Absolutely perfect hotel - with parking, luxury feel and the friendliest staff. Don’t hesitate to book this (and visit the golf club on the lake for breakfast with the best views)!

I recently worked with the incredible 124 on Queen team to organize a corporate off-site involving both daytime meetings and overnight stays and I cannot recommend them enough!!
I had not organized a corporate event for my company before and as it was for the senior executives, there were a lot of moving parts to iron out to ensure I hit the brief. There was a lot of back-and-forth during the planning stages and I was so impressed by how caring and understanding the team was to my demands and changes;) They remained patient and attentive throughout ensuring every detail was tailored to our needs so we were perfectly set up for success!
We used The Gate House for our daytime meetings. It is a stunning room flooded with natural light which kept the energy high and the atmosphere professional and happy. The AV setup was seamless and incredibly easy to use—no technical headaches to slow us down. The food provided during the day was excellent. There were plenty of options to suit everyone, and the snack selection was a huge hit with the team!
The overnight accommodations were beautiful, providing a high-end, comfortable retreat after a long day of work. We hosted a private dinner at Treadwell Cuisine and it was spectacular. The setting was intimate and the meal was easily a highlight of the trip.
Overall the property itself is breathtaking and perfectly situated in the heart of Niagara. Between the top-tier service, the beautiful meeting spaces, and the ease of execution, this was a seamless experience.
We will definitely be going back again next year!

Check in and check out (contactless) were smooth. Friendly, helpful staff. Our room (king bed with balcony) was beautiful with the right touches. Location is perfect for strolling, shopping, eating and drinking your way through town.
Fantastic customer service. We stayed at 124 on Queem previously, and our room was not overly clean. This time, our room was great and the staff went over and above! We had a great stay!
Great Easter weekend experience. Rooms even came with yoga mats. Highly recommend Treadwell restaurant for dinner. Thanks for the relaxing weekend getaway!

An absolutely beautiful hotel with fantastic food, lovely spa facilities and most impressive of all friendly, attentive and brilliant staff. Adele and Geoff in the restaurant were absolutely brilliant, really helpful and attentive with nothing too much trouble. Anne in reception was fantastic, gave us loads of local information and was so welcoming and cheerful. If we are ever back we will without a doubt stay here, 100% recommended.

124 on Queen Hotel and Spa Niagara on the Lake My birthday is on January 1st and my husband treated to me to a night at your beautiful Hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, in particular my facial treatment in the spa. Dawn did an exceptional job. I would have to say that it was the best facial I have ever had and I look forward to coming back for another facial from Dawn in the future. Thank you for an overall wonderful experience. Great spot in NOTL to stay in. Boutique and unique. The zen garden is so beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay. Food was amazing at Treadwells especially the on site baked bread !

Quickly has become our go-to for relaxed evenings with friends. Tucked away just steps away from the Main Street in Olde Towne the vibe is almost tropical with a chic covered patio with glass walls which are left open weather permitting. Service is excellent (thank you Zara!) and the good offerings always delicious. From salmon, to pasta specials and the burger…short rib and beef?? Outstanding
Verified Decent spa
Their indoor spa looks nice, and we had a great time as friends. The relaxation lounge, hot pool, tepid pool, steam room, and sauna were as expected. The snow room was unexpected and such a nice surprise; would recommend the snow room after the sauna. The RMTs were courteous and professional. We noticed a few things. We were rushed through the check-in process due to the tight space and other patrons behind us, such that our forms were not all fully filled out prior to our massages; perhaps the customary practice of an online form sent to us in advance would solve this problem. The areas were not refreshed as frequently as expected (leading to overflowing wastebaskets in the change rooms and empty kettles and refreshment plates in the lounge). The water was left unchecked and thus overchlorinated, such that many of us had bleach streaks through our swimwear afterwards.

We had a great experience with 124 Queen Hotel and Spa! The staff are kind and courteous and go above and beyond to make sure that every detail is looked after! We had two days of meeting rooms booked and a total of 14 separate hotel rooms. The did an exceptional job and our group was a handful! ;-)
Verified Excellent hotel, great location for going to the Shaw Festival shows
Great hotel and great location. We stayed in a Signature Deluxe King on the 3rd floor. Very nice room and bathroom. Elevator close by. The room was quiet. Our friends stayed in a room accessible by an outside, somewhat steep, stairway, but they really liked their room as well. Underground parking is great. Nice size spaces, luggage carts available when we arrived. The entrance is off a side street. When we left, the main street was closed due to a Porsche rally, but it was no problem to go out the back way. The Royal George Theatre is across the street, and we saw 2 shows there. We walked to the Shaw Festival Theatre to see a great production of My Fair Lady. It's a half mile, so if it's raining, plan accordingly. We had breakfast at the nearby Sunset Grill. The hotel restaurant menu didn't suit our tastes for breakfast. We had a good, not great, dinner at the hotel. Service was a little slow, so we had to skip dessert to get to the show on time. We had a great dinner at the Epicurean, each of us ordered something different. Craig's Cookies across the street is great. Not available in the US, we took home a dozen. We plan to come back in '26.
Verified Exceptional Experience for Our Corporate Event
We recently hosted our annual President’s Club event at 124 on Queen and were blown away. The service was outstanding — every staff member went above and beyond, from planning to execution. Our group of 45+ stayed in a mix of room types, all beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable. The food was phenomenal, from welcome treats to our awards dinner. I’d highly recommend this venue for corporate events or weddings — and I’m already planning a personal getaway back!
Verified Relaxing Hydrotherapy Circuit
We used the hydrotherapy circuit which was wonderfully relaxing. There is a large jacuzzi, sensory showers, both dry and wet saunas, a pool, and a snow room. The pool and jacuzzi have water fountains flowing into them resulting in the soothing sounds of water falling throughout the circuit. The dry sauna is quite hot which limits the time one can stay in it. The wet sauna includes eucalyptus aromatherapy which is quite nice. There is a quiet room that is shared with the spa but we did not use it on this visit. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

We booked in for a one-night, mid-week stay to celebrate my birthday and it was the highlight of turning 43! The boutique hotel is quiet, super cute and contemporary. The staff upon entering greeted us right away and knew we had an early spa appointment, so took our bags to our room for us! We had a perfect relaxing time at the spa in the circuit and treatment. we seamlessly rode the elevator to our room and enjoyed some more relaxing time on the super comfy beds before getting ready for a fabulous dinner at Treadwell. The food was incredible, I recommend adding the wine pairing, it's more $, but worth every bite and paired sip! We also enjoyed a delicious hot breakfast the next morning at Treadwell which was one of the best we've had. The hotel was so quiet, and we slept like angels in the beds. Its such a treat to get to have a night away in comfort and relaxation, there should never be a reason to complain when staying at such a nice hotel steps to the shops! Just before we drove home, we grabbed a Starbucks, located next to the lobby inside the hotel and headed out into the snow from the underground parking which was warm and hidden from the elements.
