I had a lot of questions throughout the process because I wasn’t getting much guidance. While they were responsive, I never felt like I got clear or complete answers—if anything, I often left more confused. I paid them to help correct a mistake made by a previous accountant, but the situation ended up worse. They didn’t review or verify the information I provided—they just entered the numbers I sent, which I could have done myself for free. Overall, I didn’t feel supported or that they were genuinely there to help.

It gives me great peace and relief to have found them as I have had a grossly inadequate and deeply frustrating experience of my principle accountant in recent years.
