My parents recently went to Moraira and my dad asked me to post this review on his behalf: "On a recent visit to Spain my wife fell and broke her elbow necessitating a visit to hospital. The fall occurred at the same time that our car went into a garage for repair. Lacking transport I was at my wits end. I visited Caronline, a car rental company. It was 4pm and we had to be at Denia Hospital at 10am the next day. Caroline gave me the use of a car advising that if I did not need to use it, would I post the keys back through her letterbox. Needless to say I did use the car. On returning the vehicle, Caroline's opening remark was "How is your wife?" I cannot speak too highly of Caroline's compassion and understanding of my predicament and willingness to assist especially at such short notice. This is without a doubt the best service I have ever had from a car hire / airport transfer . All the staff are very friendly and helpful . This really is car hire from the old days! I have always used the big hire company’s at the airport too afraid to try the more local people incase things go wrong like no car on arrival/ old shed/ dodgy insurance. I finally took the chance last week and will never go back to the airport company’s that rip you off on insurance you don’t need and added extras, as soon as we arrived in Alicante we went straight to the agreed meeting point where the car was ready including 2 child seats (free through Caronline) we were told that we had full insurance no need to mark dents etc just go. We then went to the office the next day to pay for the hire and get drop off details for our return and that was it! No stress just return car with same fuel and no problems. We had a lovely focus no more than a year old and it was honestly the easiest car hire experience I have ever had! Would never use anyone else.

Her price includes everything no hidden extras and no need for credit cards or insurance top ups like other companies.
