The customer service was awesome and everyone i interacted with was helpful and patient. Plus cats?! Yes please. It is a little more expensive it seems, but you get a warranty that is better than most other places and honestly just good care overall. This is my new car spot.

I came here with a friend of mines, and she paid for her car thin when she went to go get it she noticed that the front of her car was hit. But Dame. This guy said because she signed and paid already that there was nothing they could do, she should have looked first. I know I wouldn't tell any of my friends or subscribers. This lady never even left the parking lot. Well at least they did a good job on her transmission. And Yes I am only saying it's over priced because they didn't help her out when she found damaged to her car. Hmmmm. Reading the comments this isn't the first time, people trust you with there car. But my experience coming there I would never tell anyone about your service. She paid good money to hear you can't help her because she paid already, and the damages were done on your property in your lot we're you guys parked it. And to say abandon, how's that when she kept in touch with your business. I feel for her because I sent her there on my good name. Hope your review for your business gets better. I know about this client thin you think. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm have a nice day.

This is a place you feel comfortable in right away. Chris is incredibly friendly, and Miguel was thorough with my inspection and was able to work on my Mini when other shops had previously declined. I'm a new client, but they seem to be very honest about what needs to be done versus what can probably wait. Not to mention they have cats that will literally greet you at the door.

I was really disappointed with this appointment. I wanted my brakes fixed and asked for a side diagnostic for a problem I was having and it costed $80 for them to tell me I have an oil leak but couldn’t tell me where unless I paid more for them to clean up the oil to see where the spill is - I feel that’s part of a 80$ diagnostic. I also called and left a voicemail after reviewing a long list of recommendations for my car and a list of prices…I wanted to talk to someone about it and no call back….I also did not get my brakes fixed instead I was told they are at a 3-4 and are ok. I wanted them done so I did not have to get rotors too. I went in for a brake appointment - left spending money and got nothing out of it but a disappointing appointment. Just go else where waste of time and an appointment.

Very good service. Kitties are super cute. Staff was efficient, set clear expectations for my budget and my time. They communicated with me about the inspections before doing any services and even offer complimentary Lyft rides!

Came in for an oil change on a 12 yr old car and they did a thorough inspection. Several issues were noted and honest feedback on what can wait. I had been dealing with smelling antifreeze for years and they diagnosed the issue and it’s resolved! I’m talking years and several visits to the dealership! I trust this business explicitly! I’ve been to West St Paul and Midway locations and staff are all A+++. The owner, Tim, generously volunteers locally and supports the communities and those who support the communities. He was an unexpected and tremendous blessing and I’ve already been able to pay it forward!

Love the space and everyone was kind. I also liked the email showing the things they found on my inspection along with the the cost so that if I wanted to add it onto the appointment I could. But I also have a very transparent and clear list of things I can get worked on in the future when I can afford it. They were a lot more affordable than other places I've gone to for auto care. Also the kitties were a nice bonus

Friendly staff and reasonable pricing with the added bonus of super cute cats. I had a sweet lil friend take a nap on my lap while I waited for repairs-- which is all I could ask for. It was also easy to get an appointment and the staff did a great job of communicating my vehicle's needs and estimated time for repair. I thought the prices were pretty average, but the service and amenities made it superb.

I’m keeping my five stars because turbo Tim’s has kept my car running for years. I’ve found their process to be extremely straightforward and I don’t want to take my vehicle anywhere else. But I wanted to write this because my last visit was a little weird. They didn’t follow the usual process for estimates and didn’t follow up with the tech for a repair I asked for multiple times. They were defensive when I was asking questions about it. It was really uncomfortable. It was very clear that they were writing me off to make their job easier. It’s a hassle to bring my car in for repairs, and now I have to bring it in again soon because they refused to offer any help or remedy after the fact that they didn’t even try to do what I asked for.
