Wonderful therapeutic massage from Amelia! She was very concerned for my comfort throughout and put me totally at ease while finding all the sore spots!
I have stayed numerous times over the years so my comments are in relation to previous stays. Overall I love coming to NOTL and staying at 124 on Queen. This trip however was not as pleasing. I booked 3 rooms. We were a group of 7. The 2 bedroom villa was somewhat disappointing. The garbage truck pickup outside the door was less than desirable. Leaf blowing while attempting to sit outside patio forced us indoors. The room itself was very large and a great place for all 7 of us to congregate.
The other 2 rooms were great. Although one room had to ask to be moved. Originally in a room that had a door to another suit. Very small window. - presented as an inferior room.
My friends in that room (205) felt strongly that it didn’t meet the same level of elegance as the other rooms. And I agree. Having stayed in almost all of the various rooms it was not usual 124 on Queen quality. However the hotel made it right and switched. Room 212 was a great improvement. One observation - hotel is showing some signs of wear & tear ex. baseboards and door trims need a refresh. Minor. Now the good stuff. The staff is amazing …couldn’t have been more helpful. So pleasant. The linens are superb. It’s a dream to fall into bed. The bathroom and amenities lovely. And the location is by far the best in NOTL. I still love staying at 124 on Queen - this time was a 9/10 when previous stays have been 10s.

Verified Check in was perfect. We stayed at Gatehouse property. Dedicated parking was appreciated due to parking restrictions near property. Food at the on property bistro was very good. Would have rated higher overall however our room had several large construction containers in parking spots adjacent to building blocking the entrance to main building. Also, the rooms may need a tune-up of sorts. ex. Shower shelf fell off; Shower curtain needed replaced; TV Mount on wall was sketchy and unfortunately the building itself can be quite loud when other guest are moving about the corridor. But overall, it is a safe, convenient location to enjoy the Town without a car.

Verified Our stay at 124 on Queen Hotel & Spa was absolutely excellent. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and well-kept, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. The restaurant was amazing - both the food and atmosphere were outstanding.
The staff at both the hotel and restaurant were warm, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel at home. Our server went above and beyond to make our dining experience special, and the bartender was fantastic as well. I wish I remembered their names because they truly made a great impression.
Overall, it was an amazing experience and we can’t wait to return!

This was a surprise stay for our recent Engagement and it was an amazing experience! Ashish at the Front Desk was incredibly warm and welcoming, gave us a short tour and walked us to our rooms.
I highly recommend booking a massage as well. We had Anna and Carrie as our RMT’s and we both left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
I HIGHLY recommend this location for anyone looking for a self care day or a weekend away.

We’ve stayed multiple times so
Clearly we love it here, and it’s always lovely. Everything is very nice and comfortable except the one thing that is always just a little irksome: .Rooms need coat hooks! We have stayed in several suites and rooms in the last few years and there are rarely, if ever, places to hang coats and jackets, especially if they get wet. We have to dump them on counters or over furniture. Closets are generally too small for clothes and outerwear. Please add coat hooks or a coat tree to the suites. This is my one gripe about the place. Otherwise it’s lovely!

My massage with Amelia was amazing. All the staff were so friendly and helpful.
The spa was a perfect space to relax for a few hours. It was clean, quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed the sauna , steam room, hot pool and cool pool. The change rooms were clean with beautiful amenities. I would highly recommend this hydrotherapy circuit.

Verified Convenient underground parking, daily room service. Wonderful “Zen” garden area with comfortable seating and gas fire tables - this area was very quiet and relaxing. Room was comfortably appointed, bed was very comfortable. Hotel was in the centre of Niagara on the Lake, could walk to everything: dining, shopping and staff at hotel were amazing! Loved our complimentary bottle of wine, Thank you!

Verified Great staff, beautiful room, perfect location and parking included. Minor issues with room like a broken utility closet lock and the candle remote not working. The hydrotherapy room was disappointing: broken features on the sensory shower, no body scrub available, jaccuzi water spouts were rusted. Not worth the $95 cost. I wish the hotel had room servive or breakfast options all week. The NOTL restaurant was excellent. Best Burger ever. Beautiful spot to dine. The zen garden out back was tranquil and quiet. Lovely spot to relax.

Great spot in NOTL to stay in. Boutique and unique. The zen garden is so beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay. Food was amazing at Treadwells especially the on site baked bread !

Quickly has become our go-to for relaxed evenings with friends. Tucked away just steps away from the Main Street in Olde Towne the vibe is almost tropical with a chic covered patio with glass walls which are left open weather permitting. Service is excellent (thank you Zara!) and the good offerings always delicious. From salmon, to pasta specials and the burger…short rib and beef?? Outstanding

Their indoor spa looks nice, and we had a great time as friends. The relaxation lounge, hot pool, tepid pool, steam room, and sauna were as expected. The snow room was unexpected and such a nice surprise; would recommend the snow room after the sauna. The RMTs were courteous and professional. We noticed a few things. We were rushed through the check-in process due to the tight space and other patrons behind us, such that our forms were not all fully filled out prior to our massages; perhaps the customary practice of an online form sent to us in advance would solve this problem. The areas were not refreshed as frequently as expected (leading to overflowing wastebaskets in the change rooms and empty kettles and refreshment plates in the lounge). The water was left unchecked and thus overchlorinated, such that many of us had bleach streaks through our swimwear afterwards.

