Ryan and his team were wonderful. The entire process from quote request to installation was smooth, with prompt communication and kindness. Ryan puts care into each job, and uses technology that assists the customer in ways that other electricians wouldn't. From a video recorded transparent quote that explained all my options with honesty, to courier delivered job supplies to ensure they were at my house in advance, to an easy online payment method. Knightly definitely does a great job at combining the pricing and customer attention of a smaller locally owned business, with the customer care and guaranteed quality of a larger nationwide company. It's nice to get the best of both worlds.

Bo from Knightly Electrical Services did a great job replacing the breaker switch for my laundry room outlets. He was professional, on time, and fixed the issue quickly. Everything is working perfectly now, highly recommend.

The team of Art and Bo installed 13 light fixtures for us. They did and excellent job, were friendly and patient (deciding how high to hang your chandelier is always a “little lower, no lower, no higher” moment). They cleaned up throughly and took all the trash. I’ll use them again and recommend them whole heartedly!

Couldn't be happier with Knightly's service. Ryan was very easy to work w/ up front, and answered all my questions in writing, as well as offered advice on options. Stephanie was extremely responsive (even late at night, and early morning), and made all transactions and communication a pleasure. Arturo and his apprentice showed up right on time, worked expeditiously, were very personable, and made sure all my questions were answered. Afterwards they completely cleaned up after themselves, left no trace they were there except for the new installed components. Professional Work: The work included tracing a mess of wires and connecting several smart switches. They were able to quickly schedule and complete all of the work as expected. Art and Bo were very skilled, professional, on time, smelling good and happy to be there. Electrical Safety: They also ensured the correct type of switch was used for each of the lights and ceiling fan. I had originally selected an incorrect switch for the fan - they explained the safety issue and provided the proper switch for the fan . Bottom Line: Great job - I definitely use them again.
