I needed a very large amount of my library (approximately seventy-five 7 gallon storage bins’ worth) packed up and put into storage. This couldn’t be done driving back and forth in a car service. It required professionals who could handle the job quickly and carefully. JP Urban Moving came through. Everyone — from the switchboard to the crew handling the bins — were super. Everything was communicated clearly and handled carefully. I knew my library was in good hands. They delivered the entire load to my storage unit and sent photos of all the bins safely in place. BEST MOVERS WE HAVE EVER HAD! and that's saying a lot. they didn't say no to anything - taking back trash, moving things back/forth, with an incredible attitude and care to everything we moved. they packed and moved a home we have been in for 20 years in one day! EPIC!!! highly highly recommend.

My WORST fear is moving. So much stress and mess and decisions to make. I haven't moved a lot, but have worked with moving companies each time. Those were fine, but the stress and worries about secret fees and my belongings getting lost or damaged was - a lot! OK now here comes JP Urban Moving. Their moving consultants were clear, transparent, patient kind. Really expert and accessible. Dispatch process was awesome. Packing and unpacking services and handling of some tricky, valuable items - all went so well. The crew was great. Moving fears gone! Happy to refer them and for sure will use them, and only them, next time I move. Oh - the crew was cat and dog friendly too!

I had an amazing experience with JPUM! Moving is always a daunting task and I was not sure which company to use. I did some research online and saw that JPUM had wonderful reviews. Milan was exceptional in walking me through everything and making me feel very comfortable with the process. When it was time to move I had a packing day and a moving day and the team that we worked with was absolutely fantastic. Manuel and his team could not have been more professional and pleasant to work with. They took amazing care of our items and were easy to work with. I can't recommend JPUM highly enough! We just did our second NYC move with JP Urban. I can’t say enough good things about Miguel and his crew. They were fast, friendly, and considerate of neighbors at both ends of the trip. The crew communicated well about truck space and timing. Our stuff arrived in good condition and they were smart about protecting surfaces. Overall, very highly recommended!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this moving company! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, organized, and completely stress free. Moving is usually such an overwhelming experience, but they made everything feel effortless. I have a kid and a dog and they worked about this as well! The team showed up right on time, handled all of our belongings with so much care, and worked efficiently without ever rushing or cutting corners. They were professional, kind, and incredibly respectful of both our old and new spaces. Not a single item was damaged, and everything was placed exactly where we asked. What really stood out was how easy they made everything. Clear communication, transparent pricing, no surprises, just a smooth, well executed move. They truly took the stress off our shoulders. I also want to say that our move happened two days after the biggest blizzard in NY history in over 10 years and they still came one time and parked in the snow! If you’re looking for movers who are reliable, professional, and genuinely great at what they do, these guys are it. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone planning a move!

JP Urban helped me with a large (4 bedrooms, lots of stuff accumulated over 20+ years), out of state move, and they were fantastic - the move was well-planned, well-executed by their friendly, hard-working and helpful movers, and after unpacking almost everything, all of my furniture and belongings arrived on the other side without damage or incident. They were extremely efficient and organized, and the price was very reasonable. The long-time doorman of my NYC building even commented that they were the best movers he had ever seen - fast, confident, and took good care to protect the building. I highly recommend them!

Utilized JP Urban Moving for my recent move within Park Slope. While I was initially considering JP Urban only for move, I ended up using them both for packing and moving after receiving a fair-priced quote from them alongside excellent guidance from Milan. While my move to the new apartment required me to work with various contractors and companies for repair and renovation purposes, my favorite part was working with JP Urban.This may sound straight out of the infomercial but the fact is JP Urban made the moving from the most stressful to the most straightforward part of the whole transition. Everything from the initial quote to the move coordination to the actual packing/moving was seamless. Their whole crew from Milan who worked with us on the quote to Jet, the moving coordinator to the movers/packers - Ulises, Marcoses, Gabriel, Alfredo - were professional and easy to work with. The whole pack and move finished in 5 and a quarter hours and we were charged accordingly for the actual time. Appreciated their use of eco-friendly bins for packing and also their generous offer of letting us keep the bins an extra week to align with our closet build schedule. I wholeheartedly recommend JP Urban Moving. IMHO They are the best in Brooklyn for price, performance and service.
