Excellent hotel, great location for going to the Shaw Festival shows Great hotel and great location. We stayed in a Signature Deluxe King on the 3rd floor. Very nice room and bathroom. Elevator close by. The room was quiet. Our friends stayed in a room accessible by an outside, somewhat steep, stairway, but they really liked their room as well. Underground parking is great. Nice size spaces, luggage carts available when we arrived. The entrance is off a side street. When we left, the main street was closed due to a Porsche rally, but it was no problem to go out the back way. The Royal George Theatre is across the street, and we saw 2 shows there. We walked to the Shaw Festival Theatre to see a great production of My Fair Lady. It's a half mile, so if it's raining, plan accordingly. We had breakfast at the nearby Sunset Grill. The hotel restaurant menu didn't suit our tastes for breakfast. We had a good, not great, dinner at the hotel. Service was a little slow, so we had to skip dessert to get to the show on time. We had a great dinner at the Epicurean, each of us ordered something different. Craig's Cookies across the street is great. Not available in the US, we took home a dozen. We plan to come back in '26.

Exceptional Experience for Our Corporate Event We recently hosted our annual President’s Club event at 124 on Queen and were blown away. The service was outstanding — every staff member went above and beyond, from planning to execution. Our group of 45+ stayed in a mix of room types, all beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable. The food was phenomenal, from welcome treats to our awards dinner. I’d highly recommend this venue for corporate events or weddings — and I’m already planning a personal getaway back!

Relaxing Hydrotherapy Circuit We used the hydrotherapy circuit which was wonderfully relaxing. There is a large jacuzzi, sensory showers, both dry and wet saunas, a pool, and a snow room. The pool and jacuzzi have water fountains flowing into them resulting in the soothing sounds of water falling throughout the circuit. The dry sauna is quite hot which limits the time one can stay in it. The wet sauna includes eucalyptus aromatherapy which is quite nice. There is a quiet room that is shared with the spa but we did not use it on this visit. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Perfect couples stay We booked in for a one-night, mid-week stay to celebrate my birthday and it was the highlight of turning 43! The boutique hotel is quiet, super cute and contemporary. The staff upon entering greeted us right away and knew we had an early spa appointment, so took our bags to our room for us! We had a perfect relaxing time at the spa in the circuit and treatment. we seamlessly rode the elevator to our room and enjoyed some more relaxing time on the super comfy beds before getting ready for a fabulous dinner at Treadwell. The food was incredible, I recommend adding the wine pairing, it's more $, but worth every bite and paired sip! We also enjoyed a delicious hot breakfast the next morning at Treadwell which was one of the best we've had. The hotel was so quiet, and we slept like angels in the beds. Its such a treat to get to have a night away in comfort and relaxation, there should never be a reason to complain when staying at such a nice hotel steps to the shops! Just before we drove home, we grabbed a Starbucks, located next to the lobby inside the hotel and headed out into the snow from the underground parking which was warm and hidden from the elements.

Birthday Indulgence! I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at 124 on Queen in Niagara-on-the-Lake. From the attentive staff to the opulent and relaxing spa experience, every detail was perfect. The food was delicious at NOTL!, and my room was beautifully appointed with modern decor. I highly recommend it!

Corporate Event A group of us went to 124 Queen for a work event and the service was great at the time of booking. The staff was extremely friendly when we arrived and everything that we had booked was exactly as we had planned for it to be. The rooms were beautiful and food was great- something for everyone! I would not hesitate to recommend to others looking for a corporate booking or booking again myself.

Spa-tacular long weekend Amazing property and staff. The breakfast at Treadwell included in our package was amazing. Spa was relaxing and super nice. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. I highly recommend staying at this hotel especially if you’re planning on using the spa. It’s so easy to go from your room to the spa. There is also a delicious restaurant and bar onsite. We felt like family after staying for 4 nights.

Luxurious and Spacious Rooms This property looks like it's been freshly renovated. The decor is luxurious and modern. We stayed in a room with 2 queens and we couldn’t believe how spacious it was. Will definitely be returning in future. If you and your girlfriends are looking for a weekend getaway in ontarios wine region, this is definitely the place to stay.

A boutique hotel offering luxurious excellence! Our team had an amazing work retreat at 124 on Queen in September. I worked with the Director of Sales, Amanda, to plan our event. Amanda was attentive throughout the planning process and delivered the "wow" factor we were looking for. As an event planner, it was extremely comforting working with Amanda; she ensured no detail was missed. From start to finish, everything was perfect. Our accommodations and the Gallop meeting space were ideal for our small group. We enjoyed an exceptional farm-to-table lunch at Treadwell. From the staff, accommodations, spa, dining, and amenities, this place is a gem. To end our retreat, we had the pleasure of visiting the 124 Spa. The sensory experience of the Hydrotherapy Circuit, including the unique snow room, melted away our stress. Each team member also enjoyed an individual spa treatment which was divine. The 124 Spa offers a world-class spa experience for relaxation. 124 on Queen is a beautiful boutique hotel that offers luxurious excellence in a prime location for both business and pleasure. Modern Luxury in the heart of Niagara on the Lake Amanda and her team at the hotel took care of every detail to ensure our client's 2 day stay was smooth from start to finish. It was a group of 9 executives and everyone LOVED the hotel renovations, the delicious food and wine tasting topped off with a horse and carriage tour of picturesque Niagara on the Lake. Their luxurious spa onsite was the icing on the cake. I'm looking forward to bringing another group of client's to 124Q as soon as possible! You wont be disappointed.

Place to discover and then be charmed. A place par excellence for rest, good food, a place to enjoy the city and shops. The garden of the inner courtyard is beautiful with 2 fountains and a beautiful space for those who love discretion. Is the Pension well located in the heart of Niagara on the Lake Village? You can definitely find it.

A pearl in the middle of the action. What a beautiful cosy hotel in the middle of Niagara on the lake. My wife and I only spent two nights there and we wished we stayed longer. Very clean with little attentions by the staff that made our stay very comfortable. We had time to enjoy the Spa and the restaurant, impressive wine liste and our meals were excellent.

5 star service This hotel definitely focused on guest experience. The staff go above and beyond to ensure you are happy. There are all so kind and seem to sincerely enjoy having guests. I would say my room was 3.5 star as it was dated and a bit dark. I was there for a business conference. My colleagues had a more updated room where mine was a suite (801) that was like an apartment. Down a little alley way in between buildings. It was older and needs a bit of a refresh for sure. A fresh coat of paint and a new couch (see pic) to start would do the trick. It was very clean and large with a full kitchen, dining room and living room. Separate bedroom and a very very small, almost European size bathroom. Nice plush bathrobe, large sheet bath towels and beautiful L’Occitine toiletries making this very enjoyable for me. If you are a lady that takes time for makeup the bathroom is an issue and so is the lighting. I made it work. There is really no mirrors to see how your outfit looks either. ;-) I slept just fine, it was clean and I like all the extras. For me this what it’s important. I would stay again at this hotel. I have stayed at most of the hotel in NOTL and this one I liked the best so far. It was most comfortable and this is due to the staff for sure. Their General Manager is kind and interested in guest experiences. On the day I checked out I was getting a coffee at the Starbucks attached to the hotel. The General Manager was in line behind me asking me about my stay. The girls had an accident and coffee was all over the floor and counter. Without pause, the GM went behind and started mopping the floors. Clearly a great leader. Kudos to the entire team.
