Great staff and care about your smile!

My husband, son and I have all had excellent experiences at Boiling Springs Family Dental. We have had cleanings, fillings, crowns and core buildups. The staff are all exceptional. Questions and concerns are addressed immediately by friendly, pleasant, experienced staff. I would highly recommend this practice.

I highly recommend this dental office! All staff are very nice and put patients at ease with every appointment! Dr. Williams does a great job and highly skilled!

I don't recommend this dentistry. I had a crown put in to replace a large filling from when I cracked my tooth as a kid. The crown was not positioned/shaped correctly. They performed 1 polish after it was put in instead of the 5 or 6 polishes that normally occurs when you get a crown or new filling. I returned three days later taking off work a second time and the dentist did one polish again and sent me on my way. While it was better, it still wasn't right. When I returned weeks later to replace another old filling with a new filling, I mentioned the ongoing issues and the jaw pain I was still having. Nothing else was done. Both procedures left me with a giant fat lip that lasted 4 or 5 days. No other dentist office has ever left me with a fat lip regardless of the work (crown/fillings). I had to visit another dentist for a second opinion and their recommendation was to completely redo the work because it was not done correctly. They showed me xrays of my other crowns positioning and then how the new crown was not positioned correctly failing to protect the entire tooth. I had to pay 560 dollars out of pocket for the first procedure and now I have to pay another 490 dollars for the procedure to be repeated as well as miss another day of work. The office did offer for me to come in for another evaluation but I turned it down due to the poor work that has been performed up to this point. No refund was offered. The dentist(s) appear to be in a rush with not the best bed side manners. With that being said, the front office workers, office manager, and my hygienist were all nice and good people. Until they slow down and take care of their patients, it would be better to find a different place.

Wonderful first experience! Everyone was friendly and my hygienist, Tasha, was thorough and very gentile. Recommend!
