I enjoyed our “5 dysfunctions of a Team” discussion and the many other topics in the 3-day workshop. I’d enjoy another session just to focus in on the book and how we as a leadership team see ourselves in each of the 5 points. Trust is the foundation! DISC is always a big benefit and I will talk with HR to include this within our onboarding process so we have more data to help us in our daily work with team building, conflict resolution and general communication skills. It also shined a light on how often a really interrupt and play devils advocate... something to work on!

The thing that stood out most during our experience with Nicole was her genuine effort to understand our roles as nursing administrators. She took the time to really listen, and if there were healthcare specific topics she was unsure of, she was transparent and fully welcomed our feedback and suggestions. Because of her honesty, she was able to help tailor EOS to fit our specific niche within the healthcare system. We all left feeling more organized and ready to tackle our goals.

Nicole’s delivery style of the Leadership Development Training was amazing. She made the training fun and very enjoyable. The material and personal assessment of myself was spot-on. A takeaway from this class would be how others may view me and the way I may appear to approach others and to be mindful of how I may come across even though my intent may really be different. I enjoyed this training more so than most others I’ve attended. Your method of delivering the information is great; serious but at the same time, light hearted and fun, so it easily kept my attention without boring me. The presentation went well and the materials were short but detailed. I think that altogether, for me, this was a better approach to building a business culture than anything else I’ve seen. I now know how others see me and how we all deal with each other in a better way.

Nicole Greer was an absolute standout during Trimester II of the VISTA Leadership Program at AgFirst FCB.
