To the angry guy that can't get his stuff from the mail. I got stuff from another company in the mail. And I'm sure lots of others that order from other moms are all the same boat. It's isn't the company's fault that canada post is on strike.

*DO NOT ORDER FROM MMJ* *BUYERS BEWARE* Ordered product, mail now stuck in transit due to strike… ONE DAY after i ordered (with no warning whatsoever). Reached out to customer service to receive a response of a professional “guess you’re s*** out of luck, but if you somehow still want to buy more product, here’s 15% off!”. No compensation, no effort or care for the current package that may never even reach its destination, ALL while other customers continue to receive their packages via an “alternate shipping method” MMJ has had available , with knowledge of the strike upcoming. very unprofessional, not caring and clearly just want your money and once the transactions complete it’s a real toss up if you will even receive the product. BUYERS BEWARE

On point First time buying gummies online. Mmj was awesome. I do find the gummies are maybe a bit lower than they ay. But if so not by much. (The gas a lightweight. She finds she has to have 10mg vs her normal 5mg) but with that said they have been more than awesome. Will be ordering a bunch more.

I've been really disappointed in their customer service. Initially when I placed a few orders, they arrived within the specified time, delivered to my mailbox. The last few orders I've had nothing but issues. The package wasn't left in my mailbox, and when I contacted them they said they indicated it should be left. When I contacted Canada Post they said the info from the shipper was not to deliver to the mailbox but to a postal outlet for pick up. When I shared that with them, they took no ownership and didn't bother to follow up with Canada Post. You pay $20 for Xpress post shipping which is supposed to have it here in 2 to 3 business days. My package was supposed to be delivered today, yet there is no tracking on the Canada Post site and when I contacted Canada Post they said they don't have the package. When I contacted MMJ they said it was shipped and to just wait for it. Other places I've ordered from, the package arrives when it's supposed to. Other than MMJ I've had zero issues with shipping anywhere else. They have a good selection of product but their customer service is so lacking .
