Jan 25th of 2026 my son traveling across the US back home to Michigan had car trouble. He was traveling alone. I had never been to Fort Morgan but am so grateful for the kind people we met there. Tabitha, in the office at Bullet Automotive was amazing! The guys at the shop tried their best to find the source of the issue. It was electrical and it was going to be way more than the car was worth. They were so honest and professional in all my interactions with them. If ever you are in need of their services I would trust them 100%. They explained what was happening and were so timely to deal with. This mom who got in the car to rescue her son off the side of the interstate in what would be a very cold snap (-23 degree temps) that weekend will be forever grateful for the care and attention you took to help figure the whole car situation out. From helping arrange the tow truck to the salvage yard that would accept his car you all were GREAT to work with! Thank you falls short! They went the extra mile even when all they would make from our transaction was the initial diagnostic fee. That speaks volumes to the character and quality people you would be dealing with. Excellent service experience

Bullet Automotive was fantastic to work with. I dropped my husband Brad's truck off for a diagnostic, and they got it in quickly and figured out exactly what was going on without any runaround. Before replacing anything, they gave us a very detailed explanation of the issue and clearly laid out our options. We really appreciated that there was zero pressure — they let us decide whether to move forward with the repairs or pick it up and handle it on our own time. That kind of honesty and transparency is hard to find in auto shops. Great communication, fair, and trustworthy. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

The best mechanic shop in the county.

This shop is awesome! I was able to drop my car off after hours. They got ahold of me the next day with a very detailed inspection done on my vehicle. There prices I feel are very fair. They stayed in contact with me the entire time and were extremely helpful along the way! I will be bringing my car back for future repairs and upgrades! Great shop with great people!
