I had a great experience with Unicorn! I was referred by a friend who had moved about two weeks before - they were able to get me on the schedule on semi-short notice, and really did a great job (with a ton of stairs) getting all of my stuff in the new place in a reasonable amount of time.

My experience using Unicorn Moving & Storage has been nothing less than exceptional, from start to finish. My initial request for information was with Kimberly who suggested for my move that a site visit would provide the best quote. I was moving mainly furniture from my existing home to a new home about 35 miles away. I agreed and Brent arrived the next day to review what I wanted to move. He took some notes as we went though the house and at the end provided a quote. It turned out to be EXACTLY the same as the final price because his estimate on time to load, unload were exact. Cassandra worked with me once the quote was accepted to get everything scheduled, insurance added, and get all the items in place for the move itself. She was very thorough and provided excellent communication. Move day was a couple of days later and the moving team showed up early and ready to work. Julio, Jose, and TJ were for me, the dream team. We walked though the house, I pointed out the items to be moved from our 2 story house, and then they got to work. They took great care of each item, spending time to wrap them so they arrived in the same condition as they left. And they worked as a highly skilled team, assisting each other when requested and also sometimes simply noticing a little help might be needed and offering it. They too had a few questions along the way and they asked them and then proceeded. Great communication to me and with each other. The unloading process went very smoothly as well. We had several glass curio cabinets and they all arrived in our new home without any issues. It was the best move team I have every worked with. After the move was completed, I received a follow-up call the next day from Cassandra, making sure I was happy with the move and see if there were any outstanding issues. I was thrilled and there was nothing left outstanding. A sincere THANK YOU to Kimberly, Cassandra, Julio, Jose, and TJ, our Unicorn move team, for making our entire move experience a superior one.

Jose, Julio, and Juan were incredible from start to finish. The move took longer than expected, but they never slowed down or lost momentum once. They worked hard the entire time and still kept a great attitude. They took amazing care of my furniture, wrapping everything carefully even when I told them they didn’t have to worry about small scratches. They were also very kind and patient with my daughter and dog, which meant a lot during a stressful day. Even late into the evening, they went above and beyond by helping rearrange a few things inside the house, assembling my bed, and moving a piece of furniture that was already there. Nothing was damaged and everything was placed exactly how I wanted. They were efficient, respectful, and genuinely phenomenal to work with. The pricing was also very reasonable considering the distance they drove and how long the move took. The scheduling team at Unicorn Movers was easy to work with and communication was clear the whole time, which made the entire process feel organized and stress free. We have been using Unicorn Moving for our residential moves for almost 20 years. They just helped us move our business for the first time, and, as always, they did a fantastic job. Shawn and Elijah were prompt, professional, and handled our items with care. They even wrapped our cases with moving blankets to prevent scratches, and wrapped all of our clothing racks, so everything was protected. Talk about great vibes. The morning of the move I was greeted with A HUG and an immediate assurance that they had us and would make the move easy. Steve, Elijah and Angel were KINGS. I am talking about moving all our stuff from one house to another. Watching these men carry a whole king mattress up our stairs SINGLEHANDEDLY. They were SUCH sweeties. Absolutely loved having them. The jams they cranked were top tier too. I was just so immediately at ease with them and they took care of everything. Not one broken item. They were patient when I had no idea where the furniture would go and finished much earlier than initially quoted. Again, such sweetie pies. I've hired movers before that came and got the job done but none who did that and were the sweetest personable folks as well. Book Unicorn Moving!

Great guys, real pros—did a marvelous job!

We needed to move from a one bedroom high-rise in Austin to a two bedroom high-rise in Dallas. The movers from Unicorn were friendly and professional. Ray, Terrance, Eddie were great and got everything loaded in 2 hours, drove straight to Dallas and unloaded in 2 hours -- moving us the same day!

I especially appreciate wrapping some of the furniture in additional pads to ensure extra protection. In addition, they helped me pack a very large 85 inch TV and also setup in the new apartment. From start to finish the Unicorn moving crew did a fantastic job. The sweet lady who answered the phone on the day I booked my move took the time to inventory over the phone. Israel, Terrance and Chris T were careful wrapping my furniture, and loading out of a 4th floor apartment. I had more boxes than expected. Also loading into the new house protected the new floors and got the heavy furniture placed where I wanted it... smaller stuff will get moved around because I will change my mind.
