Situato nel cuore di Bologna, nella traversa di via Indipendenza, fulcro dello shopping e isola pedonale. Parcheggio vicino e tutto a portata di mano (bar, ristorante ecc.) Struttura molto bella, pulita e accogliente con 2 mega TV perfettamente funzionanti, zona cucina dotata di ogni accessorio. Servizio accettazione tutto automatizzato e molto chiaro, semplice e funzionante. Deposito bagagli anche dopo il check out. Ci torneremo la prossima volta che saremo a Bologna. Grazie

The place was absolutely amazing! The spa and the shower were all you can hope for to enjoy a relaxing stay. The apartment was well located and close to almost anything of interest in Bologna. The hosts were very quick to respond. Luggage storage was definitely a bonus. Highly recommended!!

Este alojamiento de lleva 5/5 porque no tenemos ninguna queja. El apartamento es precioso y se encuentra a 5 min andando de la fuente de Neptuno y 12 min de la estación central. El personal es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarte en todo. Tuvimos la suerte de cogerlo a última hora y nos salió a la mitad de precio. Para mí ahora es la casa de mis sueños un apartamento así 😍

My husband and I stayed in one of the suites for a week while in Bologna and were very pleased with our stay. PROS - Location: excellent. Short walk from both Bologna Centrale and Piazza Maggiore. We appreciated being able to stop by the room to drop off purchases or have a rest during the day. We took two day trips and getting to the train station was easy. - Room: Perfect for the two of us. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. There was extra bedding in the closet for the pullout sofa if needed. There was plenty of storage for us both to unpack our luggage. - Bathroom: The bathroom was very roomy compared to what we've experienced in Europe before. The shower was EXCELLENT (we both commented that we wish we had the shower back home)--great water pressure, quick to warm up, plenty of room. - Kitchen/Living: The kitchen had everything you'd need on a trip and included a dishwasher and a laundry machine. There were TVs in both the living area and the bedroom. The balcony had a small table with two chairs as well as a clothes rack for drying. - Checkin: Super clear process with great communication from management. Our suite was on the first floor (or the second floor if you're from the US) but there was an elevator for luggage. Getting in was very easy using the codes for the lockboxes we were provided. - Wifi: Fast and reliable. Streaming services worked well when we needed some downtime. CONS - AC/Heat: Not really a complaint, just an FYI for other travelers. The municipality of Bologna sets rules around when the AC can be used and how cool the temp can be set, and we could not use the AC while we were there. Highs when we were in Bologna were around 80ºF during the day and 60ºF at night. We managed quite ok with just cracking the window for air for the most part. We did book this suite in part because AC was listed as an amenity, but we probably overlooked information on the website about regulations for use. Regarding the heat, the radiators randomly turned on later during the week and we did not realize they were cranked to the max until the room was quite hot. They were probably still set to wintertime, we shut them off and the room returned to a comfortable temperature very quickly. Not really an issue. - Noise: Again, not really a complaint--just comes with being near Piazza Maggiore and above a lively street with restaurants. The ground floor directly below our suite was a cafe and our balcony overlooked their outdoor sitting area. We bought a pair of earplugs for sleeping and had no issues. - Bugs: We had a few bug bites from sleeping with the windows open, but nothing too bad or bothersome. Summary: We would stay here again!

Had an awesome stay! The apartment was super comfy, clean and in a perfect spot. I’d totally recommend it and can’t wait to come back!

Highly recommend! The accommodation was spotless, in a fantastic location, and the host was extremely responsive. Everything was well-organized, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Would definitely book again!
