From beginning to end with a fine attention to detail; anticipating any hurdles that might arise; dealing with the city; able to pivot on a dime; adding in special requests late in the process; working as an inclusive team; listening to input every step of the way; A true collaboration. These are people you want on your team.

We did a pretty major remodel last year and absolutely love how it turned out (before and after pictures included). Selecting a contractor wasn't an easy process. We have very high expectations and needed to be sure whoever we hired could meet them. After meeting with the Crosspoint team we found them to be extremely professional, transparent, honest, and with a proven track record of outstanding results. Mike Cox was our Project Manager and was awesome to work with. He was on site daily, has decades of high level experience and no matter the obstacle he never seemed phased by how to overcome it. This project wasn't without its challenges. It's easy to write a good review when things go perfectly, but if you can still write a 5-star review when they don't, that's a sign that you picked a company that holds itself accountable to high standards even when things get tough. Crosspoint has our wholehearted endorsement and we'd definitely hire them for future jobs. Some takeaways and things to consider: 1. Don't be in too much of a rush. The planning and selection process are important and take time. 2. Consider hiring a designer. Yes, it's more expensive, but there's no way we could have done this without them. The project was a major investment in our home. The design company nailed every element and brought our vision to life. Zero regrets there. 3. Communicate. If something is not sitting right or seems off, ask your project manager immediately. 4. Things look different in showrooms than they will in your home. Whenever possible, review samples in the actual space. 5. Set reasonable expectations. Construction is messy and dusty. Don't stress. It will all be perfect in the end.

Just completed three “mini renovations” and the addition of an outdoor paver patio with Crosspoint Construction and couldn’t be happier with the results. They were able to rework three spaces, a laundry room, mud room and primary bathroom and make them far more functional and at the same time they look fantastic! They oversaw the construction of a new paved patio and worked with us on challenges with a sloped lot and drainage. The result was a beautiful patio that works with the slope of our yard. We recently engaged Crosspoint Construction to do a significant renovation on our home, including adding a second floor to our ranch. They did a very good job from pre-planning through final punch list management. The project managers, Linc and Mike, were great to work with and made the whole project enjoyable. Mike was regularly on site so things got addressed ASAP. We had heard horror stories of other peoples' renovations and experienced no problems like that. The few hiccups (as are likely to happen on a big job with so many moving parts/details) that did occur during the 6 months were resolved professionally and easily. Our master bath and closet renovation was a challenging project requiring imaginative, adaptive re-use of a space that posed several structural challenges. Crosspoint was recommended by our architect and they worked closely with him (and us) in a true collaborative fashion. They diligently addressed unforeseen issues and problems and were patient with the fluid nature of the project. Our project manager, Brandon, was reliable, attentive, and easy to work with. Any concerns or new ideas were addressed promptly and were executed professionally. He managed the subcontractors efficiently and we always felt he was in our corner with our best interests in mind. The office staff’s efforts to keep us informed and updated on the finances and timeline of the work were always detailed, on-point, and client-oriented. Construction is never easy to live through but in the end, we are so very pleased with our beautiful and well-crafted new space.

I would like to add to the many positive reviews for Crosspoint. Our project involved building a carport, one that is a bit oversized, on our back drive area. The upscale design closely matches the look of our house. Crosspoint took the design that we had in hand and did a magnificent job bringing it to a finished reality. We are completely appreciative of the result. Their project management was excellent (thanks Chris Lenker), with the various component subcontractors arriving at the correct intervals and working as expected. And during all of the construction, Crosspoint was extremely available on the scene reviewing the work and discussing our expectations and questions. The work was done in a very timely manner, and when the job was completed, the whole area affected by the construction was returned to a well kept state. We will be quite happy to recommend Crosspoint to anyone interested in having significant work done well. Once again, it is a lovely job, and we are enjoying big smiles with this attractive new addition to our property.

We renovated a garage space into a recreation room with a kitchenette, full bath, bunk room, added a new garage and built a deck! The project was big and turned out beyond our expectations! Crosspoint was timely and transparent when timing was taking a little longer than they expected. Did we ever lick out finding these guys. They preformed magic to our house when we hired them to remodel the main floor of the house. For our entire main living level to be demoed, and put back together in the time they did. They paid very close attention to what we wanted done and made it happen. We have several more projects planned in the future and we are not even going for bids on these. The crew they have as full time employees are very knowledgeable, professional, and craftsmen. I have nothing but praise for the team at Crosspoint. I am beyond thankful that they agreed to take on our project - which was to demo and rebuild our entire kitchen, replace everything in the powder bathroom, the carpet in the bedrooms, as well as replace patches of carpet with wood to lace in with existing wood, then stain and finish it all. All the work was on time and budget. More importantly, every single worker that came onsight was beyond professional, competent, courteous, respectful, and efficient. We lived onsight all but 3 nights of the 2 month job. More than once a supplier commented how they enjoyed working with Crosspoint. Cole was our project manager, so we interacted with him by far the most. Not once did he tell me no. Not once did I doubt he could make something happen when we asked for it. He had crews in and out like clockwork. Things happened when he said they would. He stayed steady despite the occasional curveballs along the way, which gave me peace. The finished product is gorgeous. I have zero regrets hiring Crosspoint and would do it again in a heartbeat.

It's been great working with these guys. They added a new room to my house. They're leagues above previous contractors. They communicated with me the entire time and were very responsive to some non-standard requests we needed. They managed to stay on budget over the course of the remodel despite all of the COVID shortages. All of the workers they sent over did great jobs. Everyone involved were very polite. It took us nearly 6 months extra time to get through zoning issues and a full redesign to comply with regulations, and Eric, KJ, and Steve were there every step of the way helping out and making sure everything was done right.
