I arrived at 8:00am for the pre check-in. Checking in required minimal paperwork (1-page) and the receptioninst was very pleasant. The medical staff were all very helpful getting me ready and also with keeping me informed re: procedural steps. The anesthesiologist was friendly yet, professional. Dr. Shah's knowledge was extensive and had an answer for any and all of my questions. I have a lot of faith in Dr. Shah's & the staff's abilities and will continue to be a patient there.
