Death is never easy, extremely difficult in my case and they handled everything beautifully. From reception to the director, everyone was kind, respectful and easy to work with. Reasonable prices as well. Hopefully they’re not needed, but if unfortunately death occurs, I certainly recommend their services.

we were having to figure out final arrangements for a family member where we lived 12+ hours away. Mississippi Valley was professional, helpful, answered any and all questions and delivered upon their promises to have my family member cremated and mailed to us in a very timely manner. My family member was treated with respect and dignity, and when we received them via USPS and open the box, they were "packaged" securely . Family member had no insurance policies and this was a respectful and considerably more economical option then coming up with thousands upon thousands of dollars for a traditional funeral.

Absolutely the best service. They took the time to understand what we needed and how they could help. Simply the best experience I could imagine at a difficult time in our lives. They had so many options for people, including services at a funeral home they partner with. It just wasn't what we needed but other'ls might do thought I'd mention. No "up selling". Compassion, responded quickly, answered all questions and guided us because we had no experience but definitely was no pressure to purchase or have anything we didn't need.
