I've used Window Hero before and have always been satisfied. Recently had my home, screened porch and windows cleaned using a soft pressure wash - everything looked amazing when the job was finished! After the crew left, I noticed the fan on the screened porch was running which I left on to help dry out the area. That evening I tried to turn the fan off but it only decreased in speed. I was not able to completely turn it off. The next morning it had stopped and I was unable to turn it back on. I contacted Window Hero just to discuss this as I was not sure if it was a problem related to the cleaning or not. I was told a manager would get back to me. That never happened and I have since contacted them again 2 more times asking just to speak to a manager. Customer support is sadly lacking.

Just had my entire house pressure washed including the porches and cleaning of all the windows. I could not have asked for a better job! The house looks amazing after they were done! All of the staff I interacted with were very professional and easy to work with. I also appreciated how quickly they had someone come out to the house in order to give me a quote for the job. I would recommend this company to everyone who needs pressure washing done to their home!

Nate and his crew are amazing. They are super fast and efficient about delivering a quote. Their pricing is very competitive and fair. They are honest and very very thorough with the work they do. Best power washing we've had since we bought the house. We are definitely going to make them our single stop shop moving forward. So excited to have finally found a great power washing company here in the area!!

They were called the Gotocrew. Back then they came out gave you a price and you decided. Now, over the phone, they give you a basic starting price of $225.00 and up from there. Too bad, I want a price based on my house and what it takes to clean it, not a basic standard price! Frank G

I had them clean my gutters, power wash my garage, screen porch and clean my windows inside and out. One stop shop for all the services I needed. I've used Labor Panes of Charleston for several different kinds of work. They have been responsive to my needs and schedule and have done excellent work at a reasonable price. I always feel they have gone beyond the basic service. will be using them again.

These guys are dependable, courteous and do a good job! A rarity in Mount Pleasant. If they miss something, they will correct it. They are on time and work steadily until the job is done. We've used them for three years to wash our windows and they are consistent.

I hired Labor Panes to clean out my home's gutters and thoroughly clean my windows inside and out. From the first moment I contacted the company and left a message the owner, Nate, could not have been more accommodating and attentive. When Nate and his 2 workers showed up at my house they did a phenomenal job cleaning the gutters and worked so carefully, thoroughly and efficiently on each of my windows. My house has many windows and the guys removed the screens on each window so they could perform a complete cleaning. Nate and his team also made sure they did not track any dirt into my house and in other words the Labor Panes team treated my home as if it were their own. I also hired them to power wash my front porch and they did an amazing job as well. So if you ever need a professional company who is reasonably priced you just have to contact Labor Panes.
