We used Precision Exteriors to replace our roof and gutters and they did a wonderful job. Our roof looks amazing. They got the job done quickly, cleaned up our yard so we didn't have to worry about stepping on an nails or anything. They were awesome to work with.

A few years ago a friend of mine had recommended that I have precision exteriors take a look at our roof because our attic was leaking. Jose and and an insurance adjuster came out to look at it. Unfortunately, it was not covered by our insurance, however, someone from the company came out and fixed the leak without charging us! A few years later a hail storm came though and we remembered how much we appreciated Jose and his kindness in helping us out. We called him up and so far we have had our shingles replaced with steel and are anticipating new siding, gutters etc. We have been pleased with the team’s work so far and I hope to submit pictures and an update when the job is complete 😁

Working with Precision has been great. Steve has been my contact throughout the entire process and has been top notch. We had noticed a leak in our roof in the spring after some massive rain storms. We had requested an inspection and Steve was able to find hail damage that lead to our leak. He was able to help me navigate working with the insurance claim to not only get a new roof but also new siding. We also went through them for gutter replacement and window wrappings. We are more than stoked about our new exterior and have received tons of compliments from the neighbors. The products used were great quality. The crew working on the installation went the extra mile to address questions and concerns and get everything installed in a timely manner. We will be reaching out to Precision again in the future for anything that comes up. Happy to help a local company that has good customer service and pride in their work.

I would like to thank Miguel and the team at Precision Exteriors Restoration for their help replacing our roof, gutter helmets, siding, downspouts, and resolve some damage to our air conditioner. Miguel helped make the insurance claim process effortless and was always prompt, responsive, and professional. Miguel did a great job managing all the work whether it be the internal teams to Precision Exteriors Restoration (siding, roofing, etc.), along with the external teams (Gutter Helmet, HVAC, etc.). We (my wife) also decided to make a major color change with our siding and Miguel went above and beyond to provide us samples, along with walking us through how to use an application (HOVER) that provides a 3d view and shows how the siding would match the roofing, etc. Miguel made great recommendations regarding color, accents, and suggested we wrap some of the cedar trim around our garage doors and a post in the front and it turned out amazing; would have never thought to do it. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work that Miguel and the team at Precision Exteriors Restoration provided and I would highly recommend them for any exterior restoration work.
