We had extensive work done by Side-Pro in 2021. We had a new metal roof, new siding, new insulation, new doors, new paint, deck replacement, gutters and more. We were very impressed with their communication, organization, professionalism, kindness and consideration. Their work was exceptional. After 5 years it all looks brand new. We also got a very minor leak this year around one of the roof vents. When I called Duane he was responsive, had Faith contact me and within a day there was a team here to fix it. This company is truly the best we have ever worked with.

For homeowners without professional construction knowledge, the industry feels confusing, with different companies giving different explanations and costs for the same issue. What we appreciated most about Side Pro was their honesty and professionalism. Alex, DJ, and Jack shared their opinions directly and transparently, which we respect. When a small issue came up during the project, their manager Sam took the time to explain it clearly, making us feel that Side Pro cares about its customers. I was referred to Side-Pros by their competitor (Northern Pacific Exteriors) for siding repair on a home in a HOA. As most people know it can be restricted on what can be done depending on the HOA bylaws and covenant. Instead of spending $25-30K in doing a full backside replacement of the home, which would go through lengthy reviews. And I needed it done before fall weather and rains began. I worked with DJ on an estimate and Faith to coordinate repairs on the +20 year old home. They were able to source the rare siding and make repairs for a fraction of the price. Highly recommended!!!!

I had new JamesHardie Cedarmill siding installed by SidePro in fall 2024. The biding phase of the project was hassle free working with Ryan. While other siding company estimators tried to apply time pressure to decisions and were very "salesy" in nature, Ryan felt very transparent, answered the questions I had, and worked on my time. Pricing was competitive, and scheduling ended up being pretty straighforward, with my project starting a week before original projections. The crew assigned to my project was Jose and Ismael Fernandez; from the moment they set foot on the project site these guys were respectful, courteous, and professional. At each step during the project they checked in with me on project status, and ensured I was happy with the work/results. They answered all my (somewhat basic) questions, and were very customer focused throughout the project. Their attention to detail and overall quality of work was really appreciated and made the whole residing experience much more enjoyable. I would definitely request them again should I ever be looking to reside another house in the area. The project manager Alejandro was similarly very customer focused, easy to get ahold of with questions, and worked to ensure I was pleased with results at each phase of the project. Overall I was very pleased with the end result of my residing project, and would recommend anyone in the market for residing work to strongly consider SidePro. They are professional at each stage of the project, and really do care about customer experience and satisfaction with the end product.

We needed a light fixture installed on the outside of our house. This required cutting a hole in the siding on our brand new house. I had heard a lot of good things about Side Pro so I gave them a call. They exceeded all of our expectations. Their receptionist was very helpful and professional and scheduled someone to come do the work in less than one week. The installer arrived on time and cut the hole, installed the block and flashing, caulked around the edge, in about 30 minutes and it looks fantastic. I will definitely recommend and hire Side Pro again for any siding, roofing or painting that I need done in the future.

Utterly AWESOME!! I'd HIGHLY recommend Side Pros to anyone looking to redo their siding (in addition to door replacements). They're professional, good communicators, and overall their staff do great high quality work. I live in a 1902 home, so retaining character while replacing the siding was key. Not to mention dealing with many house surprises along they way. They partnered with me to define the look and best materials to use (including good recommendations on look), worked with my endless precise measurements and demands, and the crew delivered it near perfectly! As always, I'd recommend the owner be around the house as much as possible to support key decisions needed during an install. There are always surprises on any house :)

I needed a hole cut in the siding of my brand new house to mount a light fixture in my back yard patio. I called Side Pro and talked to Sam who said they would be happy to do the job. In less than a week he sent one of his workers who did an excellent job of cutting a hole and mounting a block for the light. The work was done quickly (35 minutes) and looks perfect. I really appreciated the professionalism from the office, to the scheduler, to the actual worker (Abel), to the person who invoiced the job. And the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Side Pro and will definitely use them again.

Side-Pro Exteriors is a very professional company that performs so many functions that normally require people to hire several different companies. In 2022, they replaced a roof on my 2-story house that included demolition & installation of new 25-year asphalt composition roofing, replacing damaged plywood underlayment, new soffits, gutters & downspouts. In 2023 they will demo 30+ year old windows, install new energy efficient windows, demo existing cedar siding & install new Hardie Board Siding & painting of the entire exterior. They were & are very efficient, clean & have great craftsmanship. I will always recommend them.

Used Side-Pro for a nearly full siding replacement of a commercial building. Very much appreciate the thoroughness of the walk through during the estimate, which included design and material suggestions to modernize the façade. Never felt I was being upsold as Russell gave several suggestion on how to be cost-effective in the project. I received an extremely detailed quote with line item breakdowns and photos. The actual work was done with care and with good communication. End result was a visually-refreshed building. I am so confident in their work, I've already engaged them to handle a separate roof issue at the same building and some work at my personal home.

