It is a nice and very quiet place, ideal for couples and families. I did not expect to see families with children at this time of year, but it was not an issue at all. The atmosphere was calm and civilised. The property is very clean, with plenty of housekeeping staff around. The team are polite and welcoming, especially Rafael at reception. He was so professional and knowledgeable about Spanish culture and traditions and very engaging during our conversations. The drinks are reasonably priced and the breakfast was excellent – one of the best I have had in hotels across Spain, Portugal and the United States. There were no queues, no rush, and no one constantly asking for room numbers. The staff were relaxed and cordial, which made the experience even better. The apartment itself was clean, including the kitchen and sitting room. Overall, it offered good value for money. However, there are a few things to be aware of. The swimming pool is smaller than it appears in the photos, so the images are slightly misleading but not overcrowded or noisy. The biggest challenge is the hill upwards to the residences. Walking downhill is easy, but coming back up requires effort. I would recommend taking a taxi at least halfway back, especially if you are not keen on steep walks. There are also many steps within the property. If you are over 50 or 60, I strongly suggest requesting a room on the first or second floor. The lifts can feel like a bit of a maze, sometimes requiring you to change floors and cross areas to reach your room. It is about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach. The sun reaches the property around 9.00 to 10.00 in the morning. Even at 8.00 am, there were only a few people by the pool. It remains very peaceful throughout the day. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. If you are prepared for the hills, it is a clean, friendly and relaxing place to spend time in Adeje, Tenerife.

Lovely apartment hotel! We stayed for 2 nights at Wyndham Residences Costa Adeje and had a really enjoyable stay. The apartment was spacious, extremely clean, and well equipped with everything we needed, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing. The balcony area was lovely and a great place to sit and enjoy the views. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in was quick and easy. The location is good as well, with shops, restaurants, and the beach only a short drive away. Even though we only stayed for a couple of nights, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Costa Adeje.

Great stay Just returned from a great 10 day stay at Wyndham Costa Adeje. All the teams are so friendly and helpful and go out of their way to ensure you have a lovely time. Particular shout out to Lisa and her team on reception. Apartments and public areas are spotlessly clean and food is good in the restaurant. We'll look forward to returning next year - thankyou!

Fabulous winter sun We love Wyndham Residences - this is our third stay and already booked for next February. A great place for winter soon. The apartments are a little walk to nearby restaurants and a big hill on the way back but it gets the steps in for the day! The apartments are spacious and very clean. We love the sunrise for lunch and happy hour drinks. Lovely, kind and welcoming staff. I don’t want to should to loud as to is it’s perfect.

An Excellent Family-Friendly Stay with Amazing Views We had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Residences Costa Adeje. It’s just a short walk from the busier areas, and it’s absolutely worth it for the stunning views from the private balconies. Waking up to those views was a real highlight of our stay. The apartments are spacious, very clean, and well equipped with everything you might need. The bedroom is huge and even has its own small TV, which was a lovely touch. The beds are comfortable, making it easy to fully relax and enjoy the holiday. The staff truly make this place special. Everyone is kind, helpful, and always ready to cheer you up. They pay special attention to children, which made our family feel especially welcome and cared for. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great views, and genuinely warm hospitality.

Family Christmas Break Your second stay and most certainly not our last. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for a week over Christmas and it was as good as our last stay. Spacious with all the amenities you need with views to doe for, especially at sunset. Housekeeping is thorough and the fact its not every day is perfect for us (and the environment!) Beds comfortable and proper pillows! The staff make this place, everyone is so helpful and friendly, they really made our stay. The cleaners work really hard, every morning they are out out cleaning all the communal areas. Location is perfect and yes, the hill is steep but it did not bother us. We were Self Catering but had breakfast once and had lunch at the bar a few times, food was great, - no complaints here! if you are considering going Half Board, book it when you arrive if you are doing a package holiday (we booked withnJet2) as it cheaper . We will certainly be returning!

5* all the way 5* apartment with huge balcony and stunning view. At this time of year (December) the balcony didn’t get the sun until 11.00 am but was there until sunset. An earlier reviewer said it was filthy and I can assure you wholeheartedly that is definitely not the case. Yes the room is cleaned every 4/5 days but there’s 4 bath towels and 4 hand towels. The bed is completely changed and who strips their bed at home every 4 days, quilt cover included? We went self catering but the restaurant was busy serving breakfasts and looked like there was a very varied selection. We had dinner there one night and it was really good. The hotel shop is very well stocked and just a tad pricier than the supermarkets. The reception sells water after the shop closes at 2pm. Reception staff go the extra mile if you have a problem. The hill wasn’t a problem. Going out we took the stairs from either the restaurant side or pool side. The hill is too too steep at that point to walk down. The San Eugenio shopping area is only a 5 minute walk away and a 5€ taxi back. So, all in all an excellent stay and thoroughly enjoyed it.

a great spot to visit siam park likes The apartments were surprisingly spacious and equipped with a very comfy super king bed, plenty of hanging space, two bathrooms, one with a very large bath and a walk in shower room, an ok kitchen and a huge terrace with lovely sunset views over the Atlantic. Breakfast was excellent and food and drinks at the pool bar were fairly priced - we would definitely recommend stopping by for an afternoon drink or two. The hotel complex is located surprisingly close by to all amenities - included the seafront! Not to mention a VERY short walk from Siam Park. 🐉 🏝️ We will surely be back! Special thanks to Lisa who took excellent care of us!!! dislikes Next time we would like a hot tub with a sea view please… as we had to get out to the sun beds to get it… such a hard life! 🤟🏻😅🌅

Excellent resort! Second visit to these apartments and have booked again for next year. As a family we love tenerife and these apartments tick all the boxes for us. The rooms are great. Spacious and very clean with comfy beds and all mod cons. The balcony's are absolutely huge with wonderful views. The complex as a whole is spotless clean and well maintained. The pool area is great. We never had a problem getting a sunbed at anytime of day. The onsite pool bar and restaurant are also good. All the staff on the complex are really friendly and helpful. The apartments are a 10 minute walk to all the main beaches and main resort areas (Puerto Colon/Fanabe). There is a hill to walk up on returning to the apartment but not a problem at all for us and we have small children (use the steps at the side of the pool bar to get up and down rather than walking the incline). Overall can't fault these apartments and cannot wait to return next year!

