Highly recommend! I turned a part of my garage into an office. The flooring upgrade was the highlight. It is simply stunning now. The once cold boring garage floor is now a piece of art. These guys helped explain all the different types, styles and techniques that could be used. They were able to work with me as I considered adding heating wires as well. They explained the process thoroughly. I had other electrical work going on at the same time and they were very accommodating with my schedule. Always on time and we had great communication back-and-forth throughout the project. These guys love what they do and are master craftsman (and artists). I also used this company for my main garage floor as well to do a permanent high-end epoxy coating. The result was awesome. Their product and process produced a much higher quality than your typical Home Depot diy’r result. My garage and new heated office floor now are the ultimate man-cave. Highly recommend.

Shawn saved the day for me after a different contractor ruined my stained concrete floor by leaving blue tape on it for months. It looked like a checker board, but Shawn assured me he could fix it. Not only did he, but it looks better than the original, and he did it all in only two days. Levelstone. An amazing product and a beautiful floor. After 25 years in our home we experienced a flood due to changing ground water flow. After the loss of all carpet and the work done to seal the floor against water intrusion we were left with a scarred and damaged concrete floor. After searching for a solution we were very fortunate to find Premier Overlay's website and view their gallery. The photos showing floors overlaid with Levelstone were amazing. We called for information, spoke with Tracy and met with him the next day at our home. He explained the process, took measurements and sent us a proposal the next day. The proposal was very fair and we were lucky to get on their schedule. A couple of days later Sean was at our home reviewing the work with us and he started the process that day. Three days later we had a solid smooth beautiful floor. We were very impressed by their knowledge, prompt responses and the quality of Levelstone. Cameron did a great job giving my garage floors a makeover. He worked methodically and gave attention to details. It was a bit of a challenge since the original concrete floors had 10-15 years of oil stains. He meticulously ground and removed all of them during the preparation process.

Tracy and team resurfaced my basement floors. I wanted a moisture barrier, so I had them grind/prep my slab, apply epoxy, and then level/finish the floors. I went with LVP in one room and "levelstone" (cement overlay) for the rest. I'm pleased with my choice. The floors turned out beautiful. I got four quotes, and Tracy's pricing was comparable to 1 and significantly below the other 2. I'm sometimes wary of less expensive bids, but I felt confident in this case that Tracy would deliver a high-quality product and wasn't disappointed. I appreciated that they took the time to provide levelstone samples and the opportunity to see an example of their work in person. They were also super easy and efficient to schedule with.

RE: Epoxy Garage Floor. Found Premier Overlay on Thumbtack. First contact was Tracy. He gave me a straightforward bid via text. I asked him to come to my project so I could see samples in person. My dog liked him. Scheduled a couple weeks out. The process took a few days. Their team did a great job. Cameron kept things neat, worked efficiently, and answered questions along the way. Sean did the final coat and even came back an extra trip because I wanted to add flake where I previously thought it would look better not to. These guys are professionals with old school courtesy and customer service.

We ground and sealed our basement concrete floor to use as a workspace. This was a tough project, but I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. We did the work in January during a cold snap, and drying times were a real struggle because of the temps. We had to remove our water heater in order to seal the floor, and we felt every day of it—not being able shower is a real bummer! But Sean was amazing. He was responsive and consistent during the entire project. If he said he'd arrive at 9am, he was there very close to that time, and always texted me an ETA when on the way. I've worked with a handful of contractors and this was by far the most professional handling of time I've ever seen. He ran into a bunch of snags during the project, but was always quick to brainstorm a solution. I wanted a natural and industrial concrete look for our workshop and I got exactly that. Sean and I discussed the materials being used in detail, so I feel confident that this floor will last. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Premier Overlay team to anyone looking to finish their floors.

Sean and Tracy were fantastic partners to work with on my garage flooring! I had very particular needs as I wanted half the garage to be flat for my home gym, but also still have the other half be used as a ramp for my car. After a quick chat I was quite impressed and ask them to come out to give me an estimate for an overlay on my 50 year old garage floor. The arrived on time, full of advice, looked carefully at the floor to make sure they fully understood the current condition of the floor (not great!) and what was involved. Their quote was very competitive and we decided to do it. They arrived on time, with a very competent crew, who explained as they worked. We ran into an issue, but the guys came back on a Saturday to finish the job - certainly above and beyond their job, but avoiding a weekend long delay. I needed Epoxy coating (first timer) for a brand new garage. Tracy was very responsive, explained me the different options and even drove to me to get the advance payment. Later, on the day of appointment, the crew showed up on time, did a great job, finished ahead of schedule. Been three weeks since the coating was laid. All looks great. Recommended
