I had a massage by RMT Sean. He was really great. I had an issue which he worked on and afterwards gave me some stretches to do to help me. He was really great. Highly recommend. The hydrotherapy experience was lovely.

What a beautiful experience. Booked the salt room (a must) and fell asleep in no time in my cozy zero gravity chair. Followed by a full body Gia sha mud scrub. I regretted not booking the hydrotherapy circuit.

Whenever we stay in NOTL it’s at 124 Queen. As always, staff is always friendly and the rooms are super clean. We stayed in the Signature Wellness Suite and definitely recommend it. So relaxing and peaceful. Between the Waverbed and the aromatherapy for the room it literally was like being in a in room spa. Just wish the weather was nicer to be able to enjoy the patio.

Good Morning I just recently stayed at your Hotel from Nov 2 to Nov 4th my husband had booked it for my birthday. This was our first time at your hotel and when we checked in we were greeted by Anshika she was so pleasant and friendly and took us around the hotel to make sure we knew exactly where everything was. No one has ever done that for us it was so nice and made our experience at your hotel so welcoming and comfortable. We also wanted to thank Larissa for upgrading our room to suite for my birthday. Thank you for that it was a nice surprise. Looking forward to our next stay. Excellent Service, and just wanted to add how clean, organized and professional your team is at 124 Queen. Cheers

The hotel itself was very clean and modern. Location perfect, right in the centre of town, very walkable. Initially I booked the petit Queen because that’s what was available, however I did request an upgrade if possible when they confirmed the booking. I was very pleased when we checked in that there was an available king room. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. We were on the ground floor and there was a door in a room that led out to the little pathway on the side of the hotel which was nice for a snack and glass of wine in the afternoon before supper. There is a restaurant on site, but we didn’t get a chance to eat there. The only things I would suggest that needs improvement are the pillows - they are extremely soft and don’t keep their shape. They need to invest in memory foam pillows that actually support your neck. The kleenex and toilet paper are as thin as tissue paper - horrendous! And for some strange reason the kleenex is blue… I guess a deal was had somewhere.. As they set themselves up as being a luxurious hotel - the small details such as pillows and toilet paper should be just as luxurious! I mean they have L’Occitane products in the bathroom, they definitely need to up their game in the kleenex and toilet paper department to match! This is why the room got 4 stars instead of 5. Other than that the service was good whenever we asked for something it was provided.

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional! The room is modern, clean and comfortable. The location is situated in a perfect location. Walking distance to all the local stores, cafes and restaurants. So quaint and lovely. Highly recommend 124 on Queen Hotel and Spa! Looking forward to staying here again!

I loved my massage therapist Carrie and the hydrotherapy was better than expected! My biggest suggestion would be for there to be a bench in the salt room. It would have made make it more relaxing to scrub my feet and lower legs & ankles while seated. There also wasn’t any scent left in the shower so that was a little disappointing and I felt like the scent in the steam room was super strong. My friends and I couldn’t get used to it and kept coughing but overall the experience was wonderful! We enjoyed the snacks and beverages in the waiting room and the staff was awesome!

Our favourite hotel in NOTL. Always have a great experience here except this time around we were not told that the hydrotherapy was under maintenance and not available for the day we were there. Would have appreciated being told upon booking or a quick email update as the hydrotherapy is a big part of why we come to this hotel

I had a perfect trip to the spa and overnight stay. Service is exceptional, my room was beautiful. The hotel is nicely located close to everything in Niagara on the Lake. Looking forward to returning again!