Pretty much perfect Our main draw to booking our stay here was the location, just a 10 minute walk to the front entrance of Siam Park. Unless you're staying in the park itself, I don't think it would be possible to stay closer by. Obviously we travelled in the off-season but we thought the room was great value, with more than enough space for 3 people. It was so nice to be able to lounge about on our own balcony. We spent a day by the pool and didn't have any problems getting sun-loungers either. Only improvement I could think of would be the food in the restaurant. We ate there on our last night and the food was really bland, but this is so easy to avoid as there's lots of restaurants within a 15 minute walk.

A great experience A very nice stay in a well managed resort with clean, spacious and well appointed rooms. Already recommended here to our daughter as an idea place to bring her family, being close to various parks and attractions.

Absolutely perfect First time stay here and it won't be our last. We had a two bedroomed apartment with a hot tub and honestly couldn't fault it. Amazing views of Siam Park and down to the sea. Above and beyond amenities- dishwasher, washing machine. Two bathrooms was amazing. The main thing that makes this place incredible is the staff. Anything we asked for, they sorted. A member of our group dropped an airpod down the lift shaft - staff went absolutely above and beyond to get it back for him. Bar staff so friendly, food and drinks very tasty. Always plenty sunbeds. YES, it's up a hill. That is communicated so clearly everywhere. Taxis aren't expensive. We have already booked to come back and can't wait. Thank you again for the most incredible week.

Good Hotel HELL to get to . Excellent Staff at this hotel. The Entertainment for kids and adults in the day time were fun . The Rooms were Clean but if you stopped for 10 nights which we did you would only get one bed change and clean towels ...IF MORE you would have to pay . We found the bar food and drinks expensive but happy hour made up for it . The WORSE for me (which is not really the hotels fault) was the HILL !! !!!! Then 4 lifts to get up to our room for the Fantastic VIEWS . Please NOTE we went with Easy Jet and they said there was a slight in cline to the hotel.... NOPE IT WAS A MOUNTAIN. Too hard to walk up it and going down was worse . Ended up resting my legs for 2 days and paying out taxis everyday was not a brilliant start to our holiday .

Amazing We've been here twice. On our first visit it was so impressive we invited others for the following year. That year we got a room with a hot tub and i've got to say it's been our best holiday yet. The rooms are great but the balcony's are the best bit. so much space!!! The hotel is clean and you don't need to fight for sun loungers around the pool.

A great place to relax and unwind A great place to stay fir a relaxing break away with plenty of space to sit and soak up the sun, very friendly staff and a wonderful clean environment to be in. Close to shops and restaurants as well as supermarkets, but best of all, walkable to siam park where we had the best day out yet. A must place to visit.

Good resort, the staff are the real stars Great location, a few issues with our apartment were sorted out quickly. We think that a few more parking spaces are needed. The staff were the stars of this resort. I speak Spanish so was immediately treated as a friend, getting free apéritifs and post dinner drinks. Our apartment was way up in the resort and had great views of the sea. The pool was small but great to cool off. Plenty of sun beds, but sometimes there was none free. The restaurants were good and we enjoyed our meals there. We had a hire car and were able to explore the island, which was great. Our first time in Tenerife was good, but we found the island overbuilt with resorts and very busy, compared with our other Canary Islands experiences.

Fantastic Apartments The apartments are a fantastic size and very nicely equipped. The pool area and pool bar are great, the food was really good and exceeded expectations. All the staff were very courteous and welcoming.

A belter of a location and a stunning complex. We’re currently spending 3 weeks here with our 2 teenage kids. So far the service from the staff has been excellent from check in to the service from the staff at the pool bar. Our 2 bedroom apartment is lovely, spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable despite some reviews saying they weren’t. We are staying on the 3rd floor room 302A which is accessible by a couple of lifts that were all working. We do had a dishwasher but unfortunately we didn’t washing machine but there is a separate area next to reception which does have 2 washing machines and 1 tumble dryer which cost €4.50 per load. We have hired a car and there was ample parking around the complex. The pool area is small but lovely and clean. The pool opens at 0930 and closes at 1900 and there was always a lifeguard on duty watching over. There was also ample sun beds and there was never a fight over them. The jacuzzi is amazing be been better if it was slightly deeper but it is still nice to relax and unwind in. Also no children were aloud which makes it even better. The complex overall is spotless, never any rubbish around and you always see the maintenance men doing something like painting scuffs on the walls etc. we even had them in our apartment switching out our shower enclosure because it must of got damaged prier to us arriving. On our first day we arrived back to a new enclosure fitted. Overall a lovely quiet relaxing complex and we’ll definitely be back again in the future.

Very nice residences and location We hired a car from the airport and eventually arrived at the resort. Prob about 9.30 pm and we went to the restaurant before it closed at 10 pm. Lovely food and restaurant overlooking the sea, I believe there was also another one and a couple of outside bars. Apartment was good and well equipped having a lovely outside balcony. Staff were very friendly especially Rafael helping us on the first night when we checked in. Was on a very steep hill though had excellent views. The walk down was good but we caught a taxi a couple of times coming back. Would def go back again. Loved Tenerife and the location of Wyndham residences was good. Lovely and clean also. Cleaning ladies came in twice whilst we were there for the week.

Great location for Siam Waterpark We loved the place, especially the pool with the great view of the ocean and waterpark. 10-15 min walk to Siam waterpark (although the hotel is on top of a hill, so it’s a hime to get there if you walk).

Impressive complex set away from the action Fantastic complex! Spent a week here with my family and had a great time. From start to finish the service from the staff was excellent from being able to check in early to the service from the staff in the pool bar. The apartment itself was perfect in size. I booked this due to the outdoor private terrace because it was extremely safe for my toddler but the rest of the space was spot on. Bed was comfortable despite some reviews saying that the beds weren't. Stayed on level 6 which was accessible via a series of lifts that worked well. Yes there is a hill and we had a car but there was also ample parking. Apartment had a dishwasher however washing machine was in a separate area and was chargeable at €4.50 a time but not the end of the world. The pool area itself is nice. There was a queue for the sunbeds but I think we were just unfortunate enough to be there at the same time as a bad crowed who queued from 9am (Pool opened at 9.30am). Come the Friday when this crowed left there were no problems getting a bed. The overall complex was spotless also which is something you don't always come across. Overall I'm really happy with the experience and would go back. Points that I think might need considered by management - Towels are only changed once if you are there for a week. I think this needs done every second day. Although there was plenty of towels provided, I felt like they were used really quickly. Maybe give less but change more often. The mini mart is only open between the hours of 9am and 2pm. In peak season I think this should be extended to 8am until 4pm. The jacuzzi permitted children. I would prefer this area didn't (and I have a child) I didn't find it very relaxing at times when there was kids jumping in and out. Very happy with my stay overall and the staff are an absolute credit to the complex!

