But what elevated our stay from beautiful to genuinely unforgettable was Wenie. In a world where hospitality can often feel rehearsed and transactional, Winnie was the real thing. We were made to feel like the only guests at the resort; she anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them, checked in with warmth and genuine care, and kept everything running seamlessly around us. She embodied what true hospitality looks like, and I cannot overstate how much her attentiveness shaped our entire experience. Winnie, if you're reading this, you are an absolute gem. I will be honest, as any fair review should be, there were a couple of rough edges in the service from other staff members that felt out of step with the otherwise exceptional standard. The lady at breakfast on our first morning was unfortunately off-putting enough that we didn't return, and one of the bartenders lacked the professionalism you'd expect at a resort of this caliber. These things are worth mentioning simply because Kokomo clearly has the bones of a world-class experience, and bringing all the team up to Winnie's standard would make it flawless. Would I return? Without hesitation. Would I recommend it? To every person I know who deserves a proper escape. Kokomo is special — and with the right people around you, it becomes magical.

If you’re looking for a quiet, tranquil escape — this is the place. This little gem truly became our home away from home for the week. Our cottage was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and the service was top-tier from start to finish. Wenie the grounds manager was very sweet and helpful with all our needs. There’s a complimentary shuttle to the local beach, and the best part? You can bring your own drinks and just relax. The on-site restaurant, WE, was excellent — great service and a diverse menu with something for everyone. And last but not least, our driver Nancy was amazing. Always on time, professional, and took us everywhere we wanted to go without a hitch. Honestly… you’re just going to have to experience it for yourself.

Beautiful, private villas that felt like having my own home in Turks. The staff were warm and welcoming—Alberto greeted us kindly, and Wenie was extremely helpful when we needed to change rooms. The grounds were lush and peaceful, and the location was very convenient with a grocery store across the street and easy access to Grace Bay. Amazing stay—I’ll definitely be back.

Our stay at Kokomo Botanical Resort is a memory I will cherish for a long time. Visiting in January, away from the chilled temperatures of the North American East Coast, we were able to escape into our own quiet, peaceful paradise. My husband & I travelled with our 1 year old and the welcome & service upon arrival were friendly and outstanding. The trip was a getaway from a post holiday haze, so entering into a quiet, gated resort with a present staff was ideal. The concierge, Wenie, was the most efficient, proficient, and almost omniscient leader of the staff. She anticipated our questions and catered to our needs effortlessly. Everything from meals, car service, and child care needs were answered and taken care of. We were picked up from the airport by a taxi organized by Wenie. The drive was about 10 to 15 min from the airport on a weekday afternoon (they were prepared with a car seat for our 1 year old). Our cottage was the right amount of space and peace we needed as a small family of three. The 2 bedroom space with it's kitchen nook and living space was a great home away from home and provided a safe space to just enjoy the area. The garden trails were a joy to explore with our 1 year old. The cabana pool and restaurant was steps away from our cottage and was convenient to have as an alternate space to relax outside of our cottage and porch area. The restaurant on premise was ideal to have as we did not anticipate to use the cottage kitchen during our stay. Note that they are closed on Mondays, but we were able to visit other restaurants on the island thanks to Wenie's recommendations. The Lovina Spa on site was also a pleasure to explore. The technician, Asti, was superb with my Balinese Massage. My husband enjoyed his Swedish Massage. Our favorite amenity provided by the resort was the on site shuttle driven by Jeffrey to and from the Bright Park Beach on Grace Beach Bay. The resort shares beach front space with Wymara resort, but provided us with towels, beach lawn chairs and umbrellas. We could order to go lunches from the resort restaurant or order from the on site restaurant of Wymara. It was super convenient to have that access without all the trouble. We found everything to be accessible, relaxing and peaceful. We are looking forward to visiting again soon.

Kokomo was a beautiful, quiet resort that was intimate and really nice. The gardens and all plants were so nicely maintained; everything was clean. The individual cottages are a really nice set up, and quite private. The staff was fabulous! Wenie, the concierge was helpful even before we arrived; she gave recommendations, and helped us arrange excursions. The beach shuttle driver, Jeffrey, was friendly, timely, and responsive. Mufasa the evening bartender was terrific, and made the best drinks. Highly recommend. It is not located directly on the beach, but the shuttle is convenient.

I had the pleasure of spending one night, January 2–3, at Kokomo Botanical Resort, and it was truly a wonderful experience. Wenie, Concierge/Guest Services — Professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and attentive from my very first question prior to check-in through checkout. As a Director of Community Engagement & Resident Services in Massachusetts, I can confidently say Wenie would be an asset to any management team. Wenie, if you ever relocate to the States, there would be a position waiting for you! Location — Secluded, calm, and peacefully quiet. Evening Bartender — Absolutely phenomenal. Room Transfer — We were transferred from our original room, and the second room was a definite upgrade. Accommodations — A larger master bed and a beautifully renovated, spacious shower. Beach Shuttle — Timely and seamless; the driver was professional and courteous. Pool & Hot Tub — The freshwater pool and hot tub are intimate and give you the feeling of being in your own private oasis. Thank you for such a one-day stay in this secluded paradise. 🌿✨

Stayed here for 4 nights By far one of the nicest resorts I have stayed. What sets this place apart is the fact that you get your own cottage that comes with a kitchen, plates, utensils, they even provided a cooler that we used when we went to the beach. Fresh water pool and hot tub was relaxing and they have a spa too. Service was spectacular! The employees were attentive, communicative, and very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone. Families, friends groups, couples, doesn’t mater - book this resort ☝️

One week at this beautiful resort was the perfect amount of time. My bff and I came here in 2021 and loved our stay. The staff was so kind and helpful. Perfect location away from the big hotels with many tourists. Onsite pool and restaurant were very enjoyable. Wenie helped us during our stay and she was the BEST! Beach chair set up was convenient too. Would come back again.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Kokomo Resort for a week with close friends, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by paradise—the villas are stunning, the atmosphere serene, and the staff incredibly warm and genuine. The food was exceptional! The chef created beautiful, flavorful meals (with amazing vegetarian options), and Mufasa’s Rum Punches were perfection. Every detail made us feel cared for and completely at peace. As we were told, “You have to leave the island in order to come back”—and we already can’t wait to return. Kokomo has our hearts!

Kokomo is in a good location a little bit removed from the resorts. The shuttle to the beach is super convenient but my kids preferred the pool. The cottage was small but we were only here for a few days.
