The Harley street walk in centre is good in terms of hygiene, service, relaxed environment for blood test, report within 10 hours is a plus point and the best part this centre is located at the centre of London

I had a really positive experience at this clinic. Dr. Amin took my blood sample and was excellent. He made sure I had booked the right test and explained clearly how to understand the results. Everything felt professional, reassuring and well-organised. Would definitely recommend!

Dr Allan showed excellent patient care from the start when welcoming me till I left - very reassuring. He also asked appropriate questions specific to my situation rather than just do the blood test I ordered.

I usually attend the Harley Street branch but tried the City of London one and it was also as efficient and reliable! I was attended to for my appointment very promptly with no delays and got my results very quickly. Without any hesitation, this is my go-to for any blood tests and I highly recommend it.

Update to the Clinic reply: Your prices are not clear I’m afraid, there’s only one price for allergy blood test, no info at all about full panel, also when you check the details about the allergy test, there’s no single word stating that’s the price for one allergen. Even your Team Member has no idea, how to explain this to me. Totally disappointed: I booked a blood test stated on website £75. During the visit Team Member had no idea about it and asked Manager. At the end he said: this is a cost for one factor, but there’s no info about it on the website. He proposed to me blood test for 2K!!!! - yes, 2K!!!! I waste my time there, without apologies. Customer service doesn’t care at all about it. I don’t recommend this place because they mislead people.

I went to this walk-in clinic feeling very anxious because I needed a blood test to find out if I was pregnant. The receptionist was incredibly kind and understanding — he noticed how worried I was and immediately spoke to the doctor to see if the test could be done right away. The doctor was just about to go on her lunch break, but she kindly stayed to do the test for me. I really appreciated that she put my situation first. She also gave me some helpful advice about pregnancy tests, which helped ease my nerves. I’m so grateful for how quickly and compassionately they both responded. It made a big difference during a stressful time. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone in need of thoughtful and efficient care.