Fabulous resort and staff, poor quality beds We loved this resort and the surrounding area is beautiful although it is very uphill. We loved being in this location and found some lovely local restaurants and really enjoyed walking around the area and down to the beach area, hilly walk back but good challenge. The resort was very clean and we loved the location of our room, it was well equipped with everything we needed and had big balcony with uninterrupted stunning views over adeje and the mountains. UNFORTUNATELY the beds were so uncomfortable and this did spoil our stay due to back ache, we eventually slept on the sofa bed which was as comfortable as a sofa bed can provide. We have exchanged into various resorts around the world and have never experienced such poor quality mattresses, we expected higher quality from a well known hotel brand like Ramada.

Great place to relax Lovely relaxing resort, friendly staff, spacious rooms very clean. Pool nice temperature plenty of sunbeds no sunbed wars at silly times.

Quiet hotel The one bedroom apartment was small but functional, with a huge balcony with lots of seating and a parasol. The pool area was small but clean, and you could always get seats with shade, and the entertainment team were lovely, as was reception and the bar staff. The little shop is really very small, although the staff are friendly, so it's only really good for fresh bread and beers for the room, you'll need to go to one of the bigger supermarkets to buy fruit etc. The hotel itself is at the top of frankly an unwalkably steep hill, and we're not unfit, but it's an easy walk into town and 5E in a taxi back. The rooms are all up the side of the hill too, so lots of steps although they do have somewhat rickety sounding lifts to take you up a few floors at a time. Plenty of restaurants within a 15 min walk or a short cab ride, and we got takeaway one night from the hotel restaurant which was pretty decent. Our one downside was that one of our party got incredibly sick while we were there - it was either a 24h sickness bug or, we suspect, a reaction to the non alcoholic pina colada from the pool bar. That aside though, i would recommend this hotel if you don't have any mobility issues.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Residences. Apartment exceeded our expectations. Pool area spotlessly clean and quiet, no problem getting sunbeds. There is a steep hill but €5 in a taxi it wasn't a problem.

Fabulous holiday Fabulous place to stay, very organised and clean. The accommodation was spacious, clean and with a massive terrace. Lovely pool and hot tub, super staff who are keen to make your holiday a special one.

My stay Excellent place..apartments are excellent..food good, and reasonable price..staff great..one issue ( not a big one). The walk back..the hill is a killer..ok during day ..but after a few drinks it’s a taxi ride. But they’re reasonable..overall fantastic holiday

Not perfect but good enough This place actually deserves 4.5 stars. I am taking off half a star only because the kitchen is sparse (and the pools closed early). There are exactly 4 of everything in our 1 bedroom unit. It's annoying because then you have to basically run the dishwasher after every meal if there are 4 of you. And sometimes you may need more than 1 fork at a sitting. Also, there are no paper towels so we just used the toilet paper. They supplied salt and pepper (you have to ask. There were some teabags and instant coffee and some sugar packets--very basic. They also supplied dishwasher tabs and soap. In any case, it was very clean. They came to empty your garbage daily. We were there through an II exchange so they cleaned it once during the week. They provided pool towels. We were able to leave our luggage with them after checkout. They also had a fridge/freezer where we left some of our food as we were leaving to another place on the island. Wifi was decent. The pool was ok. It's not heated at all. And the "hot tub" is more like a minimally warm tub. The really bad thing was that the pool area closed at 7:30pm which is way too early.

Best for families with children Great hotel (apartments). We stayed for 7 nights so we had one towels change and garbage collection. Breakfast is served at 8:30 AM, rather late if you want to go to parks early in the morning. Pool is closed at 7 PM, it could be open until 8 PM because it is still sunny at that time. It is just 10 minute walk to the beach so you don't need a car, but it is high on the hill so you have to walk up when returning. Street is a dead end so there is no much traffic, and we managed to find a parking place every evening when returning from excursions.

Fantastic We stayed here for 7 nights at the end of May and would thoroughly recommend. We had a 2 bed superior apartment with Jacuzzi on the balcony. The accommodation was very good standard and catered for everything we needed. Theres a small on site shop for buying essentials etc and not far from the Siam Mall if you need a bigger supermarket. Both pool areas were lovely and the pool bar / restaurant was great. The upper restaurant used in the evening had a great menu and the food was great. We weren’t inclusive but still ate here twice. The resort is super clean and well maintained. The staff are really helpful and even put my car keys in cab to the airport after leaving them behind after we checked out. Lovely place and will be back for sure

Great family-friendly accommodation! I can't recommend this place more. We have visited a few apartments/hotels with my 1 and 2 year old across spain/tenerife, but this is the first place I would come back again! Every single member of the staff is wonderful, especially with my children. Every where inc the apartment was clean. There were products, like washing liquid, extra bin liners, dishwasher tabs, etc. The apartment is great, absolutely everything we need. We requested a cot and highchair, which were excellent! The best cot ever, comfy matress and roomy. The balconies are huge! There is so much room for sunbathing and drying clothes (also a clothes airer) The pools are a great size, very family friendly, and we've always been able to get sunbeds. We are half board, and the breakfast is classic. Continental and full English, teas/coffees. Nothing amazing, but does the job. As we are halfbaord we've got dinner, the food at dinner is very good. It's fresh and quick, and the staff are all just incredible with our kids. We like pool bar food also, the salads are delicious! They also had no problem when we would swap our dinner for lunch a few times. Overall the food is very good, definitely fresh and can't complain. On site, there is a washer and dryer €4.50 inc washing liquid. It was always available! New towels as requested, room clean as requested, I really find anything to critise about here. The ONLY down side, is the hill 🤣 we hired a car from the airport (planning ahead as we have 2 under 2), so we never had to walk up the hill. But even the fittest of person, the hill is TOUGH. Other than that, taxis and shuttles were always available. Siam mall and park couldn't be closer, the beach with 100s of restaurants 10 min drive away. You can hear Siam park screams, but it really isn't that noticeable or loud. Rooms are solid, so my little ones had a great sleep, but I packed a blackout blind as the sun does beam onto the balcony till around 8/9pm. We absolutely will be back again!

