Data recovery from an external WD hard drive was completed with efficiency and effectiveness, coupled with professionalism and friendliness. Cost of the process was high but seems high universally; data back-up should never be avoided!

After contacting this business a few weeks ago and getting them to work on recovering my data, they recovered absolutely nothing. What makes it even worse is the fact I had to pay them £180 before they even started to try recovering the data. They said that the £180 payment is because someone had already opened the hard drive to rectify the problem. So now I am £180 out of pocket and still cannot see any pictures of my children when they were young. So disappointed as this is sentimental data.

My computer 'C:' SSD drive developed a fault and refused to boot up. The shop where I bought the PC was unable to rectify the fault and had to replace the SSD card. I received fantastic service from the Data Recovery Lab, in recovering data from a failed external hard drive. They were very responsive and recovered 100% of the data within a very tight timescale and at a competitive price.

My laptop was damaged including the hard-drive leading to the loss of my data. But within days they were able to recover all my data. They also recommended that I buy a similar laptop like the one that was destroyed and with that they actually brought my original laptop experience back.
