I have struggled with severe GI issues for almost a year. Neither the Beth Israel or Brigham's could solve the issue. Lots of tests but no answers. My wonderful pelvic floor physical therapist recommended Newbury Street Nutrition. I can admit to being very skeptical as some of the best hospitals in Boston and the country did not have a clue. Like no clue. The staff at Newbury have a great intake process. They did exhaustive research on my medical history and made some very concrete recommendations to change what I ate and supplements I took. After less than four days, the GI issues have disappeared. Gone. I have a long way to go, but if you have complex nutrition issues, reach out to this team. They are very smart, very caring and a wonderful investment in better health.

Skylar’s professionalism and communication skills are the best. She never makes you feel bad for going off track, she only encourages you on how to continue making positive changes. I’ve never worked with someone who’s done more research on the benefits of fiber! I think of Skylar every time I eat a Nugo bar.
