Chris came out to detect a leaking central heating system which has caused considerable damage and has left us with no hot water or central heating for over a week, the insurance company appointed SOS Leak Detection to find the leak beneath the floor boards, Chris arrived exactly on time and explained what he was going to do, within a short space of time he had found the exact location of the leak and removed the flooring etc., he then repaired the damaged pipe and turned the heating system back on. Chris was very professional throughout and is a credit to the company.

SOS were sent by our insurance company to detect a leak in the utility room. SOS called to make the appointment and came within a few days. All checks were carried out and the source of the issue identified. The SOS engineer was very competent and provided us with a comprehensive report on his findings and recommendations.

We had SOS leak detection to find a leak in the wall of our utility room. The communication was excellent and friendly and their plumber/tradesman was totally professional and carried out the work needed to a very high standard. There was minimal disruption in finding and repairing the leak.
