I cannot recommend the Aussie appliance team highly enough. Thank you to Mario and his colleague! After a dishwasher breakdown, my landlord’s estate agent sent their repair contact to ‘assess’ - they stayed under 10 minutes, pulled the machine out and pushed it back it left a huge mess and possessed no drill or diagnostic tools. The real estate then emailed me to tell me I had a cockroach infestation (I have not seen one cockroach in my 2 years here) and the motherboard was eaten by them, and I had to pay $1400 for a new machine due to my ‘negligence’ as a tenant, plus another $200 for pest control services. I decided Google local machine repair companies to get a second opinion and assessment. Mario was punctual, polite and and was extremely thorough and lengthy, including showing me a spotless motherboard that was free of any cockroach damage, and plugging the machine into their computer to troubleshoot. Turns out a pipe at the back was loose and just needed tightening… VERY different diagnosis. $223 service and repair fee only. Thank you team! The company that the real estate uses is Magic Home appliances on Bondi road, and I recommend staying away from them. The real estate agency that manages my property is Belle Property Bondi Junction. I would also avoid them. They have no interest in supporting responsible renters.

Highly recommend Aussie Appliance Repairs. Had a technician out to service my Bosch condenser dryer. Gentleman was prompt and efficient. He needed to come back as a part was required to be ordered and replaced. Two technicians came out the second time to clean my dryer from the lint build up. Once again prompt and efficient. Contact from the company was so spot on. A text giving me a 30 min heads up each time when the technicians would arrive was spot on. My brother has now booked Aussie Appliance Repairs for a service to his condenser dryer as well. Found out this should be done every five years to ensure their efficiency.
