needed to be made so that we could stay on schedule. If any issues arose, Gilad and Tomar would always come to the table with a solution and assure us that at the end of the day, they wanted to make sure we were happy. The quality of their work is outstanding and our project finished on time which is rarity given the complexity and change orders associated with our remodel! They have excellent communication skills, are very detail oriented and most importantly, have your best interest at heart. I would highly recommend them. Everyone who has seen the finished product is blown away by the transformation. We are so happy with how our home turned out.
