Began hanging in my 3rd year of PE, after starting with manual stretches, pumping, and an all-day-stretcher. Male Hanger is great! I started with 8.75, then a week with 10, and a week with 11.25, where I will stay a while. 2-20-minute sessions, 5 days per week. I do not expect immediate results, but certainly expect to measure gains in 8 weeks or so.
