We used this coach service recently and were very pleased overall. The office team responded quickly to our enquiries, and the coaches arrived on time. The condition of the coaches was excellent — clean, comfortable, and definitely 5-star quality. Across our trip, we had 3–4 different drivers. Most of them were very friendly, drove safely, and proactively offered help with luggage, which we really appreciated. Only one driver did not offer help, but the others more than made up for it with their initiative and professionalism. A reliable and safe service that I would be happy to recommend.

I couldn't recommend these guys enough, from exceptional customer service leading up to the booking, to a thoroughly pleasant journey, with a courteous and punctual driver in one of the nicest coaches we've rented to date, everything was fantastic!

We used City Circle for a funeral to transport attendees from the church in Harrow to the cemetery and wake in North London. City Circle were really responsive from the initial email request through to details of the route - a special thanks to Avril who was our main contact at City Circle. City Circle came back to us with clear detail of the specific drop-off locations and contingencies. Their price was the lowest out of the coach hire companies we reached out to - we hired one 53-seat coach. Invoicing and payment was smooth and processed without a hitch. On the day, the coach was waiting at the perfect spot just by the church - no mean feat given the narrowness of the road. The seats were comfortable and the coach was equipped with air con, which was critical given this was on a very hot July day. All locations were reached on time and with no issues. Would happily use City Circle again and recommend them for any coach hire needs.
