On March 24th, I had the pleasure of having Keith Lawson's technician, Randy Feast, be sent to my house to attend to my issues. I had a few HVAC issues and he was outstanding. He clearly knew an extensive amount about the system, took his time to make sure it was thorough, cleaned up after he worked, answered my questions with patience and good information, was professional and kind, to boot! I’m so thankful to have always had such positive experiences with Keith Lawson and today with Randy! I will always recommend KL to anyone who asks (and for my HVAC issues, I will be requesting Mr. Feast)! The Keith Lawson team has always been able to fix whatever problems fell upon me in my old house! Thank you!

Donald is one of the best technicians our company has ever came across and one of the best as far as knowledge goes in the history of HVAC. His knowledge of AC and refrigeration is exceptional and he is always patient and doesn't make anyone feel rushed when a question is asked of him.
