The best dental office in the area. I have been there for a few times for cleaning, feelings, etc. The dentist is knowledgeable, kind and most importantly I trust him. The nurses are also very nice and polite. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

I would highly recommend this place I was new patient and they provided the best detailed services. They have best hygienist and I would definitely recommend for cleaning from her and when Dr Rafail came he listened to my concerns closely and explained me right road map to follow. As a new patient & moving from another state I was real jumpy about who I would let do my dental care. After going to three different dental offices here in Houston, I wasn’t impressed, even thought about catching a flight to go back home to resolve my issue. I googled and came across “Lakewood Smiles” when I called and discussed my concerns they got me in sooner than expected. I had my visit on today and it went smoothly. Dr. Refail is phenomenal, very patient and informative. I felt very comfortable being in the care of him & his staff. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Excellent service. I went in yesterday for tooth extractions due to some bad teeth and didn't feel any pain. Great experience with Dr. Ben. He is patient and has great customer service. I needed help talking to my insurance as I couldn’t understand why it did not cover me for Invisalign and he stayed on the phone with me and my insurance for over an hour to talk to them directly and get to the bottom of the issue, and it was not even an issue due to him or his office.
