The person I spoke to on the phone was very nice, her name was Kaylee. She was very knowledgeable and I called on a Friday after 5 pm and she was able to get someone out to our house on Sunday morning to repair our garage door. She also gave us a quote of what the springs cost so we were able to have our finances ready when the repairman came out. I also want to complement the him as well because we had a window of time that he could be at our house between 8-12 on a Sunday and at 7:30 am I get a call then a text with a map showing his location and showing how many miles and a time he will be at our address. He was in Coalinga California at 8:39 am on a Sunday morning and he was very thorough and gave us a couple of different options we could do to repair our garage door. I would definitely give them a 5 star on customer service and punctuality especially for us because living in Coalinga it's difficult getting services to come out here very quickly to do repairs.

Today I had my garage tueup scheduled. When the technition Scotty got to my home he greeted me with courtesy and asked me what concerns I had if any. He then started his process and detrmined that I needed larger springs and cables . When he left me and my garage door I was very pleased with the smoothnes of it's operation and how quiet it was. The Precision Garage Door technician was on time (a few minutes early actually!) and he was very well trained. He diagnosed the issue and had multiple options ready to install within 30 minutes of arriving. He was able to replace the spring and repair a few other items of concern that needed to be addressed. All in, he was here less than a couple of hours and our door is working better than new! I will definitely use Precision Garage Door for all my garage door needs in the future

I recently installed a brand new retractable garage door 16 ft. I learned that I needed to have a double spring with that length of a garage door. The install the original install was actually one spring was installed and that was appropriate for a 10-ft model. Anyway, I explained my problem to Zach. He explained my choices and the actual outcome that I would have if I left the situation the way it was originally installed anyway I elected to refit my garage door with a second spring. Anyway, he came. He did a professional job. The price was a little iffy $800 Plus but I'm satisfied. I was kind of disappointed in the first company that came to install my garage door opener because they replaced my door along with the springs and the rails and the rollers and everything but he only put one spring on there so I was kind of disappointed in that. Anyway, the problem was fixed. Right now I'm sitting with two springs and I understand that I have a 5-year guarantee so I'm happy The moral of the story is make sure the company that you hire the first time is the right company. If not, you will end up having to fix their mistakes and pay the difference in my case. $800 plus extra.

My garage door broke on a Sunday night and I called the number for Precision Garage Door Service and was pleasantly surprised to find that I could make an appointment for service the next day. Same day service completed on 3 garage doors. Two brand new openers, replacing springs, cables, and rollers on all three doors. Very professional and efficient. We were a little surprised at the cost, but absolutely love how quiet the doors open and close, lifetime warranty, battery backup in case power goes out.

Come out same day and call and send photos with service technician ahead of time. Original garage door springs gave out after 10 years. Was able to book an appointment online for the day and time frame i wanted. Was notified approximately 20 mins before arrival with a photo and short bio of the technician. Their technician Oscar was polite and informative and we agreed to replace the springs and bearings.The cost was about what I anticipated but was surprised the there was a military/first responder discount. Overall it was a great experience. I'm sure there may be others slightly cheaper but I will be calling Precision. Thank you for your professionalism.

Called because my garage door had slipped it's cables and bent the hinges due to an obstruction I didn't see in time, being in the way when I closed it. I barely was able to close it and could not open it once I did. Gave them a call and that same day, within two hours they had a technician on their way. Andrew Espinoza was my technician and was professional, friendly, and quick in both assessing, estimating (with options) and repairing my garage door quickly and it now works better than it did when we first got it. Precision Garage provided quick, and excellent service, as I was looking for a new door asap. The complete door, tracks, and springs needed to be replaced. Quick service! I called in the morning to schedule an appointment for a technician to come out. Within the next hour our technician, Manuel O. was at our front door. I’m very satisfied with the garage door repair. The technician was professional and efficient, it only took about 45 minutes to fix the issue. The door now opens and closes smoothly and quietly. Andrew Espinoza was the pleasant and professional technician who installed the Lift Master Garage Door Opener for me. Garage door’s cable snapped at 3:45 pm, and I wasn’t able to close it. This happened after the door was giving trouble opening and closing all the way, for a few weeks. Also, it was so loud as it closed. I called one company, and they said they couldn’t come out until the morning. Meanwhile, my garage door would have to stay open all night. So with the recommendations from two other people, they said call Precision. Precision arrived at my house by 5:00 pm.