wonderfull holiday Wow what can i say .we stayed in a 3 bed hot tub appartment more like a penthouse.the views was the best you would ever see .we went with my son daughter in law and 2 small grandkids . The front of house was so helpfull and booking cabs all the time for us ,we was so grateful has being in a wheelchair can be difficult at times the appartment was luxury inside and out .we had the best holiday ever thanks to all at the wyndham

Nice place Although the entrance to the resort was very steep it was only €5 in a cab. It was only a 15 minute walk down to the beach area and all the nightlife. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Second visit loved it again Second time staying here. Had a brilliant time. The room was still spotless enjoyed the pool and bar area. Especially the happy hour. The only negative is inconsiderate people in the apartments above we had a family who literally moved the furniture and made noise all day and night I was up till 5am with the noise. Not sure what family comes on holiday to move furniture the entire time.

Loads of space in a great location with stunning sunset sea views. Great hotel, the apartment was very spacious with a huge terrace which had an awesome view. It was just me and my two children in an apartment which could take up to 6, so we had loads of space. Kitchen reasonably well equipped, one thing I'd have liked is a good coffee brewer like a Moka Pot or Cafetière, otherwise it had all the basics. The whole complex was spotlessly clean all the time, Pool was lovely and both Restaurants were great. 15 minutes steep walk from the seafront is, I suppose, the price you pay for having more space, but it was fine for us. Siam Park is right next door, and Siam Mall with HyperDino supermarket next door to that and also walkable if you're not carrying too much shopping. No complaints whatsoever. Very likely to return next spring.

Best holiday in a long time!! Everything was so nice!! The staff the people the accommodation and facilities! Would 100% recommend to a friend! And definitely booking again next year! Was very nice and quiet up out of the town, little up hill walk but nothing really considering the peace and quiet you get and the amazing views from the room!!

Stayed 2 week. Loved everything. You need a car !! Stayed 2 weeks. 1 bedroom the first week. Really nice as the bedroom opened onto the deck. 2 bedroom the second week. Nice big patio, some shaded. The kitchen layout in the 2 bedroom was odd. You need a car. We had the rental company bring car to property. Rtn at resort. Staff friendly and professional. Everything clean.

Brilliant for a special family celebration We were delighted with our apartments at the Wyndham Residences. Our apartment was really spacious and the terrace was huge. It contained everything we needed. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful, every one of them, we thank you all for helping make it a great stay. Swimming pool was great, the pool bar was decent and good selection too. Kids enjoyed that plus the pool table and dart board. Didn't use kids club as we were out and about. Siam Park really near and convenient and about a 10 minute walk down into restaurants and shops. As a few others have said, if mobility is an issue you'd probably need a taxi (drivers seem to know it as Wyndham Monterey), but we were happy walking. We would actually come back here as we were so happy with the apartments and how clean and well kept the residences were, and again all the staff. Thanks so much.

Very good stay Stayed at Wyndham residences with my teenage daughter in March 2025. The hotel was a very good choice for us. Nice apartment, terrace and pool. Peaceful location except from a little noise from Siam Park that we didn't find annoying but some people could. Otherwise convenient to be so close to the park, which we highly recommend, and Siam Mall. Also convenient to be located between Costa Adeje and Americas to explore both. Downside of the location is that it is a bit far away from the action by the coast, and the steep walk uphill, but we knew that and it was easy and cheap to take taxis if we couldn't bother walking. Pool was nice and always plenty of room in it and by it. Bar and restaurant were fine as well, although the food was a bit hit and miss, and no other restaurant choices nearby. Staff was very friendly. Overall we were very satisfied and can certainly recommend Wyndham Residences.

Perfect holiday in Tenerife Nice location with view, sun and quite atmosphere in a high standard apartment. Two different pools area, minimarket, restaurant and a pool bar. The pool bar had a excellent lunsh with nice drinks and nice prices. The Staff was fantastic with quality and service :)

Stayed with our Club La Costa membership We recently stayed at Monterey Royale for 2 weeks with our CLC membership. Can’t fault the resort and had a really enjoyable two weeks. Yes, up a hill, however taxis are readily available from reception and are reasonable. We had a 1 bed room with a very large balcony and jacuzzi. There is a separate pool for Monterey Royale apartments which is quieter than the main pool. Both the pool bar and restaurant are very good and food & drink reasonable. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The whole resort is immaculate and the gardens lovely and well maintained. It’s about 20 mins walk downhill to the Safari Water Park and shopping mall a 5 mins walk further on. Rooms could do with a little updating, however there are two showers and a jacuzzi bath with plenty of towels that are regularly changed. Pool towels are available at reception too.

Beautiful holiday Beautiful apartment, we stay in B304 a 2 bedroom apartment. Plenty of space inside for 6 people. Lots of storage space for clothes. Very modern and clean. Huge balcony. Located up a VERY steep hill but not problem walking down to harbour, take 10 minutes and taxi back cost anything from 5-12euro back. Pool towels are available, hair dryer shower gel shampoo and conditioner provided. Pool area spotless with plenty of beds. No inflatables allowed. Pool bar is good open 11am til 4pm and entertainment team very polite. Kids club 12 til 1pm daily and odd session in afternoon. 5 euro per child and get t shirt. Had a meal in hotel resturant which was very nice but you must book in advance. Also breakfast is 13 euro adults and 8.50 euros child all you can eat including drinks. Walking distance to siam park whi h I well worth visit. Highwayman cafe is good for breakfast nearby. Would not recommend the resturaunt with the windmill, very over priced and food service not great. Courtsey room bookable for later flights. Check out is 10am.

best views from the balcony would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanted to stay in the middle of both costa adeje and las americas. the apartments were lovely with every amenity (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, kettle etc) but the best part was the balcony. it is massive with 2 sunloungers, 2 lay back chairs and an outside eating table. and the view was incredible. overlooking the sea and the sunset on an evening was amazing. the pool area is nice. not sure if it was heated or not cause it was still very cold to swim in this time of year. we didn’t eat in the restaurant but looked nice. they also had a shop on site which was good for grabbing fresh croissants in a morning. only thing with the bar, restaurant and shop is it’s quite expensive and you can definitely go out for much cheaper. the only real downside is the massive hill you have to walk up and down everytime you go anywhere so if you aren’t so good at walking this hotel probably isn’t for you. would definitely stay again.

