Had my Lexus serviced at shop and super satisfied from booking an initial appointment to when I got my vehicle back. The tech Murray was amazing! He kept me informed throughout process and highlighted some concerns with brakes but not “pushy” in anyway. Vehicle was returned in perfect condition and very happy with service and communication! There's a reason I've been a regular since I moved to the city four years ago. Honest, quick, no BS assessment and resolution. Great customer handling. If I could rate in half increments I would give them a 4.5/5. The only negative and the reason to knock the half star is how busy they get and how difficult it can get to get an appointment.

Brought in my 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe to Marc and team and they immediately identified the problem! I got a loaner vehicle for my convenience and they had fixed the issue by the next morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the store has been nicely renovated. As a woman having to go into a mechanic not being very knowledgeable about cars, I felt comfortable and respected and not taken advantage of. I would recommend Bloor West to anyone wanting trusted service.

Mark has serviced my vehicles for many years. He is always making sure the cars are safe and running properly. I totally trust him with any work he deems necessary. We are never overcharged and often he will do little extras without asking or charging. Excellent service!