Well, I wish I could leave a 5-star review, but there were some pretty serious challenges with our project... mostly due to serious communication issues on Side-Pro's end. Choosing to go with Side-Pro was easy as Matt was great to work with on negotiating and setting up the contract. He's very down to earth and very responsive. When it came time to do the siding, Duane and his team were great. Duane told me to contact him if there was anything that would prevent getting a 5-star review. I took this seriously and this part of the process went very smoothly. There are a few small issues with the siding, but nothing overly noticeable, so we are pretty happy with the work done there. Then, 10 weeks passed with very little communication from the painting team. I had to ask repeatedly about getting on the schedule and never received initial contact from Mo until I asked for the manager's name. I said I understood the challenges with the weather, I just wanted to know if our contract would be upheld at that point. Once I asked for the manager's name, we were magically on the schedule for later that week. Why should it come to that? I find it sad that, by waiting patiently, I was being ignored. The painting went smoothly and the actual team was really nice and extremely hard working. My final complaint falls with the billing department. We had financing, but since there were some repairs that fell outside of the initial bid, we also had to pay a balance. We were sent invoices with incorrect numbers constantly and, even after we had sent in checks, we were still given incorrect numbers. I pointed out how confusing this was and tried to tell Rena that she was sending incorrect information and she just told me to have a nice week. Very, very poor communication and I'm glad we were paying attention or we would have overpaid a significant amount. Overall, the house looks great, so I give them four stars. If you aren't a firm and organized communicator, however, this might not be the right choice for your siding project.

I selected Side-Pro because they were the most professional, direct and honest of the contractors I interviewed. The gentleman who reviewed my home and the work that needed to be done used no pushy sales tactics, came up with quotes for several different options and price tiers, and was actually informed and experienced regarding the work to be done. This standard held for every person I met from their staff, from the office to the on-site contractors. Everyone was responsive, friendly and very helpful. My house was completely sided in Hardie Plank, fully up to Hardie's specifications, replacing some aging LP recalled planking and T1-11, along with correcting several emerging structural issues, including a completely rotten corner. The planks are straight, the seams perfect. The paint crew was incredibly fast and had the whole house done in a day, even coating all around, and only a few touchups found in the final walk-through. The only issue that arose with the project was due to a miscommunication between two crews trading off the siding project, which Duane immediately set about correcting without my even having to ask, let alone having to argue with them. My home looks fantastic, and I can't recommend them highly enough!

I reached out to Side-Pro for an independent evaluation of siding work done by another company since we had already identified several issues on our own but our siding/construction knowledge is very limited. Russell was happy to assist and was very thorough in his review and explanation of the issues he identified. I also learned that Side-Pro is unique in having all of its crew as company employees. At other companies everything is contracted out so you can't count on quality. If I could go back, I would have chosen Side-Pro in the first place and absolutely recommend you do the same. The quote was comparable to the company we went with and I am mad at myself for trying to save a few bucks at the expense of my house!

I got 5 bids, Side pro has a great price, great reputation and a VERY comprehensive bid - in fact it was the most detailed of any of the bids that I received. In the end, went with a different vendor due to the type of siding, but still wonder if I should have used Side-Pro. Based on the bidding process and price, would recommend at least talking to them.

Side-Pro, what a class act! My husband and I discovered the company at the SEA Home show in Feb 2020. They had serval booths in the show and all representatives were friendly and knowledgeable. They shared information and answered questions, never did we feel pressured, plus they had a great magnet clip give away 😊. After the show, I called the Side-Pro office to ask few questions. I was fortunate and was referred to Russ De Arment, the sales manager. Russ was able to answer my questions over the phone to my satisfaction and was even able to come out the same day to do a walk through and give an estimate. Russ truly presents himself as a contracting professional. He is honest and presents facts, not what you might want to hear to get your business. I had a siding question on my son’s new construction house and Russ even went to his house to look for me and wrote up a suggest list of repairs for my son. He did this kind gesture without being compensated. The installers were fantastic and treated my house like it was their own. They were respectful on my property and left it in better shape than when they arrived, this was especially important to the field supervisor Duane. As with any project, there are always follow up items. I found one small item and within a day of me notifying Russ, he sent Duane, another amazing team member, who not only took care of the punch list item, he even fixed something for me that wasn’t even siding related! Finally, the painting supervisor, Mo, this is sounding redundant, but another amazing Side-Pro team member. Once again, knowledgeable, reliable, and fun to work with. In SEA, rain is an outdoor painter’s worst enemy. Mo did a great job of communicating schedule changes immediately and always responded to my emails quickly. Like the siders, the painters were professional and did a great job. I have had my house painted three times in 20 years, and by far, this two-man crew was quick, efficient and did quality work. I have a 4500, three story house and they completed the work in less than 4 days. In summary, I got three bids, Side-Pro was the least expensive by a few hundred, but that is not why I went with them. It was their professionalism and responsiveness that helped make my decision to use them and I am so happy I did!

Really appreciated working with Side-Pro to redo my siding with new HardiPlank and better insulated windows. The quote was very reasonable, the client team was very professional, and the team onsite was excellent. They listened to some input I had around the siding and how it worked around the windows and doors, which I totally appreciated! Had Side-Pro help us with a home exterior facelift that involved: replacing T111 siding and all trim on south side with Hardiplank to match cedar on three sides; redesign anemic front post to something more aesthetically pleasing; new paint on entire exterior. They did a great job listening to my wants, and making useful suggestions, including a design for the post I wanted to improve. Also pleased with how they worked around other contractors (one to add stone accents to the south side and post, another to replace fascia and gutters, and a 3rd who replaced fencing butting up against home). Quality work at the quoted price. Friendly crews. Diligent clean up. I'd definitely hire them again.

From the initial contact to this company, to the finish of the project, they have been one of the best contractor's I've had an experience with. We contracted them to replace the original cedar siding on our split-level home (which paint was peeling off the south face) and single-pane aluminum framed windows, with new HardiePlank siding and Milgard Windows. They were professional, efficient, competitively priced, and installed it all while I was at home with a 3 month old baby. I wish we'd waited for the installation only because my son would've enjoyed watching them work! But the difference it made for the street appearance, and warmth of my home was excellent. I highly recommend Side-Pro to anyone considering siding, or windows.
