I have to say, Meeting Andrew at the local 7-11 was amazing, what a stand up guy, We chatted for 5 minutes and 10 minutes later he was handling the maintenance on my unit on a house that I'm just moving in, After trying to get other companies to quote me a real price with no gimmicks. Andrew was forward with his price, prompt on handling the service call, Reccomended (What I already knew I needed). And everything was done in two visits. Infinite came out in the evening, and verified that the fan died on a Carrier system. Andrew purchased the fan the next day and arrived in the early morning. He is very knowledge of Carrier Systems, and was very careful in taking the Carrier apart, and installing the new fan in place of the old one t. Responsive and responsible HVAC company.Called Infinite Tuesday late afternoon and Andrew came to my house Wednesday morning. On time and very friendly. I had some concerns with my unit and Andrew answered all questions I had. He measured and checked everything on the AC that could be checked. I was fearful of getting the you need spend thousands of dollars or else but I got the options:-all is well nothing else to do here with no expense-can do the following preventive maintenance which comes at a priceI decided to go with the preventive to show some love to my AC unit.Will call them again for sure if needed.

After having three different AC companies come out--none of whom actually knew how to install mini-splits--it was a relief to find someone who was both knowledgeable and confident in the work. His prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality of work. I've had him come out a number of times since our first experience adn every time it's been a very good experience each time he was able to fix the issue and keep us cool :) . Not what youd expect from a home service type -- you know AC guys and those sorts can provide spotty service at times. On top of that, he's just a super cool and genuinely nice guy--you can tell he cares about his customers. :)

I have worked for a designer and dealt with many subcontractors over the years. This brother team and owners are more professional and honest than most. It was a complicated job moving an A/C unit from one location to another. Finding someone who wanted to move ductwork and coolant lines was hard, but they were up to the challenge. Note they are busy guys, so patience, until they line you up on the work schedule is a must. But, at the end of the day, they did as they promised, and everyone was happy.