What a view! Lovely place to stay with everything we needed. Our two bedroom apartment was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen always comes in handy and I have never enjoyed a terrace so large with a view of the sea. There is breakfast and lunch/ dinner on site as well as live entertainment nightly. Laundry, pools, a hot tub, small store, excursion desk… Reception staff are very helpful and speak fluent English. My only caution is that it is up quite a steep hill. Walking down is a piece of cake but coming back can be hard on your knees. Taxis are easy to find though.

Perfect during our stay, Unbeatable views Highly recommended to spend your holiday there. The rooms are very clean, very comfortable bed and everything perfect both on arrival and departure. Perhaps the facilities are a little more trite and the theme of parking could be improved since the slopes that have to be climbed are crazy and not all cars can access.

Would definitely return I don't normally consider returning to the same location, but this might become an exception. The apartments are situated up a very steep hill. This made our arrival fun when the coach transfer (NOT booked through apartment) dropped us at the bottom and told us to walk the rest. The apartments are clean and kitted out with everything we needed. The bed were on the firm side. The balcony was probably where we spent the most time. Beautiful views overlooking the sea, captured the afternoon sun and the best sunsets! Suddenly that hill is well worth it! Located right by Siam park I was worried about the noise, but I shouldn't have been, yes you can hear some excited screams but I bet it's much noisier down the hill and on the beach fronts. It's about 20 minutes walk down to the beach and plenty of taxis to avoid walking back up after doing some shopping or going out for a meal. The taxi's back were approximately €5-€7. TOP TIP... most taxi's know the apartments by their previous name 'Monterrey'. Food at the restaurant is amazing, order the goats cheese! Mojitos were also the best of all we tried in tenerife. Staff were brilliant and greeted many customers like friends, it's obvious that so many are regulars. On site there is a small shop that sells all essentials and closes at 2pm. Reception stocks water, milk and orange juice at very reasonable price. Check out offers luggage storage and the opportunity to book a shower before departure. Transfer back (NOT booked through apartment) messed up and the pick up point was half an hour walk away at a similar named hotel. Save mucking about, the apartments booked us a taxi which cost approximately €30. If we return, we won't bother with transfers, taxi's don't cost much more, save a lot of time (waited almost an hour at airport on arrival) and drop off/pick up at reception. Overall a fantastic stay!!!

Lovely family holiday Fabulous place - would highly recommend - staff lovely - called me back to sort an early check in following an enquiry - amazing staff in restaurant - made New Years Eve very special for all teh guests and my family. restaurant has live acts every night and staff ( especially Amar) who danced with the guests to live music and seems to be everywhere all the time. Lovely homely atmosphere, food excellent. This is a smallish venue which adds to the homely nature especially when the local area has become so busy. We are already planning a repeat visit. Staff for kids club and activities were also lovely adn not too pushy as can happen in other places. Courtesy shower room very handy post check out and pre flights I know there used to be a gym in the hotel but isnt there any longer - this is the only addition I think worth revisiting

Fabulous hotel-Not the Easiest Hotel to get to/most accessible however We stayed at Wyndham Residences in Costa Adeje between the 21st and 24th of December which was an absolutely wonderful experience and we would happily stay at Wyndham Residences Costa Adeje again. The Hotel is placed on top of quite a steep hill so it may not be the Easiest in terms of Acsessibility. There are 4 lifts to catch if you are staying on floors 8 or 9 of you could walk up. The Check in was fantastic,Paco the Hotel Receptionist was very kind and informative. Our Room was perfect,very spacious,immaculate(so was the rest of the Hotel) and comfortable. Also whilst this Hotel has a Restaurant there is also an option of Self Catering too. There certainly was a lot of thought in to the room. The Balcony area was beautiful,it was huge and there were many types of seating and the Sea view was incredible! All 3 nights I had here I had s sound sleep. The pool area is lovely too,the pool area has a lovely view of the Sea and the beautiful Tenerife Sunset. There is also a Convenience Store too which is handy for getting food. I would highly recommend the Wyndham hotel in Costa Adeje! Please Note there are two Wyndham hotels in Tenerife so just make sure you know which branch of the Wyndham hotel you are staying in. Also Car Parking is fairly limited too.

Amazing location Just spent a fantastic week in Wyndham Residence.The apartment was great & the sun terrace is worth its weight in gold.Super friendly staff across the whole complex.The hill up to the reception is incredibly steep but if you use the steps on the right hand side it's not a problem

Its located on a hill, so a car could be recommended. The complex itself has a very relaxing atmosphere, we liked everything about it, so we will definitely come back.

Fantastic surprise week As we were surprising family who had already booked we didn’t have a choice of where we stayed however that didn’t matter as it was an excellent place to stay. We travelled with Jet2 who didn’t offer the option of the rooms with hot tubs however I emailed the hotel a few weeks prior and was able to upgrade. So worth the extra money. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and it was huge! My gripe on holiday is usually how little storage there is but our room had 3 large wardrobes so plenty of space for our family of 3’s clothes. The rooms and grounds were spotless and all the staff we dealt with were really friendly and helpful. The pools were a good size and the smaller section of the main pool was perfect for our toddler. A general tip for people - if you don’t want to get splashed by people in the pool, don’t pick the closest beds to the pool!! We ate at both restaurants and couldn’t fault the food we had. The shop is also well stocked and the pastries are delicious. We enjoyed our week so much we have cancelled our Greece ‘25 holiday and will be returning to Wyndham for 17 nights! Countdown is on!

Pleasure That’s an amazing hotel for a reasonable price. Location is perfect. Very calm, quiet and relaxed. Food was good, view from terrace breathtaking. Terrace itself is good, very well equipped. At rooms you find everything you need, kitchen is well equipped.

