I thought the case has reached an impasse as I was unable to get hold of the defendants. They have being actively avoding me and I wasn't aware of their whereabouts and I couldn't serve them. Derik and his the team at Sunshine has been quite helpful in tracking them. Derik went the extra mile in setting up a "business meeting" with the defendant as he was clever to avoid being served. My experience with Derik: 1. A knowledgeable individual. He consulted for me at no additional charge about how to serve the defendants properly considering the complexity of my case. 2. He was always willing to help and answer any questions and he had the skin in the game to get things done correctly. 3. For individuals who avoid to be served, he has work arounds to help find them with official records search or setting up "business meetings" or other rendezvous with them and serving them were while on the process. Derik and his team did such an amazing job for a task that was very complicated and stressful to me. They treated me with respect and gentleness, while I was going through my painful and embarrassing circumstances. WeServe&File offered great service at a decent price. I found them after other companies tried to take advantage of my situation and overcharge me, treated me with contempt or even refused the job. Everyone who was stuck in court for months because they couldn't serve papers knows what I am talking about. Flexibility and understanding seems rare in this area of business and WeServe&File has that. WeServe&File got all the paperwork legalized and in proper form. I needed my papers filed within 2 days. I contact we serve and they did it the same day! They even filed my court documents so I didn't have to leave my home. They were so helpful, kind, and understanding. The prices were great for me not having to deal with it. I would give them five stars and if I ever need a paper served again I will be using them!

This was my first time using We Serve and File and I definitely had my doubts. But, WFS explained the entire process, the info I sent remained confidential and they were thorough in the serving process from pictures to details on the night they served. They also took the extra step of mailing out a served copy after serving as a two-step verification process. The court was pleased with the process.
