Have used Bobthediver's services twice now to locate pool leaks. First time there was a small leak in the liner that they patched. The second time was yesterday. Peter was the diver and spent a good time trying to locate the leak. After a thorough inspection, there were no liner issues but probably an issue with the bottom drain. Plugged the drain so we don't have to worry about it over the winter after we close up the pool. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. His assistant was as well. Will always call them with any future leak issues. Highly recommend.

Two crew members arrived and did a thorough examination and fixed liner as there were 2 leaks. Very polite and courteous. They took underwater pictures of the larger leak. I trust this company. I didn't know where the leak was. If it had been a leak in the main drain, skimmer boxes , lights, or steps they explained they would in fact be able to epoxy and fix the leak but luckily it was only a tear in vinyl and they also found another pinhole sized leak and patched it. The price is all inclusive...one flat fee. Be careful hiring because some leak people won't go the extra step and if they can't fix it (and can only patch the liner) you wasted money.

Pool had a light fixture leak for several years that required me to replace the water many times. Previous fixes failed. Michael knew exactly what to do to seal the crack in the fixture. He also inspected the pool for any other leaks and found none. Nice all around job and well done by Michael and Emily. Highly recommend for fixing pool leaks.

Bob is wonderful to work with. I called him in 2020 and again this summer for leak detection in my pool. On both occasions he was quick to respond, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Michael and Emily (diver and tech/helper) were also a pleasure to work with. They arrived on time for our scheduled appointment and even texted in advance en route with an exact ETA! Michael surveyed the walls and floor of pool and was able to locate several small holes. Together they patched 10 holes, and to my delight, they had the matching liner pattern to repair them with! They worked quickly and efficiently and provided me with a detailed report of their findings and service complete with locations and photos of the holes. I have had two terrific experiences with this company and I am extremely grateful for their assistance and expertise; I cannot say enough good things about them!

Bob, the diver was great. The technician was on time, courteous, efficient, and most of all effective. He found my leak and patched it, and did a thorough investigation of the rest of the liner. I would highly recommend this company.

I called at 7 AM and Bob was able to schedule me for the same day. He arranged his crew’s arrival to accommodate my schedule. Mike and Emily were very pleasant and professional. They found my leak and had it patched in under an hour.

These guys were great from inquiry right through finishing the job. My initial call was answered promptly and appointment scheduled for the next day. The 2 gentlemen that showed up on site were on time, very polite, and informative. They found 2 leaks in my liner and patched them up. You could barely tell where the patches are. Pool full of mortar after recoping and new papers installed. Thought we had a disaster on our hands but called Bob. Diver attendant and helper got to it. Probably took 80 to 100bpieces stuck to liner and then got most of the stain. We noticed a remnant in the deepest part. Next day diver arrived and took it out. GREAT CREW HIGHLYBRECOMMEDD

I wish I could give them 6 stars! I called a few days before the Fourth of July weekend and spoke to Bob. He was so positive and genuinely felt interested and eager to help. On July 3rd, Bob, and his crew of 3 showed up on time and went right to work. Bob and another diver examined the entire pool, did a dye test, used underwater gauges, tightened screws on the fittings, and found the source of the leak, a deteriorated light housing. In less than an hour, they had arrived, examined the pool, explained the problem and made the repairs! Oh, I should mention that it was all done for their flat fee with no extra charges! I couldn't be happier! Do yourself a favor and use this firm.