Brilliant stay! What a Brilliant place to stay, the rooms were spacious, bright and clean. The terrace was huge and was such a sun trap. The hotel was at full capacity but we never had an issue with getting a lounger around the pool which is such a lovely place to relax. The food from the pool side bar was also great and the bar offered a happy hour service was also welcome. The only possible downside to the stay is the location, but it’s not an issue for able walkers and it provides fantastic views from the rooms.

A resort Wyndham should be proud of. The resort has one come down, it is at the top of a steep hill. After that this is possibly the nicest holiday my wife and I have had for a very long time. The staff from reception to cleaners and gardeners all went that bit further to help, advise and please. The two restaurants on site are fabulous as are the serving staff. No question or request was ignored. Christopher and Aman stand out as employees during our stay.

Stunning views Just got back from an amazing time with my partner and 4 children . We stayed in a superior 3 bedroom apartment. We were greeted with a warm welcome from Nicola on reception. Nicola was very informative and friendly. The apartment featured 3 very good size bedrooms with them all being en suite, it was cleaned to a very high standard, even the sofas had been steam cleaned. We had a whirlpool bath in the main bedroom. Bed was huge in main bedroom and the view was stunning . The balcony area was huge with the hot tub being the highlight . The hot tub was checked most days . The apartment comes well equipped in the kitchen, we only had to buy food. The staff are all super friendly. Monica was a good hit for the kids, very friendly and good at was she does ( entertaining) I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and I highly recommend this place.

Good service, great apartments, good location. This was our 3rd stay at this place & like the 2 previous stays it didn’t disappoint. The staff were friendly, the service was good, the apartments excellent and the residence in general was very well kept. I’d definitely recommend it to any family looking for a nice holiday.

Lovely apart hotel Stayed here with my partner and 2 teenagers. We opted for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The apartment was a great size, 2 good sized bedrooms with a small kitchen and lounge diner leading out to a good sized terrace. The apartment has everything you need right down to shampoo and conditioner. There really is no need to bring anything with you. The beds were super comfy with air con helping with a restful sleep. Above all it was clean and well maintained. We did encounter a couple of issues which were quickly resolved following a call down to reception. There are 4 sun beds, a table with 4 chairs and 2 additional chairs on the terrace with views down to the sea. The pool isn’t huge but we never really had any issues getting sun loungers for ourselves. We ate in the restaurant and had lunch at the pool bar and had no issues with the food. The hotel itself is located at the top of a hill about a 15 minute walk from the main strip so not much of a drag to walk down of an evening, a taxi back will set you back about €10 but is worth it! Reception will book a taxi for you should you require one and they turn up fairly quickly. All staff we encountered we professional and polite and are a credit to the hotel. You can avail of the shower rooms on your departure day if you’ve got a late flight so you can spend the day by the pool without the need to hang about the town. This holiday was booked through Jet2 who also provided great service from the moment we arrived at departures until we got off the plane when we landed back in Scotland.

Family holiday Had a lovely family holiday at Wyndham Residence. The hotel was clean and the staff were all friendly & lovely. The food in both restaurants was really nice and good portion size (for us). Had no issues with getting sunbeds by the pool, which was refreshing. We booked with Jet2 and the coach dropped us off at the bottom of the hill with 4 suitcases and we had to walk up the steep hill with the cases and the kids, which was tough going! (Would recommend a private transfer) Siam Park is very close which is great, except the Siam nights didn’t finish till 12am and could hear the screams when trying to sleep but this is not the hotel’s fault. Inflatables & ball games are not allowed in the pool, which can be disappointing if you’re not aware of this. There is a shop on site however it shut at 2pm and as the supermarkets are a steep walk down the hill and back so you do need to think ahead unless you have lots of spending money for taxis. The apartments were spacious and have everything you need and the balcony was the largest I’ve ever seen, which included 4 sunbeds. Our overall holiday experience was really good and would recommend staying here if you don’t mind the steep hill!

Return visit - did not disappoint We really enjoyed our holiday with Wyndham last year and knew we would again if we returned. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, accommodation including the fully equipped kitchen was clean, functional and of a good standard. We loved spending our days by the 2 pools and taking part in various activities arranged by the onsite team. Although we enjoyed all the food on offer including the buffet breakfasts, we could not wait to try the tandoori chicken wrap meal from the pool bar again - it did not disappoint! the location is perfect for trips to Siam Park and Siam Mall. We hired a car so we could explore but taxi’s are always available at the resort to take you anywhere you need. If you have never been to Costa Adeje, this is your perfect base to a perfect holiday!

Excellent self catering apartment, friendly staff and outnof the way of the hustle and bustle Absolutely fantastic self catering accommodation for.a family of 2 adults and 2 teens. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with huge balcony. Open plan kitchen diner and living space with everything we needed for our 10 day stay. The hill wasn't an issue as we don't have a problem with walking but made it a home from home by hiring a car from the fantastic Sanisty car hire, they delivered our car to the resort on our arrival day, the nearest supermarket was a 3 min drive away at siam mall. A short walk to Siam Park for our family day trip approx 15mins. Every single member of staff at the resort were more than happy to help out, we ate at the restraunt and pool bar twice and purchases drinks around the pool on many occasions. The lifeguard changed while we were there, one allowed inflatables, fun and playfulness around the pool although was a little distracted with his own phone usage and the other other was very strict and didn't allow any inflatables, games or even balls in the pool. This was a little disappointing as the kids around the pool just wanted to play. My teens weren't bothered but I think the life guards should all stick to one rule either all or nothing. Food in the restraunt evening, lunch and breakfast were all very good, slightly higher priced but convenient. We would definitely return and had a fantastic holiday

