I used to be a regular client at Gold Hair Lounge for color by Michael so was familiar with the staff and great vibe at Gold. But today was my first experience getting hair cut/styled and had an excellent cut by Kennedy. She listened to what I wanted and gave me some great suggestions as clearly she is very experienced and loves what she does. Very satisfied with my experience and will definitely be coming back!

Kennedy completely fixed my hair! She took a mess of highlights and has made my hair so blended for a more natural grow out! I have dark curly hair with grey so it can be tricky to get it right. I've been going to her for over a year now and can't imagine going anywhere else.

I recently went to gold hair lounge for a haircut correction. I used to have nice long hair but a trip to the wrong salon left me with super uneven hair and it took a huge blow to myself esteem. I saw Larisa and she was able to get me fixed up with a really cute bob. I originally was unsure but knew my hair was rough and let her take the reins. Her English wasn’t 100% there, but she was super kind and made sure during the entire process I was happy and she understood what I wanted. I will definitely be stopping by again.

Two visits and two great experiences. Had partial highlights done today, and previously stopped in for a quick styling. My colorist guided me toward a great tone. Both times I left happy and feeling like a million bucks. I’m happy to have found a salon in Vic I can trust. Salon environment is small, friendly, not overly bougie but really cute.

been coming here for almost three years and wouldn’t go anywhere else! kennedy is a magician and has never done me wrong and continues to only somehow become greater and greater, the master of colouring and extensions. highly recommend her for blondes and hand tied wefts!

Vancy always providing exceptional service and nails it every single time. Ive been going to him for years. Goes above and beyone to make sure I leave happy with the end result no matter what. Always look forward to my appointments not just for the great service but because Vancy makes the whole experience enjoyable. Highly personable, easy to talk to, and listens to what you want. Plus a great atmosphere and everyone is always so nice and friendly. Could not recommend this place enough!

Kennedy is the absolute top genius of all geniuses. She has completely transformed the health of my hair. Her extension game is actually crazy. 10/10 recommend!

Jodi did an excellent job listening to what I wanted and making sure we were aligned on the outcome. I really appreciated her great communication and she’s also very skilled! I love my cut, it turned out amazing - sleek and well shaped. Jodi is relatively new to the salon, had to show her some love!

Juned did a great job with my hair. I asked for flowy layers and natural looking highlights and he delivered just that. Their online booking system could use some work. I booked this appointment a couple of months in advance knowing how fast Juned gets booked up. I even called to confirm the appointment a few weeks beforehand. I also got the automated reminder through text the day before saying to be there at 11:30. However, when I arrived at the salon on time at 11:30 AM, I still ended up waiting for over an hour. Turns out my appointment was dragged down to 1:30PM on their end for whatever reason. If it wasn’t for Juned checking in on me since I had been sitting there waiting for a while, I probably would have had to wait longer. I would give it 5 stars for how my hair turned out but I’m giving the whole experience 4 stars because of the glitch with their online booking system.

Kennedy took the time to help me get what I wanted after my cut. She was understanding and kind and is great at long layers ! Even on her off days she will take the time to make sure you get what you want.
