We had an amazing day fishing The San Juan with Heads Up. Setting everything up with Jeremy was a breeze. Our guide was Thad. He’s a super cool character that knows a lot about everything. He taught us a bunch about Flyfishing and he made us feel special. We caught a ton of fish. Rainbows from 16 inches to 26 inches. I would never hesitate to call them again.

We had a great experience with Heads up! Our guide Todd was awesome, was patient with my wife who had very little experience but was successful putting her on her first trout and definitely shared his passion for the area and the sport. Jeremy and everyone I dealt with at the outfitter was very helpful and communicative and professional and did an awesome job of setting up and delivering 2 perfect trips.

4 hr Float trip in New Mexico was awesome. Our guide Michael was knowledgeable and helpful. I haven’t fished in 50 years and he had me catching fish like a pro. Jeremy worked with me to insure we got the experience we wanted. I strongly recommend.

Rob was a great guide on the Animas! I had the best time. He provided me with tips on casting and placement that resulted in me catching the biggest rainbow trout I’ve ever caught! Definitely will hit them up again when I’m in Durango!

Great trip we had seven in our group. All the guides were great (we had to have 3) Cannot say enough good things about everyone's experience. Highly recommend! Rob Peper is the man! Caught big fish on the first cast and the last cast….and numerous in between. It was one of the best days I’ve had on the river. Will definitely be calling him the next time I fish in the Durango area!

I’ve fished twice with Heads Up and both times with Mike Mote as my guide. Heads Up is professional organized and expert. Mike is the perfect guide: friendly, knowledgeable and chill. He is especially great with kids and he guided an amazing horse pack trip for my 9 yr old daughter and I.
