I have been using Dog Watch for several years. Their attention to detail and their professionalism are remarkable. It is great to have a local company that takes care of needs as they occur. Our 1 year old Frenchie, Chubbs loved to run full speed to visit the neighbors across the street and pay visits to his dog-friend Roxy next door. As much as everyone in the neighborhood loves our little Chubbs, we needed to keep him in our yard. We called DogWatch and we sold immediately! Our fence was installed a few weeks later- and I’m happy to report- Chubbs has not left his yard in 2weeks. This fence is literally a life saver! We tried everything And Chubbs ran right through it. I was filled with anxiety every time we took Chubb out to the yard before getting invisible fence. I was terrified he would run off or be hit by a car. I can not thank Teresa and DogWatch enough. The fence took a few hours to install (I don’t remember the installers name, but thank you sir! ) he was so quick and efficient. Teresa came out to help us train Chubbs a few times and gave us so many pointers and reassurance. She offered to come out and help us train Chubbs for as long as needed- thankfully it took about 1 1/2 weeks. Every single thing she told us, happened and we followed her every instruction. I am very impressed with the Dog Watch system! We have had Invisible Fence for probably 20 yrs. It seemed to work for our Labs, but after welcoming a French Bulldog into our family, for some reason, it didn’t seem to work for her. After many visits to IF trying to resolve the issue, and most recently no available customer service, I decided to contact Dog Watch on a friends recommendation. I got a quote with a simple phone call/email. I was able to use my existing underground wiring, but replace the power source and collars with Dog Watch products. Once the system was installed Teresa came out & walked me through how to make adjustments to the collars and did a little training session with our Frenchie. That’s all it took. I was amazed at how quickly she responded & respected her boundaries. I would highly recommend Dog Watch to anyone looking to contain their dog(s) and are looking for great customer service!! Called Dogwatch about a problem and left a message explaining issue. Within minutes I received a response back saying they would be out same week to address it. 1 day later, they showed up, explained issue, fixed it, up and running! Always fast responses when I call for replacement batteries etc. I have recommended them to everyone i know who is considering a dog fence company - you wont find better service, friendly...Family!!

Have had our fence through 2 dogs more than 15 years. Prompt and courteous service. Repairs without issue when a tree root broke the wire. Good at training dog/us.
