Exactly what I needed, perfect ambience and the therapist Rose was amazing 🤩

Great communication via text and incredibly nice touches to make our stay extra special. Highly recommend doing the hydrothermal circuit at their spa before check in! Thank you for amazing hospitality.

This was my 1st spa experience and WOW!!!! The salt meditation was amazing, I was able to relax, i do have ADHD so I figured this was not going to be possible. 2nd the hydrotherapy circuit pool was incredible, completely blown away with this tranquility! I will definitely book once a month!!

The service at the front desk was amazing. We had an issue with our room that was acknowledged appropriately. We personally did not love staying at the gate house (2 king beds) as much as the main building. The gate house seemed a little bit more run down and the room could have used some maintenance (ie, broken tile in the shower, wear and tear on the bathroom door, etc). However, we will be back to stay in the main building and visit the spa again!

I came back to the Spa at Q after 9 years specifically to have a facial with Erin. It was just as wonderful as I remembered it to be! Erin was friendly, made me feel comfortable, and listened to my preference for extractions. I also brought my teenage daughter and she loved her facial as well! Thank you Erin for treating us so amazing! Side note: I was surprised to notice a couple things about the room that took away from the overall high-end spa experience. Specifically, there was a hole in the ceiling right above the bed. It looked like there was a leak in the area. The gold shelf decor was tarnished and looked old. For a high-end spa, I feel that those two items should be addressed (please see attached photos). However, it was not enough to take away any stars from Erin's wonderful service!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely wonderful experience at 124 on Queen Hotel & Spa. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of and genuinely valued. The level of service here is truly exceptional. A special shout-out to Violet at the spa, who saved the day when I broke a nail last minute. She quickly found a glue, handled everything with such calm professionalism, and fixed it with a warm smile — it meant so much in that moment. Huge thanks as well to Hilary, who took the time and effort to track down my missing Apple Watch and made sure it was returned safely to me. Her kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. And finally, I’m incredibly grateful to Zac from Town Line Laundry Company, who not only found my Apple Watch but personally drove it back to 124 on Queen to make sure I got it back. That level of honesty and dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. The hotel and spa are beautiful, relaxing, and impeccably run, but it’s truly the people who make this place stand out. I can’t recommend 124 on Queen enough — outstanding service, wonderful staff, and an experience that goes far beyond expectation.

I love the hydrotherapy circuit! I have bought the locals pass twice now. My only suggestion to improve the experience would be to turn the lights up a bit in the hallway and the tearoom. As a senior I feel that it’s unsafe to be that dark; also it’s very disconcerting to not be able to identify the snacks ( maybe label them?).

The Valmont Facial felt like one of those treatments where you can actually sense your skin changing in real time. Even with my eyes closed, it felt rich, purposeful, and very high-touch. When it was over, my skin felt incredibly smooth, hydrated, and refreshed, like it had been “reset.” It had that healthy glow that doesn’t just look good, but feels different. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay at 124 on Queen. In such a charming location, the hotel offers beautiful rooms, superb service and fantastic dining at Treadwells. The spa experience was amazing and the Hydrotherapy Circuit extremely relaxing. With this being our first visit, we were beyond impressed and would highly recommend the property to others.

Best lounge area and amenities out of all the spas I’ve been to in the area, always a nice time.

It was my third visit to the spa, even though I enjoyed it the first two times. Consequently, I returned, but I was somewhat disappointed with the steam room this time. It was barely warm throughout my stay. Now, they've added salt scrub to the sensory shower, which is quite delightful. And updated the waterfalls in the hot pool.

This was our first trip to the Spa at Q and we were quite pleased with the attention to detail and overall services. The hydrotherapy area was also a new experience for us so we tried everything that it had to offer including the bar and food services. Very nice...
