Rescue mission

Salvaged data from failed external hard drive.
External hard drive failure. Excalibur IT Solutions managed to salvage the data onto a new external hard drive in a couple of days. So didn't lose years of data after all.

Email
I had a problem with my emails. I called Tim and he arrived on the date and time set. He knew what the problem was and did a couple of things to fix. He then wanted to do defrag but as I had to go out he left me to do that, which I did and that together with the other things he did solved the problem. I'll definitely call him again next time. Help when help was really needed.
Couldn’t be more helpful even though Tim was sick and couldn’t attend personally he remotely fixed our computer our email was not working and my husband was going to hospital so we were worried about missing information they might send. Tim is very patient and understanding. Would recommend him to all my friends.
