I have been dealing with these guys over the last 12 months and have been really impressed with how easy it is to deal with their team and very happy with the quantity of the trucks Last weekend we had a breakdown of our truck and I called them at 1145 and the phone was answered by Segun one of the service team and as they close as they closed at 12 I don’t have much hope that me being at Riverstone and them being at SMEATON grange that there was anything that they could do tor me but I was very wrong Segun understood that I was in a big problem as without a truck we would loose a contract and he said he would wait for me and would have a truck ready for me when I got there and one hour and twenty mins later I drove out of there with a truck and a solution to my drama I want to say a huge thank you and recommend this business to anybody that wants great service thanks Segun and thanks southern cross truck rental Regards mark l

Very well priced for 24 hour rentals

I contemplated giving a low rating due to the predicament I was in, however, Lisa took this as an opportunity to go above and beyond and insure that I was looked after - even working pass business hours. Highly recommend

Southern Cross Truck Rentals (SCTR) have helped us on two big jobs this year with truck & driver hire, moving 3.5 tonnes of large, bulky equipment interstate to QLD return and across Sydney return, respectively. Both were tricky jobs - extremely time sensitive with certain load & unload times to be adhered to, often in the early hours of the morning, and there were special requirements regarding overall truck weight with load, due to access/site conditions for pick up & delivery. On both occasions SCTR have proven themselves to be professional, diligent, honest and most importantly reliable, in making sure our equipment got there safely, on time and with the right truck to make the job happen. They even sent their Fleet Manager out with the truck we were going to use for the job to make sure the equipment would fit and that it would make it down our driveway to our loading dock! A huge thank you to Michelle, Matt, Alyson & all the drivers that helped make our events happen! We will definitely be in touch next time we need truck and driver hire - I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I cannot recommend SCTR enough. The fleet but in particular the HV I rented for 2 days was very clean, tidy and ran like a dream. The booking process was streamline and staff were very helpful. A busy office, yes, but well worth the business. 10/10 and will be back!
