I signed up for Nikki’s preliminary health and diet analysis because I’ve been putting it off for several years. I’m at a stage now where weight per se and image are not a priority, but I have a real problem with daily acid reflux. I want to be healthy, but I don’t want to obsess about food or every ounce of weight gained or lost. (Been there, done that, didn’t work and only drove me nuts.)
But where to start, especially when I don’t cook these days, and I hate to go grocery shopping? I also have limited time or emotional bandwidth right now for an extensive focused look at my diet.
Nikki’s initial report, based on a simple, easy-to-complete survey (with no formal testing), combined with Nikki’s brilliant focus in our live conversation on my particular needs, definitely exceeded my expectations by a large margin.
I walked away with 3 key steps that were neither expensive nor time-consuming, but a great way to get started on my unique nutrition journey without a lot of stress. Instead of feeling hopeless about the situation, I feel like I’ve got some real breathing room to start shifting and testing to see what actually works for me. Now I want to learn more, and will definitely be coming back to Nikki for a deeper dive.
