Amazing service
I received a text from Michael as soon as I stepped off the plane and Michael met us within minutes of exiting the terminal in a beautiful luxurious Cadillac Escalade, Michael helped us with our bags and provided amazing service and some great local knowledge of the area. Would highly recommend this service for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient luxury car service. Thanks guys!

Wow what an amazing experience. We used Driven Miami as a car service from Miami international airport to the cruse terminal. The car was waiting for us. Mark called us as we landed and gave us his location. He was waiting at baggage claim for us. Then we arranged for his car service to pick us up from the cruise terminal to Miami airport. Again he texted me his location. I waited less than two mins for him to drive to our location. We are a party of 5 with big luggage so we decided to use the Escalade that fits 7. There was so much space, the car was spotless clean and shiny. He even had water bottles in the car for us both trips. This was worth every dollar spent, next time I need rides in Miami I will be using Driven Miami. Especially because the Miami cruise terminal is so unorganized. Thanks so much!!

Great service both times we used Driven Miami. Our driver Michael was prompt and texted us as our plane landed in Miami that he was there and to let him know once we had our luggage and we're ready to go. Ice cold waters waiting for all of us as well, which was great after a long red eye flight! Our 2nd driver Anthony was also prompt and helpful with ideas of things to do for our day in Miami. Definitely will use their car service again!!

High Class and Professional!
I located this company randomly on another social media site and while the other reviews were good, it didn't necessarily assure me that this was the company to go with. However, after booking round-trip transport to and from Miami Intl. Airport for my family (I am overseas already), I was soon convinced of what everyone else was saying. My sister and daughter could not have been more pleased from the moment the driver arrived. The vehicle was immaculate and the driver extremely professional and courteous. Most importantly, the driver was safe and delivered my family safely to and from the airport despite typical Miami traffic at rush hour! They now have a customer for life if they continue with this delivery of services and uphold this reputation. It's hard to find dependable service providers in the Miami-area and this company sure delivers on it's promise!

Absolutely amazing and seamless service. Michael was a godsend. After a horrible day of travel with endless delays and two small children, Michael was ready and went above and beyond for all our needs. He handled everything, from baggage, installing car seats, and even sent us recommendations for great playgrounds and activities. The best!

Drivers from Driven Miami are very professional, especially we liked Bobby, but the best part I think is their easy booking online system, it takes me no time to reserve a car

Driven Miami is the BEST car service in Miami!
Exceptional service from beginning to end! Our driver (Mike) was AWESOME!! Very friendly, professional and courteous! I also spoke with Marcus months in advance to reserve our transportation needs, and he was also GREAT! Everytime I spoke with him, he was very kind and helpful and captured all of my needs. We used Driven Miami yesterday to drive our group from South Beach to the Cowboys game and then finally take us to the airport. We really liked our driver Michael, he was friendly and a safe driver. The SUV we got was beautiful too.

I live in South Beach and I use this company every time i need a car service or have family and/or (specially) VIP clients coming in or going out of commercial and/or corporate nearby airports (MIA, FLL, FXE, OPF etc...) .Not only their fleet of town cars and limos are very luxurious and make you feel like a million bucks it's also very easy to book a ride on their website. Oh! And i like the fact that you can see the prices before you book so no unpleasant surprises or hidden fees here! A lot of times we have the same drivers so it's nice to see familiar faces to greet us when coming home. Fabulous limousine service. Keep up the good work guys!

What a great experience I had with Driven Miami. The Escalade was brand new and very clean. The driver was very professional and friendly. I am so impressed with their car service that I will be recommending to them all my friends. You won't be disappointed. I am definitely booking them when I return from my vacation for a relaxing ride hom Eddie from Weston. Another great experience with Driven Miami when we returned home from Europe. Michael Z was very professional, patient and personable. The Suburban LTZ was in mint condition, clean, very comfortable and accommodated all our luggage along with my 4 year old boy in their complimentary car seat. Driven Miami did a great job, picking up my big family from the airport with 2 big SUV. Both drivers were on point, very friendly and polite. But most of all I liked that this limo service company doesn't charge for car seats(and we needed 3). That's an amazing feature for people who travel with kids

I travel a lot and use limousine service to and from the Miami airport frequently. All I have to say is that Driven Miami car service is my choice when in Miami. Very easy booking system online, my driver Marcus was well dressed, knowledgeable about the are and quickest route to south beach and most importantly very polite. The Mercedes he picked me up in was brand new and so clean like he had just pulled it off the showroom floor.!! Def one of the better car services I have taken recently and therefore deserved the 5 star rating :)

AWESOME experience. Our executive was in town for multiple meetings and the Driven Miami team executed all of the arrangements flawlessly. We are so happy that we have finally found a luxury car service that provides complementary car seats and is very professional and easy to book with .We have used Driven Miami several times already and are very satisfied with their services . My wife and I have two small kids and we travel with them between our apartments in Miami and NY often so we have to use car seats . Driven Miami drivers are always on time and come with the right car seats and are very helpful with everything ,especially when we get picked up at Mia or Fort Lauderdale airport and have a lot of luggage. We would like to highly recommend Driven Miami

We were looking for a local car service company to take our parents from Miami Beach to Fll Airport and found Driven Miami. We made a reservation online and received a confirmation email in no time. My parents were very happy with the service, the driver made sure that they got the assistance at the Airport with wheelchairs and checked in bags before he politely said good bye and wished them a safe flight. It’s refreshing to see that level of attention and compassion. Thank you once again

Amazing service! Great email communication and customer service, we made reservation online for Airport transfer and received conformation email with all details. When landed in Miami, i saw txt msg from the Driver that he is awaiting us at the baggage claim #23 How cute :) Ride was awesome in new Escalade, driver told us that all their cars are new and luxurious. We used Driven Miami on the way back to the Airport as well. 5 Star Limo company

Driven Miami absolutely saved the day when our original transportation service cancelled on us and left us stranded at the Port of Miami with a 2 year old. We were scrambling to find a transportation service that could accommodate 5 people, one of which was a 2 year old that needed a car seat, and as expected, most companies were booked or needed at least 2 hours notice. As we called service after service with no luck, it started to rain, and then, thankfully, Driven Miami came to the rescue and picked us up in less than half an hour with a car seat and a sharp clean car with enough room for everyone and all of our stuff.
Shame on you, Transfeero, for stranding us with a toddler, and thank you Driven Miami for saving the day!

A great tour of Miami
Had a 6 hour layover after a cruise so decided to use Driven Miami. I booked from the cruise ship on the internet and all was confirmed right away. Pickup was flawless and driver Michael was a great guide and the tour was excellent. Service exceeded my expectations.

Excellent service and easy to book over phone.
I don't like to do certain things over the internet and booking airport transportation in an airport I have never visited is one of them. I was happy that I could call them, review exactly what my needs were, and give AMEX over the phone. After that I was done. They texted me upon arrival to let me know where to meet. They were also on time at hotel for return trip. Had a large , comfortable SUV for both trips. Clean, late model vehicles and excellent service. I would recommend to others and certainly use them again if I return to Miami.
