Completely Reliable We have used Luggage Transfers on four occasions as we walk the South West Coast Path in legs. Every day our luggage has been waiting for us at our hotel on arrival. Booking is really straightforward and if you need to speak to the office they are really helpful. Completely reliable and highly recommended!

Another year another great service We have used Luggage Transfers since we first started walking the SWCP about 15 years ago. Always had a fantastic service. Now we're two thirds of the way, we're looking forward to booking with you for the next 7-8 years. Booking for 4 day trip only takes 10 mins. Definitely 5 star rating.

Reliable and efficient We used Luggage Transfers on a recent week-long walking holiday on the SouthWest Coastal Path, and were very impressed with the service and organisation. Our bags were always there waiting for us at the end of each (sometimes long, windy and wet) day with our clean and dry clothes to change into! We’d originally arranged this holiday for 2020, but weren’t able to take it then because of lockdown, and our booking was honoured for use one year later, which was great!

All round, great. Perfect service. Couldn’t have walked the Cornish coast without this service. Good communication. Faultless service. Highly recommend.

Thank you for your feedback. We deal with all feedback constructively in the hope of improving our service, so have looked specifically at your booking to understand your concerns. From this, we are disappointed that you were not completely happy with our service. Your booking was received over the phone the evening prior to your transfer and we offered and applied a 10% discount bringing the cost of your transfer down to £21.60 (£10.80 per bag) for a 15 mile journey to a location 2 miles inland from Bude and the South West Coast Path.Our office opens at 8.30am and we begin moving bags from 9.00am. You contacted us around 9.30am on the day of the transfer to cancel/rearrange, as you would not be walking that day. We offer a fair free cancellation up until 12pm and rearrangement up until 7pm on the day prior to the transfer taking place, but given the nature of your reason for cancellation, we offered to rearrange the transfer for the following day without charge.The South West Coast Path is unlike any of the other walking routes with a courier service in the UK. We have a network of drivers scattered throughout the South West who each day visit between 10 and 30 accommodations moving bags along the 630 miles of the path. Due to the terrain, rivers, road network, and the distance walked/cycled each day we’re unable to offer a single price for every transfer. We review all transfer prices each year and have reduced prices in some areas over the past the 2 years going against the trend of rising fuel prices and others in our industry. For comparison the same journey arranged with a taxi would cost in the region of £40, therefore we feel our prices are fair and competitive.

I have used luggage transfers many times over the years and have always found the website easy to use, any telephone queries have been quickly dealt with. I would recommend them without reservation.
