The receptionist was very friendly, explained every step of the procedure & worked to get the best payment process to fit my needs. The Dr. was pleasant & took the time to answer all my questions concerning the entire procedure.

Went in for my free consultation today and met with Brittany. She was very understanding of my fears and concerns. I have been losing teeth from avoiding going to the dentist. There was no judgment from her at all. I didn’t get a chance to meet the Dr. as he was in surgery. I am at the decision making task of the next step (affordability and nerves). *Update* When I went back for my second visit for impressions and more X-rays, Shannon was fabulous! I told her about my gag reflex for getting impressions done. She did a fantastic job of calming me and not making me gag 😂 Met Dr. Brady, and he was also very helpful with my concerns. Tomorrow 4/22/26 is the BIG day! I know it will be a long journey, but excited and nervous to get started 😬

I was amazed at the kindness, professionalism, empathy of the entire staff including Doctor Brady. If I could give this practice more stars, I would. The results are amazing. I am no longer home bound. I laugh, eat and finally socialize with confidence! My implants are comfortable and beautiful. Thank you Dr. Brady and staff.

Consultation was great! Angie, the consultant, explained everything thoroughly and also helped me obtain financial assistance with Care Credit. 2nd Visit was the following day after consultation, I had the opportunity to personally meet and speak with Dr. Brady ( dentist) best bedside manner I've seen since my last dentist retired! Dr. Brady made sure I was well informed about the procedure and reassured me that I was in great hands

I was impressed with Angela very knowledgeable she walked me through the financial process did my X-rays I didn’t feel any pressure.Upon meeting Dr Brady was pleasant as well as confident he put me at ease by explaining from start to finish what to expect. I was taken a bit by the cost. I hadn’t been to anyone else prior to this visit .With my health issues as well as the deteriorating condition of my teeth I needed to feel comfortable & confident with the establishment that I would be getting my teeth worked on . When you know you know. I liked the way the consultation was handled from start to finish & feel comfortable knowing that Dr Brady is the one for the job. Still considering what way I will go to fit my budget . Will update when I make my decision & start the process.

I had a really great experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and kind. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and took the time to explain things clearly. I never felt rushed and all of my questions were answered in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident in my care.