My garage door was broken. I called Precision expecting a repairman to be available in a few days. They provided same day service, they gave me a reasonable estimate to repair my door, and fixed it that day. My repairman was Raul, he was professional, friendly and did a great job. I was very impressed by Raul's knowledge and professionalism. He fixed my most immediate problem within about 5 minutes of arriving and got the door working on a basic level. The rest of his job was quick and clean and he had an explanation for how everything worked. The door itself will likely need replacing and when it does, I will call Precision.

Bit Pricey but the service was great. Installer was nice enough to work around the boxes i had in the garage.I was told to clear at least 5-10ft of space from the entry point.i only did about 4ft.he told me it was alright

We had an awesome experience. Called Sunday at approximately 1:00 pm. for a broken spring. Was told they would be out between 2:00 and 6:00 pm. Andrew called to say he was in his way at 2:05. Mike came by a couple weeks ago and ran through a few options with me. Today Mike came out replace my springs/bearings/ bushings/rail bearings and the whole nine yard. Sunday. Raul called upon leaving, as requested, and arrived on time, in uniform, ready to work. First, he ran tests getting the results we expected for a 20 yr old garage door opener. He presented us with 2 alternatives, a fix and a replacement. He said he could do the work now, gave us an estimated time he would finish and began work. He finished early, pointed out the new parts, demonstrated everything asked if we had any questions. He accepted electronic payment. This whole day was so easy. Raul was so polite! I only wish I had more garage doors so I could call Precision again!

Sales rep came out looked over the job and what hobbies and construction went on in our garage then gave us some options that we had not thought of. We had a small job done about 3-4 yrs ago and we were happy with their business and the job they did. Now we were needing a little upgrade and we happen to see their AD in our email. Raul Gonzalez did a fabulous job fixing my garage door accurate went haywire. Very professional I even had a follow up. Call with him a couple weeks later to ask him some questions and he responded right away. Wonderful company to work with will definitely use them again.

I got same day, very prompt service. Andrew was wonderful! He gave me 3 estimates, explained thoroughly and had everything to do the repairs then and there. This was my first time using Precision but it won’t be the last.

Wow! I called to make an appointment and Manuel was here in 30 minutes. He was so professional and gave us all the options for the repair that we needed and then once the decision was made, he had the work done so quickly we couldn't believe! We will definitely use Precision Garage Door services for any and all of our Garage door needs!

I had a broken door attachment rendering my door inoperable. Precision came out within a day and at the appointed time and quickly diagnosed the issue. I was given an accurate estimate and the work was done. By the end of the day my door was back in business. I will use Precision again when I have garage door issues.

Joshua came over to repair our door, he replaced the spring, cables & rollers.. Hecwas great.. he did all this working a hour.. the door is working great.. I really liked Joshua very nice guy.. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for..

Precision Garage installed my current garage door 2 years ago. I maintained my door per instructions from Raul Gonzalez. We have not had any maintenance issues after installation. I received an email offering fall discounts on services. One of the discounts was for a Door Tune-Up. I made an appointment for the door tune-up. My service technician was Andrew Espinoza. He texted me advising his approximate arrival time. Upon arrival, Andrew asked me my expectations. He advised me what to expect from the tune-up. After completing the tune-up Andrew explained what he did and found no mechanical defects. He also refreshed me on proper door maintenance. Andrew was professional, on time, and treated me like a family member of Precision Garage. Thank you Andrew and Precision Garage.

Precision Garage Door ordered an exact replacement door, as ours was damaged and could not be repaired. The replacement was received in about 10 days, and was then installed. It works just fine, and was painted to match our house by another contractor. I would highly recommend Precision!! Gary Cox

Ok, so we have all seen their commercials on local TV about a million times, and I can say that they do live up what they claim. The service was fantastic, on time, and had great followup on when they would arrive, etc. I would highly recommend Precision Door over some other "royalty-named" service.

Installer Bryce was here in less than 2 hours after being called. Due to damage of garage door was unable to fix that evening. He was here next morning around 7:30, began working immediately. Other installer arrived little later. They had equipment & new garage door installed in 2-3 hours. Very efficient service. Your installer Bryce is definitely a bonus to your company. Friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything from start to end😊! Had no interaction with other installer, but he also was courteous! Thank you to all of you

This was my second call for service. I was able to make an appointment for the same day I called. I received a text when the tech, Raul Gonzalez, was on the way with a picture and a short bio. I could even track his route. I appreciated that. Raul was friendly and professional. He gave me suggestions for keeping my garage door opener running properly. Andrew did a fantastic job! Not only did he install a new opener, program our cars, clean up his work but had a great attitude. He sprayed our noisey garage door hinges and for the first time in years we have a quiet garage door when it opens and closes. He did precision work which really made us happy.
