Called for a trimming estimate-no answer. After submitting the form online someone calls me to schedule for Thursday at 5:00. Thursday comes and they are a no call and no show. Called back to see if there was a mix up, but nobody answers the phone. Don't waste your time calling, nobody will answer and if they do, they won't show up. Owner-It was a woman who called me and scheduled. See record of call below. I used your arborist service in the past and am in your system. Easy to say you have no record of my call....

This company is amazing! From the online ordering process for fire wood to the technicians that deliver, (Carl Berger did an outstanding job) this was seamless. Not just the ordering, but Carl wheeled 1/8 cord of wood to our backyard and stacked neatly in our wood stacker. Outstanding Service!

There's a lot to like about how Urban Tree Company presents itself: woman-owned, looking to use sustainably and responsibly the bounty of tree growth in San Antonio. I had high expectations, and my interaction with arborists and crews did not disappoint. Not only were all of them kind and really interesting people, they also did excellent work, quickly and carefully, and left my yard and my trees better off than they were before. Part of the project was having an old mesquite tree removed. While many twigs and limbs became mulch, I like the idea that part of the tree will be firewood, and I'm looking forward to getting a nice slab out of the trunk (yes, they can mill and kiln-dry wood for you, too!) Whatever you need to have done to, or with, your trees, contacting people at Urban Tree Company would be the place to start.

Fantastic work. They were quick to communicate and quick to address our issues. Took down dead branches in one morning and cleaned up everything. And all for very reasonable prices. Will be using again!