We had a great experience with 124 Queen Hotel and Spa! The staff are kind and courteous and go above and beyond to make sure that every detail is looked after! We had two days of meeting rooms booked and a total of 14 separate hotel rooms. The did an exceptional job and our group was a handful! ;-)
Verified Excellent hotel, great location for going to the Shaw Festival shows
Great hotel and great location. We stayed in a Signature Deluxe King on the 3rd floor. Very nice room and bathroom. Elevator close by. The room was quiet. Our friends stayed in a room accessible by an outside, somewhat steep, stairway, but they really liked their room as well. Underground parking is great. Nice size spaces, luggage carts available when we arrived. The entrance is off a side street. When we left, the main street was closed due to a Porsche rally, but it was no problem to go out the back way. The Royal George Theatre is across the street, and we saw 2 shows there. We walked to the Shaw Festival Theatre to see a great production of My Fair Lady. It's a half mile, so if it's raining, plan accordingly. We had breakfast at the nearby Sunset Grill. The hotel restaurant menu didn't suit our tastes for breakfast. We had a good, not great, dinner at the hotel. Service was a little slow, so we had to skip dessert to get to the show on time. We had a great dinner at the Epicurean, each of us ordered something different. Craig's Cookies across the street is great. Not available in the US, we took home a dozen. We plan to come back in '26.
Verified Exceptional Experience for Our Corporate Event
We recently hosted our annual President’s Club event at 124 on Queen and were blown away. The service was outstanding — every staff member went above and beyond, from planning to execution. Our group of 45+ stayed in a mix of room types, all beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable. The food was phenomenal, from welcome treats to our awards dinner. I’d highly recommend this venue for corporate events or weddings — and I’m already planning a personal getaway back!
Verified Relaxing Hydrotherapy Circuit
We used the hydrotherapy circuit which was wonderfully relaxing. There is a large jacuzzi, sensory showers, both dry and wet saunas, a pool, and a snow room. The pool and jacuzzi have water fountains flowing into them resulting in the soothing sounds of water falling throughout the circuit. The dry sauna is quite hot which limits the time one can stay in it. The wet sauna includes eucalyptus aromatherapy which is quite nice. There is a quiet room that is shared with the spa but we did not use it on this visit. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

We booked in for a one-night, mid-week stay to celebrate my birthday and it was the highlight of turning 43! The boutique hotel is quiet, super cute and contemporary. The staff upon entering greeted us right away and knew we had an early spa appointment, so took our bags to our room for us! We had a perfect relaxing time at the spa in the circuit and treatment. we seamlessly rode the elevator to our room and enjoyed some more relaxing time on the super comfy beds before getting ready for a fabulous dinner at Treadwell. The food was incredible, I recommend adding the wine pairing, it's more $, but worth every bite and paired sip! We also enjoyed a delicious hot breakfast the next morning at Treadwell which was one of the best we've had. The hotel was so quiet, and we slept like angels in the beds. Its such a treat to get to have a night away in comfort and relaxation, there should never be a reason to complain when staying at such a nice hotel steps to the shops! Just before we drove home, we grabbed a Starbucks, located next to the lobby inside the hotel and headed out into the snow from the underground parking which was warm and hidden from the elements.

The staff was extremely friendly when we arrived and everything that we had booked was exactly as we had planned for it to be. The rooms were beautiful and food was great- something for everyone! I would not hesitate to recommend to others looking for a corporate booking or booking again myself.

Amazing property and staff. The breakfast at Treadwell included in our package was amazing. Spa was relaxing and super nice. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. I highly recommend staying at this hotel especially if you’re planning on using the spa. It’s so easy to go from your room to the spa. There is also a delicious restaurant and bar onsite. We felt like family after staying for 4 nights.

This property looks like it's been freshly renovated. The decor is luxurious and modern. We stayed in a room with 2 queens and we couldn’t believe how spacious it was. Our team had an amazing work retreat at 124 on Queen in September. I worked with the Director of Sales, Amanda, to plan our event. Amanda was attentive throughout the planning process and delivered the "wow" factor we were looking for. As an event planner, it was extremely comforting working with Amanda; she ensured no detail was missed. From start to finish, everything was perfect. Our accommodations and the Gallop meeting space were ideal for our small group. We enjoyed an exceptional farm-to-table lunch at Treadwell. From the staff, accommodations, spa, dining, and amenities, this place is a gem. To end our retreat, we had the pleasure of visiting the 124 Spa. The sensory experience of the Hydrotherapy Circuit, including the unique snow room, melted away our stress. Each team member also enjoyed an individual spa treatment which was divine. The 124 Spa offers a world-class spa experience for relaxation. 124 on Queen is a beautiful boutique hotel that offers luxurious excellence in a prime location for both business and pleasure. If you want to make lasting memories, this is the place to be! We cannot wait to return!
