I was referred to Dr Pinkhasov after I had learned by current doctor was out of network and just left me hanging I had a tube in my back to my infected kidney and no doctor. I went to Porter Er for pain and I had a UTI and I was referred to Dr Pinkhasov. Everyone in the ER was just saying how amazing he was. Now I had to get an appt with him and we called and thank you to ER doc he had already looped him in and he got me in 3 days later in his office. The moment I met with him a signature fist bump I knew he would fix the mess I was left with from the previous doctors. I was in surgery 3 days later after meeting him in his office. I know for sure he was packed with a schedule but he got me in for the surgery to remove my kidney and the stuck stone. From his amazing staff Angie and Valerie I felt so at ease. He saw me prior to surgery and after surgery and following day from surgery and called numerous times to check in as well. I can’t thank him or his staff enough to basically stop and look at my medical records and help me get to the finish line and have surgery so fast. I will refer him to anyone that is in need of his services. The level of care he provides is outstanding thank you truly for ending this nightmare for me and I look forward to seeing you for check ups etc. truly thank you I was so down and depressed when I met you not knowing when the end would come and you took care of me and I will be forever grateful.I want to thank his amazing staff Angie and Valerie who are true rock stars in the office as well.

Over a period of years, Dr Pinkhasov earned my complete trust. During that time, we went through the process of monitoring psa levels and biopsies. Ultimately, it was clear that intervention was needed. The doctor carefully explained the options of radiation, chemo, or surgery. Surgery seemed the best option. Dr Pinkhasov performed a robotic prostatechtomy which went very smoothly and the final pathology report was perfect. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Best doctor/urologist ever! Husband had L nephrectomy due to tumor that was huge. Based on his experience, he believed it to be cancer. He had him scheduled for surgery quickly. The surgery was supposed to take 4 hours and he completed it in 2! He answered all our questions. My husband has had little to no pain post surgery. Oh and his staff are all pretty awesome too! :)

Er visit for mom and fiance ended up needing urologist for both and he was the best for both of them, also mom was admitted and the NP was here to see her with great bed side manners.

I find the staff at Dr Pinkhasov's office are there to really inform and help you with any problems you have. Dr Pinkhasov has been my Urologist for about 5 years now. He and his staff are top notch, they’re very professional and caring for their patients. During one of my visits, Dr Pinkhasov and I were talking about my mother being ill and in the hospital. When I returned to see him for a follow up several months later, he asked how my mother was doing. He goes the extra step! Great doctor and staff!!

As a new patient (especially during these Covid times)there is always a sense of nervousness that accompanies a first visit; however, Dr. Pinkhasov and his staff could not have been more accommodating. My initial visit with doctor and I was impressed with the time he spent with me describing options for treatment and pros and cons of each. He was probably the most patient and understanding doctor I have dealt with. He was in no rush and was careful to make sure I understood his explanations and he answered all of my questions. 2 years ago I had a diagnosis for bladder cancer. The diagnosing urologist was a bad experience! He left a voice mail on my phone to tell me! During the followup appt, the guy says "you have bladder cancer and you need to have your bladder removed. Any questions?" So I called Dr. Pinkhasov's office for a 2nd opinion. Am I ever glad I did! He takes me in his office to explain the scans and the diagnosis and what should be done. He took his time. I felt like he cared. After the appointment he followed up by calling me to ask if I would keep him informed as to the results. I did have my bladder removed in Indianapolis by an excellent surgeon. And ive been following up in Indy with him. But now it's time for a local urologist. I just had my first appt to get things established. So impressed with his passion for what he does. Again, I felt like I had a friend in the office. He is only satisfied when he has all documents and images. No guess-work. He would be a great mentor to other doctors to learn good doctor-patient relationships! The office staff is very efficient to be sure labs, records, paperwork, etc is all taken care of in a timely manner. There was no wasted time sitting in the waiting room. And I was in the exam room just a minute alone. The rest of the time there was something happening with staff or the doctor. I definitely will refer anyone in this region who needs a urologist to Dr Pinkhasov!
