My new wooden fence is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. Listen, months following the original installation, I noticed an error in the final construction. I called the company and was put in touch with a State Manager regarding the issue . The following day, the manager drove over 250 miles to my house and corrected the error himself! There was no delay, no arguments, no back and forth of any kind. Not only did he do a Great JOB, but he was nice about it all too! Seriously if you have any fencing needs, do not hesitate to contact EVERFENCE! This is an AWESOME Company!

The company completed the job efficiently and left my property immaculate. I would recommend them to anyone

(UPDATE) my last contact at EverFence, Jared was able to work with his team and assess my installation and warranty. He was able to confirm that he was able to replace the plank that was warped and kept me informed the entire time I appreciate the leadership and ownership they provided and happy to update that they stood by their word and warranty. Thanks again, ever fence team and highly recommend working with Jared as your fence guy. (OLD)I will start off with saying that the install and work done for our fence was great. Now with the one star review will be for the hard push of how Everfence is nationwide and stand by the work and warranty and was a major reason we choose to spend the extra money for them. So here I am just under a year (March 2024) and have tried reaching out via text/email to my sales person Cory and project lead Robert, “who's number is now going to someone else” and have said twice they would look into it and let me. This still has not happened, 😪 to determine if a warped plank was covered under our warranty as two have already warped and has direct visibility into our backyard. I have stated in emails and text that even if it’s not covered we just wanted them to replace to match and pay for the 2 planks and install. We have contacted the sales team “phone call” and was told they would notify the “owner” and now 5 days still no follow up. Long story short 5 star on the fence itself, but their word and bond are very disappointing and now I’m not even sure my warranty is worth a damn. My recommendation is make sure you have some type of official warranty documentation and contact if using Everfence and their word is important to you.

Overall a great experience to install a 2-3 stone retaining wall and 6 ft fence. Work product is great, completed on time and budget. Project was about 6 months ago and no notable issues. We experienced a few instances of lack/miss-communication between the Sales Team and the Construction Team, but nothing critical. Would recommend EverFence for those in the DFW area.

My sales rep was wonderful but today we were scheduled to have the work done and bo one showed up. I already paid for 1/2 the work and no one from the main office will return my calls. Received a call after hours and it was uncovered that there was a miscommunication and I was not on the schedule. The job was completed today and the crew did a great job. I wish that there had been more communication between the day I did the deposit and the job getting done.

We worked with EverFence to install a new fence along the alley way and driveway entrance. Both have gates. Working with EverFence and specifically with James Snowden has been great. James is super responsive and took care of all changes we had along the way. James is great at following up on everything related to the project and guided the entire construction process from start to finish. Prices are very good compared to other quotes I received. The final fence is great quality work, took one day to put it up. Fence is solid and straight, the doors close well with nice hardware. Both fences were on metal posts, the backyard posts have a cedar cover box. Overall a fantastic job well done.

Had a 6ft black chainlink fence installed around my back yard about 11 months ago. Had a gate latch break on my 10ft gate and called for warranty work. Talked to Tanasee and she came out and walked the fence with me and addressed other problems I had with the fence that I didn't get addressed when it was installed. She called a few days later and said Carlos could come out tomorrow if I was available. He showed up the next morning and was done by 2PM. He had fixed all the problems and restretched 80% of the fence. He did a great job and was a pleasure to work with.
