We had the pleasure of working with Simona Martin on the purchase of our Cambria quartz countertops. She kept us well informed throughout the process, from initial selections to, and after, installation of the countertops. This was a more challenging process for her because we did all this remotely. Simona gave us initial estimates of cost for multiple products and coordinated with the Cabria distributors once we picked out a product, to select exact slabs. She kindly answered a panicked call I made to her after-hours to reassure me about the vein colors that had not shown up well in the initial pictures. She followed up first thing the next morning with detailed pictures. She and I had a Facetime conversation with our slabs to start the template process, again above and beyond to ensure that we were pleased with the outcome. Simona is an accomplished professional who knows the business, excels at customer service, and who was a delight to work with throughout the entire process. There are many options for countertop materials in the West Chester area, but we are so glad that we selected ASCO. This is customer-oriented business, and that we were assisted by Simona. We are thrilled with our new countertops. I highly recommend Simona Martin and ASCO. If I ever need another countertop I will work with her again.

From day 1 have been totally satisfied with everyone and everything about Asco Quartz and Granite. Simona was helpful with the sales and selection process. No pressure sales is always a plus. Next step, the templating was very fast and easy, and the company worked with us when we had a little scheduling conflict. Step 3 installation. The installers were right on time, meticulous and completed in 45 minutes. They even matched the vanity top quartz veins with those on the backsplashes. Highly recommend and with zero complaints.

Great experience. I was unable to go to the showroom due to an injury. They worked with me over the phone and by texting to get me the countertop I wanted. On the day of install, their three man team arrived on time, did their work, cleaned up, and we're on their way in an hours time. Plumber was there to finish sink install. Overall, very pleased with the experience. Highly recommend Asco to anyone.

Being an experienced homeowner with granite replacement many times in the past, when our current project came about we researched local suppliers and found ASCO in Exton. To our amazement, the people, the product, the service and follow-up were without question superb. Gina H walked us through detailed preliminary steps in a way that made us feel comfortable with the process. Their technology for templating was state of the art and accurate. Installation was flawless. The plumber was on site with the demo and back again to reinstall after granite placement was finished. Romano and his crew took the time to literally make it perfect. This all done in one day by 2 pm ! Amazing!

The counter and installation went very well. One exception...the faucet hole and drain for the sink did not line up. I called to let them know...Cosmin came out and verified that it was a problem and he apologized for the mistake. Less than two hours later, their crew returned and corrected the problem. Several years ago, AAA Helenic installed a bathroom vanity countertop with a similar problem. They denied it was a problem even after I illustrated it to them. Correcting it was like pulling teeth. It did get corrected and they never apologized...that's why we went to ASCO who recently did a job for a family member. Thank you ASCO!!! You will be referred and you will be doing our new kitchen counter when that happens.

Excellent service, really quick and accurate templating, installation about a week later. Price was very competitive and I wouldn’t have a problem recommending them to anyone. The installation crew was great, cleaned up perfectly before leaving.