Enjoyable stay, not perfect but overall very good We had a really nice stay here overall but there are a few minor annoyances but they weren't serious enough to affect our enjoyment too much. The hotel is situated on top of a hill which is good from the point of view of being a bit cooler as it gets some breeze and the view is lovely. It is quite a strep walk up from the town though so you either need to be reasonably fit or be prepared to take a taxi. The swimming pool is really nice, the water is a good temperature, it's clean, there's a lifeguard and if was always possible to get a sun lounger and shade when we were here. the poolside bar does some nice food at reasonable prices. The pool table and table tennis table was good for the kids. The room was nice. It had a huge balcony useful for drying clothes and plenty of chairs and a table, sun loungers and a parasol and with a lovely view. I think all the rooms have a good view of the sea. The aircon worked well, we had a bit of an issue getting it working when we arrived but when we phoned the desk the technician came in 2 minutes and fixed it which was really good. The floors didn't feel very clean, so we asked for them to the cleaned which they did straight away. The shower was really powerful and good but we ran out of hot water a couple of times which was a bit annoying. We didn't bother complaining as it was only the last shower that was a bit cold and I'm sure they would have sorted it out if we'd said something. There was no shower gel or shampoo in the shower when we arrived which was slightly annoying but again they replenished it straight away. They didn't clean the room while we were there as we just stayed for 3 nights which was a bit surprising but it was fine. The beds were really comfortable,.also the sofa bed which my youngest boy slept on, but we could have done with a few more drawers to put our clothes. There were plenty of hangers and hanging space and shelves and a safe. And there was a well equipped kitchen with microwave, large fridge and freezer and dishwasher. We got a takeaway from the restaurant one night and ate in the room but you could cook in the room if you wanted to quite easily and there would be plenty of space to eat either inside or outside. There was a mini supermarket on site which was useful but only really sold the basics and snacks and it shut at 2pm so would have been useful if it has stayed open a bit later. The restaurant was good for dinner, nice food and service and reasonable prices, with a view of the sea where you could sit for drinks. Breakfast however was a bit hit and miss. There wasn't much choice and some of the food was either cold or a bit overcooked, and the coffee wasn't very nice. The bacon and eggs were good but there was only ever a choice of one pastry which was always over baked and overbaked croissants. The hasbrowns were always stone cold. Also the fruit wasn't very appealing and there wasn't much choice. I'd recommend skipping the included.breakfast and eating in your room / balcony. I tried to change to room only after the first day but they said they couldn't change the booking. Most of the staff were really lovely. There was one lady on reception who had quite an unfriendly and brusk manner but that was the exception. The hotel was right next to Siam Park water park (which I'd highly recommend) which was one of the reasons for staying here. Overall I'd recommend the hotel, I thought it was good value for money and overall a nice relaxing stay, and would probably stay again but would just go for room only next time.

Fantastic hotel, pool ruined by the few Cannot really fault the staff and the facilities of this hotel, absolutely fantastic, it’s only problem is its selfish clients. I have been here a week and watched a Southern Irish group place twelve towels on the pool Sun-beds every day at exactly 0930 when it opened. They took it turns daily and one person would sit there until 12 when one or two more might turn up. Meanwhile other families have stood around with no where to go. This group was particularly selfish however many other families did the same. In at 0930, towels on the beds and went out for the day. It has put me off doing anything other than Villa holidays. It’s a fairly small hotel frequented by unbelievably selfish people. Sometimes I hate being British/Irish. Hotel absolutely spot on.

Amazing family holiday This is the first time we've done SC as a family, and we are sold! We stayed in a 2 bed apartment and it has everything you need. Spacious, clean and well-equipped with views to die for. They provide tablets for the dishwasher, and the laundry is €4.50 per 40-minute wash The staff make this place, they go above and beyond to ensure your stay is relaxing and enjoyable. It is out of the way, but this is what we wanted. It's really well placed between Adeje and PDLA, and taxis are plentiful and good value. We only ate lunch in site and that was good. The Steak Wrap was a big hit and whilst dearer than in resort, worth the money. The pool area is clean and even in the height of the summer school holidays, not all the beds were taken. The onsite shop is only open 9- 2 and 5 can buy water and milk at reception, it would be great to have the option to shop here later if you are on a late flight. We holidayed with Jet2, landing at 8pm and had a private transfer, the driver did stop at Siam Mall so I could quickly get some bits to eat and drink (there was a bottle of water in the fridge but that was it) I would certainly recommend and stay again!!! TIP - When telling the taxi driver where to go say Montary (it's previous name) we were taken to the other Wyndham on more than one occasion!!! TiP - If landing late and have a private transfer, stop at Siam Mall and grab some bits in HiperDino (checking first and tip the driver!)

Very good. The hotel is very good, though quite far from the ocean (about 15 minutes). Climbing uphill in the heat is not very comfortable. But there is a relatively inexpensive taxi (from the beach about 5 euros). Service is excellent , there is restaurant bar, shop, pool, animation. The cleaning is wonderful, the comfort is at an excellent level. Near a water park, near a large shopping mall with a Mercadona store. Nearby bus station to other parts of the island, including the airport

What a nice stay at the Wyndham at Costa Adeje! Myself and my wife spent a week in July 2024 at the Wyndham in Costa Adeje. We had a wonderful stay there. It was lovely to hear "clipped British English" being spoken at the front desk, because I speak almost no Spanish (thanks to Natalie, Lisa and Nicola!)! The huge balconies they have for each room are just about the biggest we have ever seen and we have been on 60 vacations worldwide! The restaurant is decent, the pool is awesome and the drinks pass muster! We even enjoyed a game of Table Tennis! In 10 minutes we could walk to the beach at Playa de Los Americas where we could stroll down the beach promenade and choose from about 50 restaurants and 100 shops! Just the parking was a "squeeze" but then so is driving on Tenerife! Make sure you buy "full" car insurance because we were in a small car accident while over there! British and American tourists need to be extra careful while driving on Tenerife! It is a "mad house" and parking is next to impossible everywhere!

