My latch broke on the garage door and I couldn't get in. I couldn't believe responded to my call and came out on a Sunday just a couple hours later. After talking to Jose I decided I would try something else to get it un-locked by myself and if I couldn't I would call back, no problem he said. I. couldn't so I called. Jose came out again the next day, got it fixed in a short time and the job wasn't that expensive. Jose was awesome, super nice and helpful guy. I couldn't be happier with them.

I'd been having minor problems with my garage door opener and made an online appointment with Precision, which is a great option to have. There were lots of time slots available and I chose one that worked for me. My technician, Eric, called before arrival and came at the beginning of my time slot. He assessed my issues and gave me a range of options from easy and inexpensive to more thorough and expensive, and I was able to see the choices and prices. Since my unit was 20 years old, I decided to go with the complete option rather than putting a "bandaid" on it. Eric had all the parts available and completed the job in less than 2 hours. Everything works great and it is a far better system than what I had. It was a little pricey, but I guess everything seems expensive to me these days. Overall, I am very happy with my experience with Precision garage doors.

Very happy with my new garage door. So glad to be rid of my old circa 50s heavy wood door. I checked internet for reviews and found good reviews for Percision Garage Doors. I called and quickly got a sales representative to come to my home and provide consultant and quote. Gabriella took measurements and showed me samples of panels and hardware. Order submitted with a small deposit to start the job. Installation date set and happened to be the day of the big rain storm! I was unsure if the rain would be a problem, but was not. Brandon the Installation tech was great. Did the job all by himself. Heavy old door was easily removed on the rack of his truck. The new door is amazing! I got insulated panels and a belt drive opener. So smooth and quiet. Love not having to lift my old heavy door, now just push the remote! Daniel was very professional. He inspected the garage door and knew right away that I had neglected keeping up the maintenance. Daniel showed me how the drum rollers had started wearing and that the spring had weaken. He also showed me that the rollers that go up the track as the door opens, the rubber had dried out. Daniel also suggested placing a support brace at the top bracket to help stabilize the door and suggested a surge protector to prevent the motor from being fried in case of a power outage and power surge. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone who asks about a garage door company. Thank you Precision for everything

Service techs, Eddie & Kyle, were punctual and were courteous and respectful while on site. They assessed and performed the job professionally after providing the estimate and getting my approval. When I asked if they gave a discount for military vets they said yes. When Eddie applied the discount in re-calculating the initial estimate he asked if I was also a AAA member because the AAA discount of 10% was higher than the veterans' discount. I appreciated that gesture and got the AAA discount. So, overall, they did very well and I'd call Precision again if needed and would also recommend them to my neighbors.

I saw the ads for Precision Garage Door and Google reviews and had hope this would be a good choice. The experience was amazing! When the garage door stopped working we put off getting the it fixed based upon what an ordeal it was many years ago with a different company that tried to oversell and definitely overcharged. Thankfully, Precision is as good as their ads and reviews claim they are. Mitch Pike was excellent! He arrived on time, clearly was experienced and explained what was necessary as well as replacement of the garage door system and warranty options. He worked so efficiently and completed the work the same day. Congrats to Precision for hiring smart, capable technicians like Mitch. Our technician Romeo was punctual, professional and was good at explaining multiple options that we could consider for getting our very old automatic garage door repaired. We chose to remove and replace our components and motor because we had more than one problem with the door, not just a broken torsion spring but a broken drive bracket, noisy operation, inability to sync to universal remote control, etc. Romeo did all this work for us same day and supported us next day, when asked, to fine-tune the sensors so the door would work completely and perfectly despite slight vibrations in the tracks. This provider solved our problem for a competitive price and we would recommend them.

After a miserable experience with another company that charged $ 2616.00 for replacing two springs (!!), I called Precison. Michael Camacho of Precision came the day of the call, showed me that the original company had never actually changed the springs, and replaced both springs and a bearing. Fair price, very professional, and well spoken. What a sea change from the other company which I note has removed all of its many many negative reviews.