Great place to stay and explore Tenerife from This was an ideal place to stay for us (myself and my three children - age 15,16 & 23). Yes, it is up a steep hill - so not suitable for everyone but it wasn’t an issue for us at all. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The pool area was lovely and the food was great too (prices not bad either). We hired a car for a couple of days and were able to park a short way down the hill so that was fine too. Siam park is close by and you can hear a few screams coming from the rides, but it didn’t bother us. We went there twice (once for the day and once at night) so the location was very convenient for us. The staff were very friendly & helpful and we had a great holiday 🤩. I would definitely stay again if visiting Tenerife and would recommend to friends / family too 😌

Stunning Hotel Hey guys just got back from an amazing 10 days here at Wyndham Residences Costa Adeje. I honestly cannot fault it. Yes the hill is steep but it is more than walkable. Taxis are so cheep and readily available. We just went to reception every night and the reception team will request one which comes with in minutes. Never waited longer than 5 minutes max. Going to main strip was always less than 10 euros and we never paid more than 10 coming back. Mostly around 6-7 euros. We only ate in the restaurant on site once and both had the fillet steak. It was delicious. The pool area was clean, tidy and always lots of beds available. We never reserved beds and you really don’t need to. Life guard on duty at all times too. Pool bar serves a great variety but I only had drinks from there not food. Staff are wonderful. I genuinely felt like they wanted to be there and wanted to do everything they can to ensure you have the best stay. We arrived at around 11.30 and check in isn’t until 4. We were ready to get changed and explore but by 12.30 our room was ready! The lady on reception was so kind and accommodating. We stayed in room 601. Block D. Stunning views! Huge balcony! On the corner of the block. You can’t see the pool but the sea view and sunset views are stunning. Kitchen has everything you need in regards to appliances and utensils. Not that there should be but there is no cooking oil, foil, salt and pepper ect. So if you are going to the super market before you arrive at hotel you do need to get everything. Air con is really good. In all rooms. Oh and you do get pool towels on arrival too. There is a laundry room. €3.50 for a token for the matching and a washing capsule. Warm wash takes 40 minutes. I did two loads while I was away! Perfect! Two bin rooms to take your rubbish and recycling. The rooms are cleaned once during a 10 night stay. To be honest this was fine! You get lots of towels in the room to use. I highly recommend this hotel

Fabulous holiday resort This is a lovely resort. Good quality apartments with amazing views and great facilities. Situated at the top of a hill a car or use of taxis would be required for those with limited walking.

Ideal for families. The hotel is a little far from the beach, but in a wonderful location and very quiet area. The ideal apartments and everything very well taken care of. Fabulous common areas. I would only give it one but, it was not clear to me before the cleaning days arrived. Otherwise, absolutely recommended

Amazing holiday It was a wonderful stay. The accommodation staff was nice, kind, willing to help. The accommodation was wonderful, the terrace was very spacious and the view of the sea enchanting. The beds were big and comfortable. We would love to go back there again

Fantastic, if you don’t mind a hill! We loved the hotel. Good spacious (but basic) two bedroom apartment, large balcony with two bathrooms which was ideal for two couples sharing. Our friends slept in twin room, but in hindsight should have requested the bed be made in to a double. Beds were comfy enough, clean but no maid service other than clean towels once during the 5 nights which on reflection was fine. We opted for half board and could not fault the food. The HB dinner was a main and starter or pudding from the a la carte menu. This was the main reason we came here. They were reasonably accomodating when we requested to switch dinner for lunch but a few phone calls had to be made. Also when we asked to use our last day dinner the following lunch due to a later flight. But they agreed. It’s actually cheaper for the hotel so I believe they should actively encourage lunch or dinner for better flexibility and a better customer experience. Breakfast was good. Coffee machine poor. We did point it out to the waiter and he said they knew but they couldn’t do anything. We paid for machine coffees which we’ve never done before on holiday 👎🏻 Pool area nice, a few organised activities. Young kids seemed to enjoy the kids club activities. Drinks and House wine lovely. Tad pricier than out and about but that’s expected. A fair trek to the beach. 20 mins downhill there and 25 mins uphill home again. Kept us active and we are fit enough to cope. Didn’t use taxis. Staff are great. Well most of them. We would return, but would like better morning coffee oh and I like pate for breakfast with fresh rolls and you had a good selection of bread and rolls. Two small but easily rectifiable issues for me. But I would certainly return. Loved it!

Lunch Used the restaurant for lunch. Three adults and two children. We had tuna rolls as well as drinks. Service was good. The food was great. After lunch made use of the swimming pool. As with most places great views. It was clean and they had a couple of activities.

A good stay On arrival check in was easy The view from balcony was good. Lived the huge balcony room 905 The weather was amazing A bit of a trek up the hill, didnt attempt it but did go down it to the town Taxis varied in price, dont understand why that is

Excellent Fantastic holiday, great apartment, views and staff. We were an exchange holiday with RCI and were fortunate enough to get a 3 bed apartment which was excellent. Great location but a long walk back up hill from centre but the taxi is are only €5, so no real issue.

Great place Second time here, this time in a one bed appartment. Daughter and her baby stayed with us. Wonderful time held by all, the apartment hot tubs really differentiated these rooms for other apartment hotels. I would have no hesitation n recommending this place. From check-in to check-out the staff were exceptional.

Excellent hotel! We stayed here for a week in the one bedroom apartment with hot tub and sea view, it was absolutely amazing. The restaurant food was delicious and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay in March We arrived late due to booking.com Taxi not turning up. So arrived late at hotel 21:15 restaurant kitchen closes at 22:00, but felt rushed, and not very good. The hotel itself was good, with nice views and clean rooms, the pool looked good but we did not use it. the hotel is a trek up a steep hill from beach, about 1 mile. If old you might need a taxi back to hotel.

Excellent holiday The Wyndham Residences are at the end of a steep road, not easy if you have walking problems, but this means you enjoy the most amazing views from the extra large balconies. The accommodation is spacious, the only downside a lack of kitchen equipment The cleanliness is an amazing, the property is immaculate. The staff are the icing on the cake, especially the boys and girls in the bar and restaurant

Great Accommodation Would highly recommend this place. This is the second year running I have stayed here with friends and will definitely be back. As close to everything you need as well as being far enough away when you want the peace.

Big apartment, huge balcony, stunning view Had a 3-bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms and huge balcony with sunset view. Nice kitchen area for making own breakfast and dinner, had all essentials but nothing more than that. No salt, minor thing. Friendly staff. Parking convenient behind apartment on public street or free on hotel premises. Great experience.

Loved this complex highly recommend Just returned from 5 nights with our 14 year olds. Loved everything about the complex. Loved the pool area, snack bar with happy hour and table tennis for kids. Shop was well stocked. 2 bed apartment huge very clean and large balcony for sunsets. 🌅 The hill is not too bad up and down if you are fit, we did it for the exercise. Visited the Siam water park and the Siam mall. Would definitely return highly recommend.
